Staff is less then helpful. Not returning phone calls, not trying to help. Even when you bring your own pre-aproval from you bank. Went with a different NON-Lithia dealership and are very happy with out brand new truck full of bells and whistles.

We did have to call 3 days after the day we were told it would get the diag to see if it was look at or not. 5 stars if we didn't have to call to remind them our car was there. The two service folks we worked with gave us excellent customer service!

Service was great but the fat guy in the office doing the paperwork suck balls. He rushed the paperwork putting the wrong info on it. Then when he was shown his mistake he messed up again. The worst Manager i have ever seen in a car dealership. Hope he choke on a twinkle, you fat "F" hog......Will never go back again,

My sales person, Carrigan, was very nice and helpf...

My sales person, Carrigan, was very nice and helpful- the finance guy, Jeremy was great, fun to talk to. The gentlemen in the Service department were kind when I brought my car for a shampoo-service. I am thankful that Lithia Kia provides a shuttle and the shuttle driver was very kind and prompt- I ended up being really early for my work day. Hopefully this is the last car I'll be purchasing for a very long time. :)

DO NOT GO HERE! Car was BROKEN INTO while in their...

DO NOT GO HERE! Car was BROKEN INTO while in their care. I would give a ZERO if i could. We took our car to them to have the trunk fix because the latch broke and it wouldn't close. They put our car in the back lot to keep it "secure". When we got our car back we noticed that the things that were in the back of our seat, in the glove compartment, and in the middle compartment were thrown about in the second row of the car. When we called the manager of the auto repair part to ask which one of the workers went through our stuff he said no one should have because there was no need to go through the car due to them just fixing the trunk. He said that they would talk to the workers and call us back the following day because we came right before closing and everyone was gone. The next day comes and we don't hear anything so I give them a call later in the evening and he tells us that none of his workers went in our car. He tells us that they will go over the footage and let us know what happened. We talk to the assistant manager of the store, because before we were speaking to the person over the repair part, and he makes it sound like this kind of thing happens all the time and there isn't anything they can do. He tells us how someone was robbed in the middle of the day on their lot and this kind of thing just happens. We file a police report and the police ask for the footage. We reach out to get the footage but they wouldn't return calls, if they did pick up they said they would call back and never did, we sent a couple of emails that they never replied to. This was over a year ago this happened and they haven't sent us the footage or called about it. But they did call to ask us to sell them our car because it has a low mileage and is ideal for a trade-in. The nerve of these people. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF HERE!

They contact me on Craigslist to buy a vehicle I had for sale. I was told they would come out to the Valley to pick it up on Monday morning. They never identified themselves as a dealer.

Monday Morning I was told that they couldn't do that and I would have to drive it in and after a quick inspection they would give me a ride back.

The inspection took about an hour. Then it took forever for them to do the paperwork to buy the vehicle. Once I got the check I was told I needed to wait for one of the mechanics to finish work to drive me home as he lives in the Valley. I am still waiting as I write this.

I felt like the price was fair but it is not worth it. This is for a simple sale transaction... Title for Cash. I couldn't imagine a more complex transaction such as buying a car.

Forget KIA. Bought a 2018 kia sorento and the electrical needs fixing. Hardly or no help from KIA. Brought it all the way to a remote area now they cant help my vehicle. I will never buy from KIA ever again. Headache. Dont waste ur time, go buy elsewhere!

I do not know where to begin I have a less than 2...

I do not know where to begin I have a less than 2 year old car - brand new when I bought it from this dealership and I was happy with the car until I have to deal with the Kia Body shop and the service department. Maintenance wise - oil change, inspection, maintenance they are good as long as your car do not have issue then they are pretty good. But if it is repair related - body or parts even though they are replacing the entire kit - my opinion after years of dealing with them is their workers are not skilled and professional enough to handle things right. They are polite on the phone, recently I have been talking to Ryan - the service manager and Beverly has been very patient with my follow-up but I think the volume of work is too much for them and to my opinion this delay and backlog is because they order their parts in bulk that takes a week to get to Kia and they do not have enough skilled mechanic to begin with. If you want to pay overnight shipping then you can probably get things done faster. They do not tell you this not unless you are being buggy. They have my car for 15 days now.

Highly recommend Mike M. and the guys at Lithia Kia of Anchorage. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to trade in our vehicle for our dream car. Because of Mike's excellent customer service and listening to our requests we were able to drive away in the vehicle we wanted for well under our budget price. Everyone was very friendly and I was very satisfied with our experience - not to mention we love the car! Thanks guys.

