The service overall was good but would have been excellent if they didn't leave a small scratch or didn't bend my license plate. They did fix it after I noticed it.
I absolutely LOVE my new RX-350. I also appreciated being able to communicate both with email and text. It made it a doable process because we live in Central Oregon. Both Jim and Leland listened and helped me find resolutions to make our buying experience a success. This is our 2nd car from Kuni Lexus and we will definitely refer friends & family!
I love going here for service. I can camp here for hours with the free wifi and drink decent coffee / soda. They also have snacks. Great place to hide. Oh, and Ronnie is a fantastic Service Rep!!

My husband and I were driving and the car started to vibrate (Lexus rx350) and it had the rhythmic flat tire sound and feels. We almost got into accident so we pulled over to check if the pressure was low but it was fine. Then my husband tried to check the lug nuts and it turns out that the lug nuts were not tightened at all! Tire could have easily popped out and the car couldn t have rolled out. I had just taken it in for inspection not too long ago. Someone working on the car messed up big time. This could have caused us an accident and thousands of dollars in repair if not caught on time. Plan on tightening and rechecking on all our lug nuts. I m extremely disappointed that in 3 hour plus service this wasn t done right.
Go see Nicole DuBravac....She is the best....I just bought a Lexus SUV from her, and I already wish I could buy another car from her. She helped me buy the right car, made the process so easy, and made it fun. She paid every possible attention to detail and made the luxury experience practical, alluring, and exciting. The Kuni experience was great to me. Great Ed, another salesman, helped to get the SUV we wanted available in a pinch. They all worked at a team, from sales manager Hugo Moguel, to Ed Kantola, to the perfect Nicole, it was a pleasure. I'll be back to buy from them again. I'm also going to bring them some wine. Good people.

Awful service. Was in the process of receiving a loan and then was informed they sold the car I was looking to get. I had to drive for 4 hours to get to the dealership but glad I don't have to anymore and waste my time.
If I could give zero stars I would. This review is for the sales/financial side of things. The service side has been amazing. The total buying experience we bad. From the time we agreed to buy the car until the end and so on. The only reason why it continued is because my wife was there or I would have left a long time ago. First off, the whole thing took more than 4 hours to complete. That time does not included finding the car and test driving it. The initial time wasting was the salesman lack of knowledge of the "new system", which I found out later was not new. He just didn't know how to operate it. He kept having to get up and mysteriously disappear for 10-20 minutes at a time, while I was trying to figure out how to get my credit app into their clunky system. After all that we then got to deal with their financial service manager David Sanchez. This guy is a car salesman through and through. Tried to sell us everything he could under the sun. After telling him multiple times we just wanted the car. He also messed up the DMV side of things by listing the car as new, which it wasn't so now they owe us a refund on the DMV fees. I signed my loan paperwork to be financed through Chase, which is my bank and so I was good with that. Come to find out 2 weeks later he went with BOA, not by him telling me, but by me receiving a letter in the mail from BOA, which I do not like to do business with. He also lied about trying to go with Lexus financial and Chase because I called them and they said they did not receive anything for a car loan for me. So I called him and he did not have a good excuse at all. Couldn't explain why he did that and why he didn't let us know. I emailed him multiple times and he never once responded to my email. He would always call. I think he didn't want a paper trail of what he did to be found. He kept asking me what he could do to make it right, so I let him know and as of today he has not done anything. I'm wondering if my sale is legitimate since I signed for Chase, but was given BOA? I am currently talking to Lexus corporate to see what my choices are. We are previous Lexus owners and have had great experiences with Lexus in the past (not this dealer). BTW, the car I bought was an L/Certified car and that doesn't seem to matter much to them because the interior of the car was not very well detailed along with other things. I actually brought the car back a week and half after I bought it and had a list of things that they needed to fix. If I ever buy another Lexus I will go somewhere else. If the owner actually reads this I hope they take it seriously. This is very deceptive practices by their dealer, especially their finance manager.
2 months later and I'm still dealing with the aftermath of the this dealership. So I paid the DMV fees out of my own pocket. I do not like including this stuff in the financing. So instead of refunding me they sent my refund to the bank. All I got was an ooops, we're sorry and they hung up. We ended up buying the maintenance package and I got a call from Lexus saying that the dealership (David Sanchez) did not fill their paperwork out correctly and that my plan was cancelled. I am not surprised by this. At this point I did not want to call Kuni Lexus because I was fed up with them, so my wife called them and let them have it. After a couple days we got a call from Lexus again saying that the plan was fixed. This dealership is a disgrace to the Lexus brand. Zero stars!
The team at Kuni Lexus were very helpful. We were told that the oil change would be 90 mins and we asked if they could try and do it quicker. Even with current conditions they were able to get the oil change done in just over 1hr. They really do believe in customer service.

