Very professional. Looking forward to having car wash/vacuum service resumed and hopefully you can figure out a way to bring back employees to do that and remain safe. Also looking forward to later hours for those of us who live/work further away.

Because of Nicole and professionals like her, Kuni Lexus of Beaverton receives my top rating for professionalism, service, and quality. Beside their attractive show room, their service staff was genial, exceedingly prompt, very knowledgeable and frankly a joy to work with. My wife I purchased a new Lexus working with Nicole DuBravac. She wasn t in the slightest bit pushy, and from the beginning you got the feeling that she was looking out for the long-term best interest in maintaining a solid commitment to customer care. I look forward to working with Nicole and Kuni again in the near future; and would encourage you to check them out. I always love to wait for my car to be checked and fixed at Kuni Lexus. It is an elegant, comfortable, welcoming place with excellent service. I do miss the chocolate treat of years past when you handed out the little gold boxes with 4 Godiva chocolates in it.

Didn't have tech available to diagnose problem on 2009 RX 350 nav screen problem. Not their fault, tho. Toyota didn't have it available until 2010 model year. I found problem by accident. It seems to much corrosion on positive battery cable was causing screen to go black. It would go off and come back on.

Eddie Valderrama is dishonest service "consultant". He forces clients to pay for unnecessary diagnostics, so he can find something they don't really need to repair and waist thousands of dollars on unnecessary service. He should not be working for the reputable Kuni Lexus of Portland dealership.

I been to many dealerships like BMW, ACURA and the...

I been to many dealerships like BMW, ACURA and they were all great but i am very amaze by how great Scott Miner is in the service department. I have taken my car in probably close to 15 times already and Scott goes the extra mile and never forgets the little details. Everytime i drop my car off he gives me a call every 2 or 3 hours so let me know the status of my vehicle which is something the ther dealers didnt do.

Scott you are the man, thanks again for all your hard work.

I bought a used vehicle from Nicole DuBravac and hope I get to buy another car from her...soon...all electric maybe. She helped me buy the right car, made the process super easy, and fun. She paid every possible attention to detail and made the experience really fun. The Kuni experience was great to me. Great Ed Kantola, another salesman, helped to get the SUV we wanted available in a pinch. They all worked at a team, from sales manager Hugo Moguel, to Ed Kantola, to the perfect Nicole, it was a pleasure. I'll be back to buy from them again. I'm also going to bring them some wine. Good people.

I purchased a car at Lexus of Portland, this was my second purchase from this dealership. Once again I was very pleased with the outstanding service. Ed was our sales rep. and was very helpful and patient as we dragged him from car to car in the cold rain. Shaun was very professional and helpful as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car! I would also like to add that the service department is outstanding. I've always had excellent service from the service writer to the nice young man that gave me a ride to work.

As usual Kuni Lexus was first rate to deal with. Service was thorough and great. I had a tire that was leaking air that had everyone scratching their head on how to fix it.Update . The service department got my tire fixed , they kept trying until they were successful. They are the best.

Phenomenal Service! We went to Lexus of Portland to buy a new RX 450 and Brett Day was an excellent sales person. He gave us privacy in discussing our decision and didn't push us to make a particular choice which is greatly appreciated. The time it took us to get the keys of our new Lexus was by far the quickest of any dealership - no kidding. The longest part was picking which Lexus we wanted. We didn't even have to haggle we told them the price we wanted to pay and they made it happen. I highly recommend them to anyone buying a Lexus.

I am amazingly satisfied. I just finished purchasing a used 2014 Tundra from the fine people at Kuni Lexus of Portland. I live near Seattle, and after searching online for over a month I found that Kuni Lexus of Portland had a great looking used truck to check out. It was more than I could have hoped for in quality(it looked brand new), and much less than I could have hoped for in price. After emailing their Internet Sales department I received a quick response. Jeneva answered all my questions quickly whether by email, phone, or text. After a day full of back-and-forth discussions we settled on a great price and completed financing over the phone and via email. Today I had a great time riding the train down to Portland with my young daughter. We were picked up at Union Station by Nicole, who was waiting right outside the door, and were taken quickly to the dealership where my truck was waiting, clean and freshly detailed. After a once-over and a test drive I concluded that the truck really was as perfect as they had said. I then worked with Tony in their Finance department to finalize all the paperwork we had started the day before. He was quick, efficient, and very friendly. He gave my daughter water, an orange, and chocolates to snack on at his desk as he and I signed paperwork. He also gave my daughter a few more treats to take home to her brothers. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and efficient. We were in and out in under an hour. I want to thank everyone there for offering such a great clean vehicle at such a great price. My family and I are very satisfied.

I had pretty much decided on another car but just thought I'd take a quick look. I was greeted by Michael Hamilton who immediatly impressed me. Michael was well versed about the car he showed me, understood my budget and quickly started working on a solution. I took a test drive and loved the car. No sales pressure just friendly & helpful service. I didnt drive off with a new Lexus but I hope to soon.

