Afton has been my service advisor for the past year and I must say she is dedicated to making the customer happy. Most people can t trust the dealership but once you deal with her and the team I can assure you that you won t have to worry a about getting taken advantage of. Couldn t ask for a better service department.

Im a little upset i went to pick my car up yesterday to find out a break light cost me 140dollars. I wasnt told ahead of time this service would cost that much and i think any service should be given a price ahead of time. I sure wouldnt have let youll install a light of that price when jiffy has fixed same issue for half of that previous. Biggest ripoff ever and another reason ppl hate bringing their car to the dealership for service.

Don't buy a car here. I traded in my car for a new...

Don't buy a car here. I traded in my car for a new one. More than 30 days after I traded it in, I got a letter from my bank letting me know that I needed to get insurance on the car I traded in. I called the bank to let them know I no longer owned the vehicle only to find out that the payoff was never sent in and I still, in fact, did own the vehicle. So now, two car payments have passed that I "missed" because the terrible finance office at Lindsay didn't do their job. They also never processed my car registration so I went in on the day my temp tags expired (30 days after I bought the car) to find out what the problem was. Magically, they were able to process the registration as I sat there. Angel was the finance guy who didn't do his job on this one but it's not his credit that is taking the hit for his incompetence. Find a trustworthy dealership to give your money to. Lindsay is not it.

I highly recommend this place because the staff is very professional, specially my salesman Alfanzo Brook he helped me a lot while i was purchasing the Suburban and he is always checking on me when I m visiting for oil change, also Mr Matt Phillips the service director he is the professional man I have ever met in my entire life , And also special thanks from service lane manager Audra Jackson she is the nicest kind and lovely woman, and not to forget Mr Ariel Sandy the general sales manager/finance director that helped me with a big discount on parts , all of them are professionals that s why most of my friends shopped from the same location and all of them are happy from them .

The worst buying experience I have ever had. Extremely pressured and misleading sale, along with a changes to the price and terms when I was about to buy. Also the most unprofessional, and down right ridiculing encounter I have ever had with a business. Horrible.

I recently bought a certified used vehicle from here and I am very satisfied with the whole experience. Ed Smith was such a patient and helpful salesman. I ve had bad experiences in the past with other dealerships but this one has gone above and beyond to meet my needs and wants. Not only Ed was helpful but he cared about my budget and worked to keep me within the budget as much as possible. I traded a sedan for a SUV and I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase. Gerry Romero helped me with the financial paperwork, he too, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the process. Overall I have to give this dealership 5 stars because from beginning to end they met all of my needs and wants without being predatory about it.

Came in to check out a 2017, due to the inner gracious of Ms. Kaydian, brought a 2019. She made you feel like somebody special. She fought and help me get a note that will be managed with care. She is an asset to this dealership.

They increased the price from the one listed on their internet listing then wanted 799 processing fee plus 1750 just to offer oil changes. They said the price was contingent on me financing with them
Instead of paying cash. Really scummy waste of my time and i came with a check in hand. Turn down that money cause ill just go elsewhere. But i think its nasty to do this during a hard time for people. You catch more flies with honey then vinegar. Struggling people dont need to be abused in hard times.

I made an appointment for a vehicle service to be done at 8 am. I arrived at 7:55 and dropped off my truck and was told the truck would be done in 90 minutes. So I went home to wait. When I returned at 12:30, I was told my truck hadn t even been touched yet. So 4.5 hours and nothing. The worst part of it was I didn t even get a phone call to tell me they were running behind. Fortunately, the service manager, Ms. Jackson reached out to rectify the problem. She was able to get me in and out fairly quickly, albeit 8 hours after I should have been done.

To make matters worse, I was contacted about valuing my truck for a trade. I agreed and was promised over market value which I think is hilarious because no dealer would ever give more than market value for a trade, how do you expect to make money? Either way, I am in the market for a new truck so I figured what the heck, let s talk numbers.

KBB estimated the value of my trade from $17.5 to $20K. The sales manager offered me $12,000 in trade and refused to budge. He could have met me on the low end and I would have been happy, retail on that truck is about $23k so it should have been win-win. Either way, they were going to make money. So long story short, Lindsay lost a customer and I would not recommend going there to anyone.

Wonderful friendly clean place! Before they moved to this bigger facility they were across the street in a smaller facility. They were still friendly, honest and helpful. That is why I keep coming back. From buying my car to regular maintenances, to addressing my concerns, fixing them and cleaning my car. I'm thankful for everyone I've encountered here. Sometimes I travel 100 miles just to get the help they provide. I've tried others with the name Chevy but not as great

My name is LaRel and I purchased a used-chevrolet cruise back in April of this year. Upon purchasing the vehicle, my sales associate, Adea, assured me the second set of keys would be shipped to my provided address within the next couple of days. This was just the first of many promises that was not carried through since my experience with this dealership.

Like almost every individual who drives a car off the lot, I was given a set of temporary tags for my vehicle. After completing the appropriate tasks - getting my car Maryland Inspected, I was told I would just need to fax or mail the paper work and the tags would be shipped to me shortly after. When calling to confirm they received the paper work, I was told that mailing would not do - I would physically have to present the official paperwork at the dealership (I live 2 hours away). With only days before my tags expired, I took the 2 hour drive to present the paperwork only to be not welcomed, but greeted with confusion - asking why we drove up there when we could've just faxed over the paper work. This came from another sales consultant because Adea was not in at the time. Asked if our official tags were ready they said no but it would be shipped overnight.

