David and Shawn are very efficient and knowledgeable. Performed repairs expertly.

However, they did not call before coming out, was 30-minutes late arriving and took 2-1/2 weeks to schedule a repair time (had to get parts) in hot weather with no AC in Master bedroom for over a month.

Paul Fankboner and Reno came out on November 20, 2017 to replace a motor in our Trane Heat Pump. We had been out of AC and Heat for a week after notifying Lightfoot before they were able to obtain the part and install it.

Paul and Reno did a great job and had our AC and heat back up and working after two hours.

11-13-18 - George the Heating and Cooling Expert, called to state that he was on his way to our home to do the winterization of our two Heat Pumps. He was very personable and friendly. He arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about his job and explained everything to us. We would definitely recommend him to all of our friends and family.

11-13-18 - Dylan the Plumbing Expert, called to state that he was on his way to check out our plumbing and two water heaters. He arrived on time, and was also very friendly. He found a leak in our new water heater. He is very knowledgeable in plumbing. We highly recommend him!
