Went to several dealers in and around the NOVA area looking for a specific car. Nissan 370z. I had a list I was going down and this was my 4th stop at Lindsay Chevy. I got a very nice email and a follow up phone call from Gabriel Smith after I inquired about the car. I came in and Gabe was awesome. Very professional, very personable. They just listed the car I was looking for online CarGurus that day and Gabe had his guys prioritize getting it ready for me to come in that day after work.
I loved the car, and I loved the price that was quoted to me online. After the test drive I told Gabe about my awful experiences at other dealerships and he apologized on behalf of the other dealerships even though it wasn't his fault. He showed empathy in an industry that is infamous for it's lack thereof.
The price that Lindsay quoted me online was the same price that they quoted me in the dealership. Which was a first in my experience buying cars. Of course the state tax and registration was calculated after that, but there were no added fees. The price of the car remained the same. Also they offered me an extremely fair price for my trade in, about $2k more than any of the other dealers offered me.
I was ready to buy when I walked in the door, but I still had several other cars and dealers on my list to visit so I didn't plan on buying that night. After the exemplary service from Gabe I told him I'm going to leave here with this car if the numbers are fair and work to both of our advantage. The numbers were more than fair and I left happy and am loving my new ride.
I don't think I'll need a new car anytime soon, but when I do I will hunt Gabriel Smith down and put him to work. I will be recommending him to any who are on the market amongst my friends and family, and I sincerely hope that anyone reading this review gives Gabe a call. He'll treat you right, with respect and honesty.
DJ is amazing. He was able to get me an amazing deal on my new 2017 Chevy Camaro. Couldn t be happier with his excellent customer service and attitude. If your looking into purchasing a Chevy I couldn t recommend coming by and seeing DJ enough. He will surely exceed all of your expectations!
Went in for 3 recalls. one that had been worked on and failed again yet the service secretary insisted on arguing with me that one of the items was not a recall but under extended warranty. the item had been swapped out previously and that is why I received the warranty, it is still a recall item non the less. She should not have argued with me if she did not know what she was talking about. secondly they didn't disclose fees ie "troubleshooting/diagnostic" fee of $120. They tell me this after they call me with an estimate of repairs. Leaving the customer with repair the item which in my case was $325 or eat the diagnostic fee. Needles to say I will never bring my vehicle to this "hole in the wall " dealer with horrible customer service nor will I recommend it to amyone. Stay away.

When GM discontinued Saturn, I continued to take my VUE to Lindsay for service. They were always efficient and HONEST! So I was sure that when the time came, I would buy my next car there. That happened on September 6, when the VUE became undriveable. They had exactly what I wanted, gave me a fair deal, and arranged all the financing, tag transfer, and got me through the hassles of new car buying pretty quickly. I would definitely send family and friends to Urey Hohney and Afton Caldwell for sales and service respectively. Thanks to all the team at Lindsay!
In short my service experience at this dealership and this more than once. It's awful, disappointing and dismaying the service here.

They sale extra services like paint protection for a 1000, plus maintenance service for 999.99 and many other services. They lie about these services because they only give you about 5 oil changes only for a 1000.00. THey also stole the air pump from the car. Spoke to the management and said they didnt have it. Very bad experience because they lie to their customers. Have the intention of buying again another chevy, but not from this dealership. Very bad service, sales and worst lying finance department - only to make a few dollars, loose repeating customers.

I brought my car in for some repairs.
The service team greated me promptly.
They noted my problem, diagnosed the issues while I waited, explained their findings, provided a quote for the repairs, gave an estimated time competition and finally provided shuttle service to take me home.
The work was completed on time with excellent communication from the service manager. They even picked me from my home and brought me back to the dealership to get my car.
A car was would have been the icing on the cake.
By far this has been my best service experience ever.
Best experience in car buying ever! The Finance Director, Mr. Ariel Sandy, will make things possible for you. I usually come in to car dealerships with a lot of apprehension but Ariel was very professional and helpful from the start. He will answer all your questions, takes time to listen to what you are looking for and how to fit it in your budget. Together with Lindsey S - the sales rep. - they make the buying really smooth and worry free. Lindsey took the time to even walk me around the Service Area just so I get acquainted for the future visits. I recommend this dealership with 5 stars!

This car dealership is a complete joke. Spent 20 minutes on the phone with them trying to negotiate a price for a vehicle it was our intention to purchase TODAY, only for them to refuse to negotiate over the phone. We are located 200 miles away from this dealership but were willing to make the drive for the right price.
I am less intelligent after speaking with these people.

