We had a great experience at Lithia Kia of Anchorage! Our Salesman John Colbry was very patient with all of our questions and showed us everything within our budget that met our needs. There wasn't a lot of pressure to buy and I never felt rushed. The finance guys answered all of our questions and we were able to work out affordable payments that included the extended warranty. Our car needed to be detailed and a few things looked at (a headlight replaced and whatnot). John did a great job keeping us informed on the status and the Service Manager didn't mind taking the time to explain everything that was done in layman's terms for me. Everyone was very pleasant and they took good care of us. We had looked at a couple dealerships but I'm glad we chose this one. We will use them again for the next vehicle!