I recieved a safety recall in the mail for the airbag in my 08 Lexus IS250, so I drove 130 miles to get it replaced.(since I'm not a local)I honestly wasn't expecting much from them, I thought they were just going to replace the airbag and then tell me to beat it.(since I wasn't there to spend money per se) My service advisor told me it would be 4 hours to get the airbag replaced so I went about my day exploring Beaverton and killed some time. Eventually, Eddie called me and told me my car was ready to go. When I got back not only had they replaced the airbag, but they also washed and vacuumed my car, performed an extensive multipoint inspection to check my cars health and fueled up my car all at no charge.(yes you read that right, they fueled up my car) I was absolutely flabbergasted and amazed I didn't even ask for any of the above services but, Lexus went above and beyond and provided them to me. I have never had such amazing customer service experience. Eddie if your reading this, you made my day!I will be back when I have some more change laying around and buy a car from you guys and get it serviced here forsure. Thanks a million for everything!
This is where I go to get my Lexus serviced and have for the past eight years or so. I had one Lexus for seven years and never ever deviated from this location for service.. my service advisor is named Don Smith and my last service appointment I actually waited two weeks for him to come back from vacation before checking my car in for just an oil change. I always feel like I am taken care of to the max! The atmosphere in the waiting room is fantastic with a coffee machine that I ve never seen before. LOL it s the best ever! They always have a food and great beverage selection to which is all complementary. They have Wi-Fi and comfortable seating, a business section for those that need Internet access and or a Private area for working while waiting. This rating is based on the service that I received in the service department for my vehicle and not on the purchase of the vehicle. However I have purchased a vehicle from this Lexus dealership and I had a fantastic experience. When my car serviced here at this location they are always very very timely, my car is taken care of well, and they always deliver it back to me washed and vacuumed. I have no reason to go anywhere else!
Our service advisor, Summer Helms, did an absolutely outstanding job. #1 - She was either always available ro got back to me right away; #2 - She always had the correct, current info.
All the service personnel are top notch and do a terrific job! I always feel like if they say some repair is needed it is. I won t take my car anywhere else.
Brian Ford was a true professional. Rock solid. He tuned into our needs and anticipated our next step to make the right purchase decision for us. Your service department also excelled. We drove our 99 RX 300 across country from Michigan with 180K. It died upon arrival. Your staff took my panicked call after a dead start engaged but would not shut off when the key was removed. Towed in as recommended then you walked me thru the video of all the needs to bring the car up to good functional standards. It was time. We traded in and left with our first leased vehicle. Fabulous experience, in every aspect. From sales to service. They make you feel welcome, not pressured and they seem to sincerely want to do the right thing, and sell you a quality vehicle. Recently purchased a used Honda pilot from Yasu. Price was more than fair. They also replaced all the brake rotors, pads, installed 4 new tires, serpentine belt as well as performing an oil change at no extra charge to me, and the price was below market value. Great place, highly recommend.

First time I have interacted with Spencer. Spencer was constantly moving though I never felt like he was rushing, not paying attention, or that he wasn t focused on me getting on with my day as soon as possible. All good though one comment - you have spots marked for service parking and yet, we never can park there as Sales has cars in those spots. Makes it highly congested when getting a ride or returning to pick up your serviced vehicle.
Ryan Lenz provided exceptional service and my car is running great. He made sure my experience was not only fast, professional and my needs we're met but safe during this COVID-19 pandemic time.

Bought and service our new RX here. Our experience is as follows. We found the usual standard negotiating procedures during the purchasing stage. However, it was much more courteous and professional vs. other places and brands. After the purchase (at a good price), we experienced the care for customer that is really excellent and accommodating, befitting the quality of the brand Lexus, to ensure our concerns are addressed. We would certainly recommend this dealer for both purchase and service.

Overall by far the best car buying experience we've ever had.....Amir's passion for the Lexus name was refreshing.....its obvious when a salesperson truly believes in the product he or she is selling. We were at the dealership off and on for three days and felt our wants and needs were met each time....I was a skeptic about all the positive reviews we read before our first visit but quickly realized they were right on the money. All that being said there was one blemish which was our experience at the end with the financial dept......if we could rate that experience separate it would get three stars instead of five. Again the overall experience was great.......ask for Amir...you wont be sorry.

70,000 mile service, took longer than usual but staff is at 70% so it's understandable. Everyone's always very nice and professional. I really like the video that's viewable on my phone :-)
Nathan B in service is excellent. He is very professional and helpful. Nathan does a fantastic job fielding problems with my car and has a way of turning pessimistic situations into optimistic ones. The team failed to fix the charging system problem. They couldn't find a problem, and yet, the next morning, the car would not start. I had to take it back Saturday.
Love this place! Service is exceptional, staff -caring, guest lounge is modern & clean. Snacks & coffee beverages offered make the wait pleasant &worry free. Brad Dorshorst- (takes care if maintenance of my car), is pleasant, professional, helpful & caring. He's also not pushy with services that my car may benefit from, but I wasn't aware of. Honestly, wouldn't pick another place to change my oil & service my Lexus.
I had premature tire wear. The reps kept valuable notes then reached out to Michelin on my behalf and I ended up with around a 30% discount on the tires due to the pro rated warranty. The fact this was all taken care of was a major savings of my time and effort. So thankful, especially during the pandemic, for great customer centric service. The team at Kuni is excellent and I felt safe due to their Covid protocols. Thanks again!
I can't say enough good things about Kuni Lexus of Portland. This was the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had hands down. I traded in a used vehicle and had my appraisal within less than ten minutes they allowed me to drive vehicles by myself in order to make my decision. I was told take your time and let us know what you think. I was never pressured once I decided on the vehicle I wanted it was all straightforward everything that was verbally told to me was all reflected in my paperwork. They cleaned up my car pulled it around and I was off. I want people to know I was buying a used car and was in the used car market so please don't think you are out of the price range they sell used cars and not just Lexus I ended up buying a really nice Toyota Camry at a great price. David Marshall, Mark Silici, were great and finance Bianca Nguyen were all just great. If you need a car I would definitely check out Kuni-Lexus of Portland.

