Tech did a fast and efficient job on our AC tune up and inspection.

Lightfoot has maintained our 18 year old AC system through the years, but it finally quit in warm Sept. They were very busy, so they brought us two indoor portable AC units to make things bearable, until they could install new system (who does that?). Joshua and another young gentleman did a great job in installing a new system. Lightfoot, as always, is very receptive to their customer needs. Great company.

David was an expert and was very helpful! He completed his job thoroughly and completely. Providing great information as well!

This morning Michael came out and finished a job for us. He got to work, got it done and got out. Cleaned up his area also. Very polite and we will definitely request him for any future jobs.

This was not the first time to have Ronny and Dillon provide service at our home, on behalf of Lightfoot. As with all the other times, they were on time, professional, and took their time to make sure the job was done correctly and in a quality manner.

As always, they said if anything didn't work correctly or we had any more problems, to just call and they'd be out quickly to resolve them.

These two guys are great, and are up on all of the current technology and requirements for the work they perform. You will not be disappointed with their work and professionalism.

I had my a/c serviced by a different company a few months ago and continued to have the same issues. I decided to try Lightfoot Mechanical for a "second opinion". Derrick Cobb was the technician that came to my house. He was prompt, professional, wore a mask and shoe coverings when inside my home. He was very knowledgeable and explained things in a manner that I could understand. I highly recommend this company. I had a great experience all around, including Linda, the person I spoke to for scheduling. She was great too!

The installers did an excellent job. My problem is when completed, my granddaughter was only person home, so I did not receive full instructions on operation. They called to come out but I sent in check for full amount so they cancelled inhome visit so I still have no instructions on cleaning ac.

Wow! Lightfoot Mechanical [Electrical and Plumbing] were so helpful as we moved into our new home in Aledo. We plan on using them exclusively for our electrical and plumbing needs from now on. We had new LED lighting put in throughout the house and had many outlets replaced. The electrician, AJ Bowman, was our hero and the plumbers, Mark Tilton and Rick Vantrease, replaced toilets and installed 2 tankless water heaters and a pressure regulator. Both teams were efficient and showed up when they said they would. We rate these guys highly. Great communication from the office, too. Thank you Lightfoot Mechanical.

I called another well known company and they promised to come the same day, gave us the run around and finally after a day and a half decided to tell us they can be out around 3-5pm. I decided to call Litefoot Mechanical and they came out within a couple of hours and fixed the problem immediately. Five stars plus!!!!!!Thank you Dylan Myers---Awesome job!!

Jacob, did a great job on the repair of my heat exchanger, offering 3 possible options. He answered all my questions, and ultimately agreeing on a modified version of a option. We called him back for a check out of the system a week later, and again he listened as we explained our concerns then checkrd out everything, with no problem.

Dylan was professional, prompt & polite. He diagnosed my plumbing issue and made certain I understood his findings. At the end he gave me a pamphlet of some of the services the company provided and ALSO offered to check back the next day to see if everything is still working properly.

We couldn't be happier! Mark did such an excellent job! Our home was built in 1944 and we have been determined to keep our original fixtures. We know it's not an easy task finding replacement parts, and working with items over 73 years old. I can't tell you how many plumbers over the years have not been equipped to deal with it, have slapped up a Band-Aid, or taken the easy way out (which always results in another call not too far down the line). Mark took the time, care, and patience to find and install all the right items, and get our old house running like new again. THANK YOU!!

One of the worst companies that you will ever have the displeasure of dealing with.

They came out, checked around three poles with a multimeter, and charged me 80 dollars. Well done, I wish I could pull that off.

Then it turns out that it wasn't a blown bus as the technician had told me, the same one who was paid 80 dollars for minutes of work, but instead a blown beaker that fed the bottom half of the breaker box. He quoted me 2800 dollars for a refurbishment job that could've been fixed with an 85 dollar fed-pac breaker. I didn't find this out until after I had pulled the old breaker box, so I went ahead and put up a new GE one anyway. Through either total shysterism (trying to sell me a 2800 dollar refurbishment when all that was required was a breaker) or criminal incompetence (not recognizing the above when you are a technician in the field) Lightfoot cost me around 600 dollars in parts and 18 hours or so of labor because I'm not an electrician and I took my time on this project.

The kicker here is that when I told these "technicians" that I wasn't paying 80 dollars for less than 10 minutes labor they had me talk to someone named Missy at the head office, who was clearly just their collections woman. She had only one goal, and it wasnt customer service. They had no intention of working with me or altering their preposterous 10 minute rate.

My mother, a recent widow, was the one that called these jokers, and had it not been for me she may well have paid the cost for a total rehabilitation, which again was caused by one failed 85 dollar breaker. She did, by the way, pay the 80 dollars for the service call. Thanks for leaving a message on her personal phone, Missy.

A/C went out called Lightfoot Mech...Jacob came out and fixed it in less than an hour and explained everything very clearly. Good, honest company. I would definately recommend.

This company is great! My pipe burst on a Saturday. Several companies didn t answer their phone. Light foot picked right up and arranged for Rick to come to my rescue!! The employees in the office were helpful and courteous. Tiffany kept me updated throughout the process. Rick arrived on time and was professional in appearance and attitude. I have Multiple Sclerosis and it sometimes interferes with my ability to interact confidently. Rick s interactions relieved my stress and anxiety about the entire situation. Oh, and he fixed my pipe really good, too!! I will remember Lightfoot Mechanical for future needs and will refer my friends.

It s unfortunate, but it s hard to find a trustworthy contractor these days. I have used Lightfoot a couple of times now and been happy. It s really pretty simple: they come when they say they are coming. They take time to explain what is wrong and provided clear options for repair. I will definitely use them again!

Casey Severson has been to our home twice recently for separate issues. He has always called ahead, wore shoe covers, greeted us with a smile, listened, checked out our concerns, made great suggestions, treated us with the up most respect, followed through with estimates, and left us feeling confident we were interacting with a man who was interested in his work and capable of handling any plumbing issues that might arise.

However, they did not call before coming out, was 30-minutes late arriving and took 2-1/2 weeks to schedule a repair time (had to get parts) in hot weather with no AC in Master bedroom for over a month.

Paul Fankboner and Reno came out on November 20, 2017 to replace a motor in our Trane Heat Pump. We had been out of AC and Heat for a week after notifying Lightfoot before they were able to obtain the part and install it.

Paul and Reno did a great job and had our AC and heat back up and working after two hours.

11-13-18 - George the Heating and Cooling Expert, called to state that he was on his way to our home to do the winterization of our two Heat Pumps. He was very personable and friendly. He arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about his job and explained everything to us. We would definitely recommend him to all of our friends and family.