Came in to look at a car and when we sat down to look at payments they had added a $1500 "Blazer" package. When I asked what it was and tried to have that removed they claimed it was a required fee that has to be added. Upon further pressure they finally removed it be then tried to make me pay full sticker price with no military discount. After speaking to multiple managers they finally gave me the military discount again but refused to do anything else for me.
We worked with Gabriel, when we brought our Van. He went up and beyond on everything. He made sure after we went home that things were still going good. I'll tell everyone I know that looking to buy a vehicle to go see Gabriel. He's amazing!!

I was prepared to spend an entire day haggling over a 2013 Camaro but to my surprise, I was in and out of the dealership within a couple of hours. That is one for the record books. As soon as I drove up, Jannie greeted me with a handshake and a big smile. I've never been more happy to spend my money!! She asked me what I wanted, showed me what I asked for as well as two other options. I picked the one I liked the most, she grabbed the keys & we went for a test drive. I instantly fell in love with the car & had to have it. Jannie made the transaction easy and stress free. She is personable and highly professional. I've already recommended her to my family & friends.

Mostly We had a good experience, the only "bad" spot was the SR manager trying to say the usaa true car price was 2000 higher than it was. It was a 2015 Jeep used . The biggest disappointment was that they didnt bother to clean it at all. ( I know its used but its still 25k) I found dog hair on the head liner in the back . Normal salesman was great, FInance guy was great, Concierge was good.
The car salesman was great until I purchased the car. Then he became unreachable. Literally, he stopped responding to emails that contained simple questions. I had to call the store and speak to a manager. Good buying experience followed by zero loyalty.
Agree with the previous customer. We saw one price online and when we showed it to them they ignored the online price. The sales manager didn't even acknowledge that it was the price online.
We wasted our time test driving because we thought they were fair honest people based on these multiply star reviews.

i had the bad fortune of calling this place. I have a 2005 Cobalt SS Supercharged. I bought a new tuned PCM witch is cuasing me to have to do a crank case relearn VIA a tech 2. I called service, who for some odd reason transferred me to parts. When parts answered, they told me i needed service ( who i had called already.....) he transferred me to service who didnt answer so i called back. When i called back to service i had the same guy. I told him it was me again and that I did in fact need to talk to him about my problem. I told him what i needed and he randomly gave me a $250 quote. I know the process i need to do to my car to get it right again, and $250 was a very very over priced quote. I asked this this if he knew anything i was telling him about and he was bold enough to say " I dont know! I'm just a guy that answers the phone". I was shocked at this guys lack of understatement and customer service. I asked to speak to someone who knew what they wore talking about and he said he was the service manager. Ive never be so disappointed in a dealership. Radley Chevrolet will now ALWAYS get my business and my recommendation

I would like to ask how you would like me to schedule appointments? I used the app for scheduling and electrical problem. Service representative expressed himself as I should have called and scheduled an all day appointment. How am I supposed to know and understand what will take 48 hours to fix versus a couple of hours.
All I am asking for is consistency in procedures for the customer. I had to schedule another appointment for all day and return a week later for the appointment. I had no issue with this and I understand. Just looking for consistency to ensure I get service and provide needed time for the correct resources and manpower.
Check out was great; Service Rep told me about the issue--a fuse that was on the driver side versus the passenger side. Cashier was great and I could see the smile through the face mask. Overall; good experience for the trip to the dealership.

I went to another dealer first and the experience wasn't so good. I spent 3 hours trying to explain to the salesman what car I wanted. I don't think he knew the product very well. He kept trying to sell me something I didn't want. I even showed him on the display they had in their showroom. I pointed to the chart and said, "This is what I want, the premier edition." He still didn't get it. They kept coming back and forth on price despite the fact I kept telling them the price wasn't the issue. It was somewhat entertaining though.
I think they sent every person in the dealership to talk to me except the janitor. It reminded me of the time years ago when I made the mistake of listening to a sales pitch for a time share.
I sent one email to Mark Ross, Salesman at Lindsay and he knew what I was looking for.
It makes the whole experience a lot better if the salesman understands and knows the product he is selling. They had 2 of the cars that the other dealer said nobody had.

Despite calling us yesterday to remind us of our appointment today, they ran out of the parts and didn't even call us today to let us know so we wouldn't have to drive all the way to their dealership. Then they said they didn't even see us in their appointment system. Mainly because the lady that took our appointment, couldn't spell our last name so she used my daughter's first name. There's a reason I won't buy a GM again. Nice.
