I have a 2013 Kia Sorento that I love! Perfect for winters, perfect for dip netting, perfect for driving and in town. Easy to clean inside and out. Love the storage space. I can fit my friends and their kids in my car. Car seats are easy to get in and out. I AM NOT A MOM and I can do it. I can camp in my car with a queen size air mattress. It s safe, reliable, and I haven t had any problems. I love music. The sound system is amazing. There are a lot of features to this car that make it worth the money. It s the best car I have owned yet.
My ex has a 2012 which he loves! We agree on our Kia s.
We have also owned Kia Soul which was a great car but when we were married we were thinking of a family and turned it in for the Kia Sorento.

The service department has taken good care of our cars. Most of the time they know me by name when I call and come in. I feel like I am part of the Kia family. Once I changed the voice command setting in my exhusbands car and to Swedish. I called Kia crying because I was trying to surprise my (ex) husband that day by filling up the gas. They told me to bring it in and fixed it free of charge. We once had our car taken out of another shop and towed to Kia s service department.
Being single women again I was concerned how I would be treated. Before I owned a Kia the service department at other places would talk to me like I was dumb. Kia treats me with the same respect they did when my ex-husband took care of our cars. That is important to me.
The shuttle staff are nice and promote.
I know that the Kia staff is there for me and my family. Big problems, little problems and all of my questions. They are welcoming and friendly. They do a great job on getting my needs met. I will always own a Kia.
