He has always called ahead, wore shoe covers, greeted us with a smile, listened, checked out our concerns, made great suggestions, treated us with the up most respect, followed through with estimates, and left us feeling confident we were interacting with a man who was interested in his work and capable of handling any plumbing issues that might arise.