Kuni service has always been excellent for me. Online scheduling is convenient, they recognize my vehicle and are ready when I arrive, the customer service rep efficiently explains the service being performed and the cost, the waiting area is comfortable with good snacks, coffee, reading material, wifi, and tv, and the service is performed in the time quoted and includes a car wash and vacuum. I actually enjoy bringing my car in, Thanks Kuni!

I never felt pressured and was able to feel like I got a great deal. I purchased a preowned vehicle and was treated with black tie service. Ive always hated buying cars from big dealerships like i was a herded cattle drive in and out the door. Brett completely changed my mind, of course he wants to sell cars its his job but to have someone be courteous and respectful these days is a challenge. Needed some new brake pads of rear and they replaced all four. He actually said its the right thing to do. Exactly what you want to hear from a service manger when it comes to your safety.
This was my 2nd Lexus purchased from Kuni Lexus and I after this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to make a 3rd. I found a car on their website then spoke with Naz Hajjeh on the phone. When he knew I wanted to purchase a used vehicle sight unseen, he was willing to thoroughly look it over for me, text me photos, and answer tons of questions for me and my husband. I hired a car transport and my "new" Lexus arrived with no surprises. I felt like Naz went above and beyond to make my experience a very positive one. He returned my calls promptly and treated me very respectfully. I love my new car!
The transmission was loud, and the car would jump with a jerk when I went from Park to Drive. These were some of the indicators in the recent safety recall notice I received. Lexus Service asked me to bring the car in immediately which I did on August 31. Edward Swift was the service advisor. He updated me on Tuesday and by Wednesday I had the car back after some software modifications were downloaded. The car's now running great. Thanks!

No one ever called me to say what was done or looked at. The man who picked up and returned the car was great...welcoming...but i dont know what was done to the car or what needs to be done future... i do appreciate that i dont have to drive to beaverton... also nobody called to say the car was coming home...i was getting ready to take the dog on a walk which would have taken an hour so might not have been here when the car was delivered. No communication.
This is the second time I bought a vehicle from kuni. Everyone I dealt with were wonderful people. I felt as if the process was not complicated or time consuming. I bought a 2018 NX 300h and the 2 hour drive confirmed I made the right decision. The best thing about the hybrid was the gas gauge barely moved.: )
Probably due to COVID-19's reduced hours and staff, my car was kept overnight (from a 9:30 a.m.) appointment for a 60,000 mile check up and front brake job. Fortunately, it did not present a problem. The video of the car's inspection sent to my smart phone is a great idea. The staff are, as usual, very nice.
You Could not find the driver window air leak for the second time (2 separate service visits). I drove the car this morning for the first time since brining it home and recorded the leak on my phone, which is super obvious when it happens.
Next, the car had a nail in a tire when I picked up the car. I took it to discount tire for a fix. When I spoke to the tech, he was torquing all of my wheels. He asked me when and where my car was last serviced...of course it was at Kuni Lexus this week. None of them were torqued to spec. This was very dangerous as this could have caused the loss of a wheel and/or severely damaged the car.
Last time I picked up my car, I handed the service writer bolts that were in my door pocket. A tech had to call me and then come out and install the bolts because they had been left out.
Your service group is sloppy and this time endangered me by their poor work.
Well, I have maintenance contract. Matt, missed at beginning but once I mentioned he did apologize and correct the error. I also requested him if he can stop the mail we get too often to upgrade our current Lexus. He did made a note and he will work with sales .
We bought our daughter's first car from Kuni Lexus, it was such a great experience that we will be coming back when we are in the market again for another car purchase.
A little disappointed with our salesperson. Several times I would email with questions and only get answers to one or two of the questions. Had to email several times until all questions were answered.
Also, my last experience with Kuni Lexus several years ago when I bought an RX350, included a wonderful gift of two Lexus insulated coffee mugs. When I asked about something like this for this purchase I was told that you don't do that anymore - the excuse was Covid-19. Not sure what that has to do with providing a gift.
Excellent customer service and my sales rep, Duy, made the sales process easy and comfortable. Management was polite, attentive and it was overall an excellent experience.
