TERRIBLE experience today. Was quoted incorrectly by phone service rep a week ago on a scheduled appointment. Was quoted much higher price today from the plumber. Called the office to talk about it and was treated very RUDELY by some lady named Jessie. I was not disrespectful or rude, but she hung up on me. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
