One of their drivers was texting on his phone & (w/o looking first!!!) moved over into the right lane I was in. Thank god there was a shoulder! I had to swerve into the shoulder & slam on my breaks. He pulled right into their business after that! I immediately called & told them what happened. Not one of the folks I talked to on the phone seemed the least bit concerned... I mean, really? Your driver is texting & not paying attention, endangering innocent people- but don't worry about it! I guess as long as the innocent party is paying attention, they MIGHT be okay!
Things like that ought to be dealt w/ properly & professionally. I hope nobody else has to deal w/ that crap. They might not fair as well.
