I will say the salesman was very nice and helpful. The huge downside is we purchased a vehicle just for it to break down on us on the highway. The vehicle was a recalled vehicle and should be on the road. Kia has my vehicle and their paying for it. Just very disappointed that they didn't do their job making absolutely sure the vehicle was safe to drive. Especially since the recall was just last March 2017
