Last year bought the well-known green mowing robot at lidlshop, which broke down at the beginning of August this year. Sent in consultation with the supplier (Merotec Germany) for examination and repair. Then 6 weeks later and the supplier Merotec does not respond at all and no longer responds to various emails. Also no longer reachable by phone, because even after calling 50 times on different days, I continue to listen to the tune in the selection menu forever because no employee is available. Finally, I called in Lidl for help and had contact with several people until a district manager was ready ... but also at Lidl after weeks of waiting and being kept on a leash, NO ONE does anything for me and they just let me down. AWAY MOWING ROBOT !! So think before you start buying these types of items at Lidl.
