Avoid this business like the plague unless you enjoy paying grossly unfair prices (their repair folks are paid on commission...think about what that means). We called on a Friday evening because of a clogged A/C drain pipe. The lady I first spoke with indicated it would be $159 just to have someone come out that evening (that would be in addition to the cost of the repair). If she had someone come at the next day..it'd be $89. Never mind that both charges are exorbitant...we agreed to have someone come out the next day and she said they'd be at our home @10a. At 11a the next day a gentleman calls to tell us he's on his way...and what was the issue we were having. Wow. So I tell him...he says he's not the right guy and not sure why the dispatcher was sending him. He said he'd call the dispatcher back and have a plumbing guy come out (he was an HVAC guy apparently). 90 minutes later...the HVAC guy shows up anyway. He wastes about 30 minutes of our time basically telling us what we'd already established on the phone---that we need a plumber from their company. It literally took us 30 minutes to get him out of our garage and on his way (he apparently wanted to be chatty...paid by the hour I'd assume). I called the dispatch people back...by now we've lost the day...she gets a plumber on the way and agrees to waive the $89 fee. When the plumber calls me to tell me he's on the way, I asked what the charge would be to unclog the drain...he tries to be effusive about telling me but eventually I get it out of him that the MINIMUM charge would be $271. Let that sink in...this band of thieves want $90 for the pleasure of just having them come out AND THEN want to charge twice as much as anyone else to fix a simple clog. My guess is they were simply raising the price and taking on the 'waived' fee. Again, wow. Why anyone would rate this company more than 1 star is beyond me. Avoid these company and do business with folks who deal honestly and don't attempt to gauge consumers. One last thing...I honestly wish Google would check to see if these reviews are legit...my guess they're not; maybe a few people are oblivious to this business's tactics but certainly not enough that it would garner a 4.6 rating.
