I called in the morning to schedule an oil change. They got me in the same day and time I wanted. Jacob Fuller met me when I pulled up. He was so friendly and professional. He had so much patience with me as I was unorganized. He went way out of his way to help me get my insurance card I couldn't find. He was very willing to help without me feeling as if I was a bother. Him and everyone else I ran into at Lithia are so nice and friendly and none of them seemed like they were there for just a "paycheck". I hope Jacob meets me in another 5000 miles!!!
