The company was very responsive and sent someone for my repairs the next day. Fortunately for me he discovered some major ducts that connect to my hot water heaters had come apart. When I called the night before, I was told that the service fee was $89 and the materials used were about $30. The technician was at my house for less than 1 hour and I was charged $275. I paid without hesitation because the issue could have been deadly. I believe this company is very professional, however I would suggest getting an estimate in writing before any work is started. I felt a little cheated....