Was shopping around town looking for the right vehicle for the right price. Kia had some of the best prices in town, along with a very stress free professional experience. Daniel the sales associate i worked with pointed me in the right direction, did not try and upsell me, and i settled with a better deal than i had hoped to find. Much better experience than i have previously had with other conpanies and i would highly recomment anyone looking for a vehicle to stop by and have a look. Likely you will walk away as satisfied as i am.

My sister recommended Lithia Kia since she got her car from them. It took me a while to go in since I wasn t fully prepared until I decided to finally go. I just have to say, I m glad she did and also I am very pleased and satisfied with the customer service Lithia Kia offered while being there.Sam who was helping me to the managers and also the guys who was working there. The process was long but I am very happy because I got a brand new car with the help from Sam. He did most of the work while all I did was answer a few questions. I have been with a few other car shops but I just have to point out that they are the best, they made sure your okay and offered drinks and snacks(Richard) and always asking if me and my sister needed anything while Sam is working on getting some paperwork done . Lithia kia was the best experience I have ever had...

Lithia kia was the best experience I have ever had with a dealer. The sales people didn't try to push a vehicle on me that I couldn't afford. Instead they found a vehicle that I could afford that is in great condition not to mention found a finance option that will help build my credit quickly. For example, the financing bank did not like there first choice for me so they brought around another choice had me drive it around the block and that's when I discovered it had an issue. So what they did was genius in my books they basically forced the bank to finance the first option for the fact that it was in better running condition. Lithia kia of anchorage has acquired a life long customer. They did what was best for me and not what was best for there pocket book.

The sales team was fine, but avoid purchasing any service packages. The service department does not communicate, and leaves you hanging. I had to arrange my own drop off because they would not call me, and our first servicing was not completed and I also had to follow up to ensure it was taken care of. A lot of leg work required on my part for something I clearly overpaid for.

Lithia Kia makes buying a vehicle a REALLY easy process. I've heard stories from friends of going elsewhere and I honestly don't see myself ever going anywhere else for any future vehicle purchases. I'll also refer friends. Keith was great....worked on getting payments lower and easier manageable for me. Was great with the kids, even when they didn't want to sit still and listen. Got them snacks even which of course made them happier! It was honestly just the easiest and stress free big purchase I have ever done in my adult life!

Sales person was friendly, respectful yet aggressive. We were not going to purchase a vehicle that day, but, as all great sales people do, they closed the deal. 5/5 stars for the staff.

The reason we weren t going to close, I wanted to research the vehicle thoroughly online to see what sort of issues we would have. Since purchasing our truck, I have been into service 7 times... if we didn t have the limited warranty (expires soon) I would have spent upwards of 1000$ already. I m convinced they reset the check engine right before parking it on the lot as it turned on after 50 miles. FML... 2 weeks left on warranty

Do not buy from this dealership!!! I bought a 2012 F-150 FX4 for $36,000. I was told that it was a accident free vehicle. 18 months later, I noticed cracks in the front driver quarter panel. I took it a reputable body shop where they performed a complete inspection of the truck. They discovered that the truck had been involved in a moderate to severe front end collision and that the cracks I noticed were due to a thick layer of bondo. To salvage the equity I already had in the truck, I had it professionally repaired costing nearly $7,000. I am absolutely furious with the situation. I'm currently working with my attorney to file a lawsuit against Lithia Kia of Anchorage. Do not buy from this dealership!!!

Was a good experience. Live out if town , so found the car whilst looking online. Followed the directions for contacting dealership. My questions were answered immediately via phone call.
I arranged for all paperwork to be ready upon arrival, inspection, and test drive. We didn't not have to wait long at all.
All the above mentioned paperwork was described thoroughly as well as easy to understand.
Just make sure the pictures of the interior of the specific vehicle you are considering are, in fact, pictures of said car and not just stock photos.

I own a Hyundai Santa Fe, but prefer to have my car maintained and serviced at Lithia Kia of Anchorage. I've always been able to schedule an appointment with little, to no wait. My car has always been serviced quickly and efficiently, and usually returned cleaner than when I dropped it off.
I also prefer Lithia Kia because they do not suggest or push unnecessary service to my vehicle.

