In the spring I bought a robotic lawnmower from you. It worked properly in the beginning, but after a few months he broke down. Can happen. Contact customer service and they would have the supplier of the product contact us to have it repaired. This did not happen and after calling back a number of times, I decided to return the mower, but that did not work until after a few months I was allowed to bring it to a Lidl location. Delivery there was also not just because I had bought it on the website. but after a day of calling and driving up and down, we finally succeeded. luckily I thought pffffffff. But since the beginning of November we have been waiting for the money to be returned, I have called a number of times but have not received a penny back to date. If you don't want to pay anything back let me know at least then at least I know where I stand. I now think about 10 times before I buy something big and expensive at the Lidl webshop.