It's unfortunate that the starter battery in my 400H continues to fail after sitting just 2 days. The good news is that Sean, service manager, is completely understanding and is dispatching his driver out to help.
The atmosphere in the sales and service areas are serene with big screen tvs and yummy treats.
One thing I wish they would allow for a GPS upgrade without paying hundreds of dollars. I'm driving on streets that don't exist under the older technology.
Other than that -- golden. Love this company.

I dealt with 3 people each provided professional services.Dan Garvin (Sales) was my first contact via phone. He was able to "listen" to my needs and provided me with the information I needed to make my decision. We arranged and appointment date and time and was greeted immediately as I walked in. From our meet/greet through the entire process, Dan explained everything I needed to make my decison and walked me through the purchase. Cameron explained the electronics, apps, etc. of my vehicle in a patient, calm, succint, easy to understand manner leaving me with the option to call "anytime" to re-explain or walk me through anything we may not have covered. Ian Kim walked me through the actual purchase, explaining what each signature covered including extra warranty and insurance options, again easy peasy. Love, Love, Love my 2020 RX350. I am a dedicated Lexus owner. Previous Lexus GS350 was an incredible car when I had it but have decided a SUV is more suited for my current lifestyle/needs. From sales to services, Lexus is A+. Just wish we had a Lexus services department in Vancouver, WA. Thank you y'all!

My wife decided she wanted a Lexus IS250. After searching the local area and not finding anything in the color combination that appealed to her, she expanded her search area and found Lexus of Portland. And as luck would have it, they had a 2012 CPO Lexus IS250 AWD she was interested in.

I emailed Jeremy Rupp, the Internet consultant at Lexus of Portland, with several questions my wife had regarding the vehicle. He responded immediately, with answers to everything I asked.

The following Saturday we took the 2.5hr drive down to Portland to see the vehicle in person. Jeremy was waiting for us when we arrived, showed us around the dealership (which is very nice, BTW) and then eventually out to the car my wife was interested in. While we took it for a test drive, Jeremy answered all of my wife s question regarding what was covered under the certified pre-owned warranty, as well as, specific questions about the vehicle. The vehicle was super clean.

The three people we dealt with were Jeremy Rupp (salesman), Jarrod Marini (technology specialist), and Debra Alexander (finance). All three were completely professional, super low pressure, and went way out of their to make the car buying experience painless. Honestly, the entire car buying process, from the first email to us getting into the car to drive back home was a complete pleasure. If I'm ever in the the market to buy another Lexus I would definitely shop at Lexus of Portland.

I felt very comfortable to first of all enter the facility and customer parking was very easy! Was immediately helped by a salesman who directed me to the vehicle I was interested in. Showed the vehicle and offered a test drive without any pressure. Gave very precise directions for the drive, as I was not familiar with the area. Put my deal together without any pressure and was very trustworthy and straightforward. Dan made the process as easy as possible, gave us water and snacks, as we were starving! The entire process went very smoothly and I drove away with a vehicle I love and a dealership I trust to take good care of me in the future.

Old fashioned car dealership, but I'm not old fashioned. Unfortunately for me, Kuni can't close a deal online and by phone or messenger, even if the offer (like mine) was full price, cash. The sales person explained that all customers have to meet with the finance manager. My last five car purchases have been completed without my presence. Three of the five times, the dealership delivered thet car and brought the paperwork to complete. The other two were closed via veri-sign and overnight mail and they had a service deliver the car. Overall, I was impressed with the caliber of people and the business' transparency. Kuni is a dealership I trust, but behind the times. I assume that they do enough business that they do not have to offer convenience options.

Was at Kuni Lexus of Portland today for a 90 minute service and had to endure two men that were together Without mask. They were walking around and talking with team members without a mask! Not one employee asked them to put a mask on. I went to two different employees and complained and they said they would take care of it. In the 1 hour and 15 minutes of my time near them the management never did anything! I also emailed Kuni about the situation while sitting there. I tried to go outside away from them but there was no place to sit( I am handicapped and have asthma, compromised). There are fires and the air quality was making me sick. They compromised the customers and staff! I was invisible to them! No respect!

For me, buying a car is one of those tasks in life that hold the same ranking as root canals... a very unpleasant, but sometimes necessary task. However, working with John Caruso at Kuni Lexus was a great and enjoyable experience. He treated us respectfully, professionally and with good humor. We were purchasing an used Toyota Sienna from Kuni Lexus, so we weren't what perhaps is their more typical customer. Yet we were treated with the utmost respect and consideration. I highly recommend John Caruso and Kuni Lexus of Portland!