My wife bought a car from them 4 months ago. At first we were excited and they took a chance on us (our credit is less than stellar). They sold us a used vehicle with low payments. Test drove it and it was fine. In hindsight i should have done my due diligence. It was a week later that they called us in to make our payments lower. What they did was take away the maintenance plan, and present it like there was no other options. About a week after that the transmission went south. the mechanic said the seals had been rigged with black sealing caulk. That it had been so bad for so long (before we even bought the car) that the differential and the whole transmission would need replaced. Coincidence that they took the partial power-train warranty plan out of play. Avoid these guys

Fantastic service in the Service Department! I dropped my car off for a scheduled oil change. I was told it would take about an hour when booking the appointment but when I got there, they had mentioned that they were backed up and it would be two hours. The delay did not even phase me since Kia offers to order a car service for free while your car is being serviced. I was thrilled that I was able to go home and get some stuff done! Everything checked out great on my used RAV4 which I had bought there back in April. THANK YOU KIA!!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Went in to meet with finance so I could get my refundable money from my warranties, was told that it would ONLY take 4-6 weeks. That was back in September. Here it is December, no check. We have been on them DAILY to get this taken care of and every day is a new excuse. I will NEVER buy from a Lithia dealership ever again. Especially Lithia Kia, their employees are rude and have serious attitude, and a major lack in work ethic. They make a lot of promises, that they do NOT keep.

I bought a 2009 Mercedes-Benz E350 from Kia of Anchorage. Asonte did a good job as my sales person. The car was listed at $14,999. NADA value was $13,075. I offered the NADA price. Justin ignored my offer and ignored the fact that I was pre-approved from CU1 with a interest rate of 2.45. He came back and declined my offer and said it's a Mercedes, they are never selling at the NADA price because of their name. The car was being sold as is. Car had small dents, scratches, service was due and windshield needs to be replaced. I told him what was wrong with the car and I told him I'm not going to buy the car. He told me they got other people wanting to buy the car. I offered to take the car at asking price if they would service the car and replace the windshield. Justin agreed. Waited 30 min and Justin came back and told me he has to run my credit in order to finish the deal. I told him I'm already pre-approved the second time but he said he needed to run it so I said ok.

After another hour, James comes and greet me and advised me it'll be 15 min before he can see me and get me out with the car. Asonte took the car to detail because all the car detailer left for the day. I finally went to see James and sat down with him. Started signing paperwork to realize that they ignored the fact that I was pre-approved for CU1. They got me approved with Alaska USA for $22,xxx at 4.9 interest rate. They included life time oil change, extended warranty and other things I didn't want which total to $22,xxx. I refused to sign and advised James that I made it very clear I was pre-approved at CU1 with a better rate. James walked out the room to go talk to Justin and came back and said he'll resubmit the seal to CU1 but we won't get anything until Monday. I was upset as my credit took another hit and they didn't listen. I refused the extended warranty and life time oil change and the other things they wanted to sell me. I signed the deal for just the car and what they owe me. I was able to take the car home.

Monday comes and I called CU1 and they advised they never received any deal from KIA. So I advised CU1 that I'll bring what I got from James to them. I went to CU1 on my lunch and they told me they can't finance the car because the car is over it's NADA price. They will also need the dealers NADA sheet. I called and left James a VM about the two issues. I didn't get a response so I got a hold of Asonte and he advised he'll let James know. James called me back and advised me to go see him when I'm off.

Went to go see James and he advised he got some good news. He's willing to sell the car at NADA value for me. I told him that's great and if that was the case I'll like to get the extended warranty. James added the extended warranty and helped reduce the cost on a few things. CU1 was able to finance the car and I'm happy.

Overall James and Asonte was very helpful. I wasn't impressed by Justin because he ignored my offer, ignored that I was pre-approved and told me false information that Mercedes always sell above their NADA prices.

Its been a week and I have not yet gotten a call from the service team to set up a schedule to replace the windshield and maintenance. I'll be calling them Monday to see what's the process is for what they owe me.

I went on a test drive and the manager wouldn't give it to me, he had no excuse and I didnt want to argue. So in left and a couple months later bought a brand new Acura.

Best car buying experience I ever had!!! Great prices, nice cars and informative sales reps.

Everyone was super friendly and attentive, and I do mean everyone.

They work with you to make sure you re comfortable throughout the whole process but most importantly they give you time to process. I didn t feel rushed; they answer all my questions, did a bit of research when they were unsure and helped me to compare cost.

