Had purchased an item that turned out not to be good just before the end of the 3-year warranty period. Replacement proved not possible, as a result, I received the purchase amount back without any problem.

Last year bought the well-known green mowing robot at lidlshop, which broke down at the beginning of August this year. Sent in consultation with the supplier (Merotec Germany) for examination and repair. Then 6 weeks later and the supplier Merotec does not respond at all and no longer responds to various emails. Also no longer reachable by phone, because even after calling 50 times on different days, I continue to listen to the tune in the selection menu forever because no employee is available. Finally, I called in Lidl for help and had contact with several people until a district manager was ready ... but also at Lidl after weeks of waiting and being kept on a leash, NO ONE does anything for me and they just let me down. called where the jigsaw ordered by me remained and there was no direct answer to that had to be sorted out.
Received April 28 and returned 2 days later with the comment that he did not meet expectations.
May 12, when DHL arrived home, a message in the letterbox that a package could be picked up in Capelle shank was opened after the package had been sent to the same jigsaw.
Please explain and refund the amount paid by me plus the costs paid by me.

There is only one big but why not deliver.

2 groceries on the tape
3 groceries again I ride the cart
4 groceries in the car
5 man get the groceries out of the car and clean up.

Do you already know about pic-nic that is a company that is delivered free of charge and the cheapest, I can't wait for them to arrive in Emmeloord.

Super deal!
Last night I tried to order the saw table at 00:15, but sold out online again.
That's why I was this morning at 8:01 am at the Lidl location Titus Brandsmahove 70 in my hometown Zoetermeer.
No saw table and the chef, whom I consulted, said that all branches had only received one copy of this.
I have the dark brown suspicion that no saw tables have been delivered at all; I was present practically at opening time and did not see anyone come out of the store with a big suit!
I drove to another branch, but no saw tables there either.
I do not think it is possible that with such an action there is only 1 (and most likely) no item in the stores; a bad turn from Lidl in my opinion!

Why does Lidl not give consumers the choice of whether they want shipment via Post.nl or DHL?
I want to return a package that is far too heavy for me, but there is no DHL point where I can get by car.
The closest one turned out to be an EMPTY STORE.
Contact with DHL is not possible for a layman because the website is completely unclear, a pick-up order arranged through Lidl, ultimately not known by DHL, my daughter 2x from Italy has been calling an hour by now .. A small change after many years as a customer of Lidl and in recent months also a customer of Lidl Webshop, and unfortunately then there are some problems. Is it because in the store there are people, staff, manager, etc. and the webshop is a digital item with little human contact but only knows contact forms with the answer you will receive a message within 4 days !!, but you don't get that, I don't see it many others do not review me. Lidl looks after the business, this is customer-friendly and goes wrong once.
A nice message from me about Lidl followed after this, but that is gone and gone. Lidl is not a customer-friendly company. Lidl is not answered, never at the right level. Sometimes the customer service, but it can mean nothing to you, they promise everything, work alongside each other, what the one promised denies the other. This really happens, but they don't understand it themselves. I have ordered a hefty order, but after 4 weeks I have still not ordered important and paid items, it roams around ??? In the first place Lidl is an excellent store for shopping!
But you know my husband was with our little child the basket that they had to color and stick and then bring to Lidl for a small surprise, So Sofie gives it off and she thought that eggs are coming in. But to her surprise she got another one picture to color, That was a damper, and that goes for more children who expect Easter eggs to come in and no color plate they had already colored.
So I put eggs in it myself and she was happy with it. They still had to hand over that basket at the checkout where all those Easter candy stood! So that is a big minus point for you, and a disappointment for the children For now, think first because the children are your future customers. Kind regards Marianne simons.

I live above the Liddle in Amsterdam, Geuzenveld and for years I have asked them if the drivers want to switch off the engines of the heavy trucks. At LIDL shop, the items are easy to find and order, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Delivery often takes 5 working days and is usually shipped in multiple packages.

Men clothing at Lidl-shop today resembles a disposable product. Shirts, socks, underwear or T-shirt have become very thin in the last 2 years.

The walking shoes I bought at the online shop are completely worn out within 3 months.

Fortunately, LIDL's customer service continues to listen to the customer and take the complaints seriously.
