Catched up with current events. I was reasonably satisfied with Lidl and for many years a customer at the supermarket and this year also at the Webshop. But there were major problems. Only when I still had full confidence did I write ...... A small change after many years as a customer of Lidl and in recent months also a customer of Lidl Webshop, and unfortunately then there are some problems. Is it because in the store there are people, staff, manager, etc. and the webshop is a digital item with little human contact but only knows contact forms with the answer you will receive a message within 4 days !!, but you don't get that, I don't see it many others do not review me. Lidl looks after the business, this is customer-friendly and goes wrong once.
A nice message from me about Lidl followed after this, but that is gone and gone. Lidl is not a customer-friendly company. Lidl is not answered, never at the right level. Sometimes the customer service, but it can mean nothing to you, they promise everything, work alongside each other, what the one promised denies the other. This really happens, but they don't understand it themselves. I have ordered a hefty order, but after 4 weeks I have still not ordered important and paid items, it roams around ??? And only now are they found, but return to the warehouse, and return is return, nothing more can be done. If I just want to order again and pay again and see, do it myself and ask for my money back. They refuse to do anything else. What happened here cannot be described with a pen, and they do nothing about it. A not only customer unfriendly but customer dog. The whole story becomes too long but shows how they treat you. Typically a case where you have to come with the TV Camera. Now nothing is possible, you are not interesting enough.

Complaints that we see here at Google but also on Trustpilot may or may not actually be there, because they point to their principles and they will have to respond satisfactorily and / or solve the problem / complaint. Believe it.
