Why does Lidl not give consumers the choice of whe...

Why does Lidl not give consumers the choice of whether they want shipment via Post.nl or DHL?
I want to return a package that is far too heavy for me, but there is no DHL point where I can get by car.
The closest one turned out to be an EMPTY STORE.
Contact with DHL is not possible for a layman because the website is completely unclear, a pick-up order arranged through Lidl, ultimately not known by DHL, my daughter 2x from Italy has been calling an hour by now .. I meanwhile 2x Lidl and many wrong departments of DHL and today another HALF DAY FURTHER !!!
and still no clarity as to whether or not the package is picked up today by DHL !!!

NEVER AGAIN!
Neither the Lidl online shop nor a company that lets DHL do the shipping!
You get crazy and upset with this.
It is assumed so automatically that you understand it all apparently.
Bah!
