April 7 jigsaw ordered and 39.99 transferred, after +/- 2 weeks
called where the jigsaw ordered by me remained and there was no direct answer to that had to be sorted out.
Received April 28 and returned 2 days later with the comment that he did not meet expectations.
May 12, when DHL arrived home, a message in the letterbox that a package could be picked up in Capelle shank was opened after the package had been sent to the same jigsaw.
Please explain and refund the amount paid by me plus the costs paid by me.
