Chris Zello is our Sales Consultant. This purchase is my Ninth new vehicle purchase in the last Sixty years. This was the simplest, lowest pressure, and most intuitive Automobile purchase I have ever experienced. After some brief discussion Chris showed us a car that exactly fit our needs. The pricing effort was easy and in a very short time we concluded the discussion. Our car has a very small flaw which Chris disclosed at the start of our discussion. Super honesty. Chris cleared up a drivers license issue and with permission we drove the car home. I got my permanent license the same day. I decided to add a block heater the day after the purchase. Chris introduced us to the Parts department, helped us schedule the installation. We are enjoying the car, the design, engineering and manufacturing is very good. I will recommend Lithia and Chris without any reservation.