A couple of weeks ago, I stopped in at Kuni Lexus of Portland to look at a pre-owned RX330. Amir Fazal came to my assistance. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and even knew its history. After I drove the vehicle I didn t need a salesman to convince me to buy it, but Amir was amazing. He was also incredibly kind and patient. Debra Alexander, who handled the financial details was also very kind and patient. Amir even called me a week later to be sure I was still satisfied with my purchase. I AM!! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle that they contact Amir. I do believe it was the most pleasant experience I ve ever had with a car dealership.

Bill Turner consistently provides the best information and advice to me regarding the service of our cars. Whether it's my LS or my wife's RX, he knows our vehicles, what was done last, what needs doing now and what is coming next. He is unfailingly polite, courteous and helpful. Don't get me wrong I love my van I bought cashers check in hand $17,000+ what I do not like is the carfacts report and dealer where not honest. The van has for sure been in a pervious accident. there is still missing paint and rust under the replaced parts. Was told the van had never been damaged or in an accident. and 2 I was over charged for van, the dealer said they would mail me a check for the overpay. and still not heard anything from them in weeks. Being that I brought them as they requested a cashiers check from my bank for the amount I was told then told I over paid and would receive a check for difference. Since the tag was still good on van and they charged me for a new tag and paperwork. I I am just wondering what kind of place are you running? Will I ever receive my money or hear back from dealers?

Ryan Lenz was my service advisor and was great through the whole process. Despite the "bad news" (very large repair) Ryan walked me through the issues and I felt informed the whole time. He even recommended against a couple of items that I thought may be due based on the inspection report. The video inspection of the car is key, so please keep that up. Bottom line, Ryan is a great employee for you guys at Kuni.

The experience started pretty well with Nicole (the salesperson). She was very helpful and responsive. We loved the car. But the experience that followed was horrible after she left. We were kept waiting for more than an hour for the finance stuff. Despite of them knowing that we had to drive back all the way to Seattle and it was already 8:00 pm. We talked to a couple of staff members to see if they can expedite the process. Little disappointed. Although their regular hours were till 6:00 pm so they were working overtime too. I dont blame the staff but the experience could have been much better.

In spite of working here a Sales Valet, I liked their service model. I've seen how they handle customers how quick they close deals. How detailed their cars are before handing over to a customer.

I compared to other places, they are my best so far. I wasn't in a position to afford lexus yet but someday I will perhaps.

Had everything but the car this week coming from Boise I . Gave Calamos everything he needed to complete the deal to hold the car for me.. Gave him $1000.00 dollars And a signed bill of sale.. then call separate calls that he needed this and that signed. It should have all been taken care when he said all he needed was what I gave him. He had no clue what he needed to complete the deal.

Purchased a used 2008 Subaru Impreza two weeks ago, and am very happy with the car and dealership.

Rob answered the phone and we chatted. He answered all the questions I had at the moment. He called me back the next morning to tell me more about the availability of the car and some more features. It was a long drive for me, so I wanted to hear as much as I could on the phone. When I got to the dealership, everyone was friendly and professional and the place is immaculate and beautiful. Rob spent 3 hours with me, test driving, working out the bottom line, dealing with my trade-in, and answering all my questions. He was always pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Drove out with my new car and am very satisfied with the deal. Got a very good used car at a fair price. I did lots of research, knew what I wanted, and they helped me get it without any hassle. I would definitely recommend Rob and the dealership. As a bonus, because of the excellent condition of the car, they gave the car a K-Certification Warranty: a 2- year, up to 100,00 miles on the odometer, drive-train warranty. Great extra for a used car.

Just moved from Boston to Bend and there isn't a Lexus dealer in town. I was contemplating buying a Mercedes or an Audi . I came to Kuni for service on our 2013 GS and were treated fantastic starting with the service advisor Steve and then we met with Duy Dang "sales representative" and was so impressed, we upgraded to a new GS.
The entire process was seamless and everything was as promised without any surprises including the delivery process I highly recommend Kuni Lexus and am hoping they decide to open a dealership in Bend.

My wife and I recently purchased a Lexus from Lexus of Portland. Our initial contact was with Daniel, who later transferred us to Rob. Both did a fantastic job of helping us with our needs. We traveled from out of town to puchase this vehicle and were very impressed with the level of professionalism the staff had. We had a poor experience with another dealership in our hometown and went through everything in the book from deception of broken parts to bait and switch on the agreed upon price to good cop -- bad cop on pressuring us to buy. We experienced NOTHING close to this at this dealership. They say they treat their customers as they would a family member and it is true. Kudos to management for realizing that if you treat your customers the right way they will come back and refer to others. Good job guys!

i came in this morning before work for an oil change on my ct200h and the service here is amazing!! jen was my consultant and she was so amazingly kind, all the staff there is! jen made sure my change was quick, yet efficiently done, so that i could make it to work. they are hassle free, easy to book an appointment online, and so amazing overall!