Days later (1 day after tags expired) called up to remind them the tags have not yet come in. They claimed they had been overnight shipped again but maybe because they did it after 4PM it took a day longer to arrive. Called two days later to explain tag were still not there, they said oh we will ship it now.

7 days after tags expired and a ticket later, finally receive official tags (keep in mind this is the same address we gave for the keys to be shipped).

Fast forward to now, August - been calling up there at least once every two weeks - if not more - to see status on second key situation. If I'm lucky enough to get through to someone and not get their voicemail (which I leave a detailed message) - they are confused why I'm calling, not a friendly tone, and say I need to talk to Adea. I've talked to Adea several times, she says it's not up to her anymore, she sent out the keys we must've lost them or not been there to receive them and that if we want we can pay the cost of the second keys but she would have to get back to me about that - never got back.

Asked to talk to a manger - talked to Mike (Finance Manager), Alfonzo (Used-car manager), Angel (some type of manager) - all were apparently not informed of the situation or take note even though I talk to them several times they are just as unaware and confused as to who I am every time I call.

Angel even asked why it's taking me so long to take care of this situation that was months ago - ya think! Actually just had a conversation with Angel and after I introduced myself and situation (knowing he's probably forgot from the week that's passed since I've talked to him since apparently no one takes notes of things or can remember a customer), he yells "Wait, who is this calling me" as if I called his personal number and interrupted him. Said he would write a note on Adea's desk and maybe she'll get back to me.

Left a message with Paul Smith, General Manager - let's see if he'll get back to me.

Moral of the story - it's not about the second pair of keys, it's about the customer service. You wouldn't expect to deal with a car dealership for this long but apparently I'm not even dealing with one because no one seems to care. All I wanted was for someone to call and apologize that this matter has not yet been resolved, and even say "I'm sorry we were unable to locate the keys, unfortunately we are unable to pay for the keys ourselves but can offer a discount for the inconvenience". I would've been willing to pay but not only have they not owned up to their mistakes, they are just plain rude and have no consideration.

Josh Osborn was great to work with. He wasn't too pushy and didn't over react when I told him I wanted to look at the GMC dealer down the road before making a final decision. He took the time to let my wife and I look at several trucks before we finally picked out a beauty. I'll gladly recommend him and Lindsay Chevrolet to other interested buyers in the future.Josh Osborn was great to work with. Worst customer service ever. Had bought a car a fe...

Worst customer service ever. Had bought a car a few months back and was told there's no spare because the tire is highest quality and it won't get a flat. The only thing I received was an air pump which is magically supposed to fix a flat that has a hole in it. I called the dealership and they expect me to pay $200 for a tire to be replaced. Why would anyone pay for a tire that they were told wouldn't get a flat and if anything happened they would come out and fix it? Very irritated from how they sold the car with lies. Never doing any business with them again. I lost a full day off work because of it and it would now be the second day I miss work because I do not have transportation. If I could give zero stars I would.

Super happy with everybody here at Lindsay chevrolet. Especially Chris Brown highly recommend. He went over and beyond To get me the exact vehicle that I wanted. Gabriel was on point with our purchased and made feel more at ease with the new purchase for my wife. Wish all vendors are like him. So outgoing very patient and always with a smile in his face. Had a great experience purchasing a car from Lindsay Chevy Woodbridge, VA. Demitrius (DJ) Johnson was excellent and was able to help us get the exact car we wanted for a great price. His customer service skills were great, he was committed to making us confortable. (He bought us a pizza while we waited for finance). I have to also say Thankyou to Julio in finance department. He was able to find a loan that saves us money. The Lindsey team was great and recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Please see DJ!!

When there to look at pre-owned certified trucks listed retail price online was not accurate the sticker price was the same as the online price. So any online price or sticker price on their vehicles are $1,750 less then what you'll actually owe if you don't finance through them. They call it a manufacturer rebate but for some reason it only applies if you finance with them. Not to mention the Blazer package that is mandatory up charge of $1,500 and then at $800 processing fee. I tried to work with them and they kept coming back with pretty much the same exact price waste of 3 hours. I then went and found almost the exact same truck that's pre-certified at the price I wanted and they were willing to work with me at a different dealership. I would not recommend them at all

This is now the third bad experience I have had at...

This is now the third bad experience I have had at this dealership since I bought my Chevy work van brand new. There is absolutely no customer service whatsoever and every time I get told how long the service will take, you can always add an extra 30 minutes to an hour on top. I have been in to get 2 recalls fixed and every time I go in thinking it will be fixed, the parts to fix it are never there. Even though I m being sent letters about bringing the vehicle in for a recall these recalls never get fixed. There was a recall on it when I first bought the van and after speaking with the front desk people 4 times now, still absolutely nothing. To say that dealing with these people is beyond frustrasting would be a complete understatement. I have gone there for multiple oil changes with coupons that included a free car wash that was never done even 1 time. I ask these people
why I have to keep calling about setting up appointments to get the recalls fixed. The responses I get from them sometimes are so ignorant I feel like they are playing games or just beating their heads against a wall. If you value your time and money do not buy anything from this dealership. I have bought a vehicle from Ford before and the difference is like night and day. They actually value you as a customer and care about not wasting your time.