Should I want to trade-in, upgrade or buy another car; I m going to Lithia Kia of Anchorage.

I must say that my salesman Lee Hansen was a great and honest human being. He continued to keep a smile on his face the entire time. My mother was greatly appreciative of what he did for us on this experience. I hope he continues to become a salesman at Lithia Kia until he becomes a sales manager. On that note, the entire staff at Lithia Kia is top notch. They are not pushy, snobby or unrealistic. We are greatly appreciative of J.D., Lee and Abraham. Great job and we are happy. A couple of days ago I bought a 2017 Kia Niro. My salesman was Jessie Pride. I live outside of Anchorage so had been in contact with phone and email. He had the cars, make and model, ready for me to drive. I loved the brown espresso fully loaded model with heated leather seat and blind spot warning, but it got sold when I left the dealership to test drive at another dealership.
Jessie called and texted me to warn that somebody else was looking at the car. But I thought I should do my due diligence. Big mistake, "my car" was gone when I got back.
I ended up buying a base model because the only other loaded model was white.
Through out the entire adventure Jessie was knowledgeable, patience, energetic and fun to work with - we enjoyed his company. I felt he was sincere and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my car.
I think we got a good car at a good price. It was important to me to get a hybrid and unfortunately the corporate people wherever they are would not send the Anchorage dealership more loaded hybrid Niros.
They should really send Alaska more hybrids, Alaskans care about reducing our carbon footprint.
So far, so good with the car I bought, fun to drive and I like the ride. I will definitely return to this dealership and hope I get to work with Jessie in the future.

Very smooth transaction with everyone I dealt with! Chris (salesman) took the time to listen to what I wanted and was patient while I slowly looked at everything that peaked my interest. Abe (manager) was very reasonable and kept things fair and last, but not least... Dylan (finance) called me back the day after I signed saying another institution came back with a lower rate, so he was able to amend my paperwork and give me the better rate. Everyone I dealt with at Lithia Kia was top notch and I d recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

He showed great enthusiasm and even made it to were they worked within my budget with being able to buy a 2019 brand new car with only 11 miles on it. I totally recommend Lithia. They are really good and professional at what they do. Good vibes as soon as you enter the dealership. Determined to help you get a car. Great experience all around. I never thought I would be qualified for a brand new 2018 Forte but that's what I went home in. They took my trade in, thought that wasn't going to happened but they worked some kind of miracle. First and foremost I would like to say thank you to my heavenly Father, my YAWAY. For blessing my life. As you all know I was going through heavy trials during the past five years, and humbleth myself to the hem of Jesus garment and never gave up on Jesus for he said in his word. I know I have a plan for you to prosper and have a blessed life. I was in Anchorage for almost two weeks looking for a truck so I can trade in my Dodge Ram. I had a very bad experience with the all types of vehicle salesman in town as well as banks. Either to much money or the banks don't think you can afford it. Even if your credit is good the bank don't care or even if you are a loyal customers to the banks for years. I was so upset and angry. Only two person try helping me was one bank representative for loans department was trying to help he approved one for $27,000.00 and back off, and I thank you Seth, you was a blessing and you will still be bless. Also my favorite Mike he did all he can for me he was, a Manger over at another vehicle place, but things did not work out. Thank you both. I have never had so hard time getting a truck or any type of vehicle in my life. The bank's answers is always decline, decline, no matter what banks I went too. So I went on a fast along with a friend. On my way home to Fairbanks I dicide to see Jesse at Kia, but instead I was talking to David, another salesman I thought. He had this soft voice and asked if he can help me out! I said no! I'm just looking for Jesse to see what's going on with the banks and my application, that's been setting in there for over five to six days now. Will he walk me inside and said he will be right back no longer than one minute he was back, with a piece of paper. He asked me for my name and I said I already have a application in the office with the managers. He smile and continue to asked questions about me with a positive attitude and smile. So I looked at him and being to answer his questions, we werected done and he said he will be right back. Will, here comes David and Jesse smiling, Jesse said would you like to go for a ride, HUH! Gosh! HUH! What! Yeah, Ride? David wants you to see if you like this vehicle, either the Kia Sedona or Soul, so I pick Kia Sedona and it was getting late , that night I drove the Sedona back to where I was staying until morning. I had to call Dave Duckman to bring my car into Anchorage and asked him to help me out for the first time in my life. I never, ever, never asked anyone for help but I asked Dave and he did.
