We recently bought a RX350. My wife an I had a very pleasant, unpressured experience. From start to finish from the salesperson to the manager, finance, cell phone blue-tooth installer, car detailer, the Lexus team consisted of competent, friendly, informative people. They were helpful and accommodative. The coup de gras was the unexpected gift at the end of our transaction. The thoughtfulness and genuine friendliness of the entire staff were memorable.

Don Smith volunteered information that was necessary to properly maintain our vehicle. I look forward to work with him again.

I value the ease of making an appointment on-line and getting my favorite technician, Jeff Miller. I was waiting in line outside to get my car into the bay; Jeff saw me waiting, came out, told me he'd deliver the paperwork for signing and sent me to the lounge to make myself comfortable. Your process for service appears to be working very smoothly. I waited no longer than Jeff said I would have to wait. I was in and out in an hour and a half. Love that.

We have been leasing Lexus for 10 years (3 different cars) now and I will not change cars under any circumstances. One of the top reasons (besides the car quality) is the customer service. This time I bought the car, so I got to deal with the sales department as well and had an unexpectedly awesome experience. The sales rep's name is daniel Okhotin and the professionally (and kindness) he showed during our visit was plain amazing. Thumbs up, Lexus, on the overall customer service experience, but also on hiring some great people!

Staff was very friendly. Service was completed while I waited. Great option. My only comment would be that the service advisors should be wearing masks when interacting with customers. Otherwise I appreciated the sanitizing service provided.

My husband and I just bought a car from Kuni Lexus this past weekend, and the experience was far more than we could have expected. Their service is astounding and we really enjoyed the entire car buying experience.

After looking at all the great reviews I chose this lexus dealership for my next vehicle. I initially spoke with a salesman that seemed very professional and genuine in regard to my prospective future vehicle. I asked the Salem an to look the vehicle over please and to inform me of any dents or significant scratches the vehicle may have since I was coming form Eugene, Oregon. The salesman stated the car was meticulous with no imperfections and that he was a picky person so I was talking to the right man. I show up after driving in the rain in gridlocked traffic to be greeted and shown the vehicle. The car had significant damage everywhere including front, rear bumper and a long scratch on driver side door. I could not believe this man flat out lied to get me in the store. Anyways I left a message for store manager, but to date still no response. Definitely will take my business elsewhere!

Jeff Miller bent over backwards to make the service experience seamless. Carl needs a better phone...he was hard to hear and the 2 women who took my initial 2 calls to try to schedule were very unhelpful and didn't call me back as promised (which resulted in a THIRD call which Carl handled.

My husband and I would like to say we had an absolutely great experience buying our first car with Lexus of Portland. From our first phone call to inquire about it, to our Salesman Kevin Kelly coming in the next day 2 hours early just to show us our GS330, we were treated like royalty. They went above and beyond including filling our new cars gas tank before driving off. It was the little things that kept us happy and that is what matters at the end of car buying experience. We would absolutely recommend the team at LOP anyone wanting to buy. Our only negative is that we did not buy a car from them sooner. Stop by and ask for Kevin Kelly!

I had a wonderful experience shopping for my new vehicle with Kuni Lexus. Jeneva was great to work with, she was patient and willing to spend a ton of time with us as we made the decision on what to buy. I would highly recommend Kuni Lexus to any buyers looking for an honest and reputable sales staff and comfortable purchasing experience.

We had been planning to trade in our Mercedes-Benz ML 350 for a newer one for a few months. Calls and visits to MB dealers were disappointing--lack of inventory and limited color selection in the non-diesel market. On Valentine's Day, we were driving by the Lexus of Portland dealership. My husband and I decided that it couldn't hurt to check it them out.

We were greeted warmly by Brett Day. Instead of quickly ushering us to look at cars, he invited us in for coffee (very fancy machine - and um, so good) and delicious finger foods. It was like going to visit a friend. While I settled happily in a comfy chair, hubby and Brett ventured off to look at cars. My husband came back EXCITED about a hybrid (turned out to be a RX 450H). The car was pulled up to the entrance and when I saw it, I was in lust. The color/style -- TO DIE FOR.

Brett was awesome and his knowledge of the vehicle was AMAZING. His enthusiasm for the Lexus product was contagious and made us confident about the Lexus brand. Then we drove it. At this point, I am in love. Finally a vehicle that was the perfect marriage of my taste (I like to sit up high and love technology - the less I have to do the better) and my husband's (he loves a "living room style" of driving comfort).

While in the car, I couldn't contain myself and blurted out "I LOVE THIS CAR and I WANT IT". Brett smiled like he got that this reaction all the time. Long story short - FAIR trade in for the MB and FAIR price for the LEXUS. Ryan was the ultimate decision maker on our offer and he was a gentleman in every sense of the word. Once we shook hands, we went to see Shawn (the Finance Guy). He was easy to work with, no sales pressure for all the add on's, but we did bite on the maintenance, because IT MADE good sense for a vehicle that is just THA BOMB.

Look, we have NEVER written a review on any car buying experience, but are moved to do so because it's the right thing to do. We were treated like old friends and with great respect and felt that we walked away winners.

Brett - you are the man. We will seek you out when we are ready to buy another LEXUS! We are now LEXUS FANATICS. It just makes good consumer sense. I can't believe all the money we are saving on gas in a LUXURY vehicle. Also, they employ a Technology Specialist to teach you all the cool stuff to use for no additional cost. Yippee Ya Yay!

Nick feurey was the sales person who had helped me both visits and was awesome. I went in looking for a luxury sedan and ended up leaving with the 2017 Lexus GS F. Nobody pressured me into making such a purchase, so it was a pleasant experience to have without all the normal cheesy cars sales gimmick! I would 100% recommend kuni lexus of portland to anyone looking to buy a Lexus or any used car at that. I'm looking forward to getting many speeding tickets in the new car :)

When you go to Lexus of Portland remember the name Dick Wros (pronounced Ross). I thank Dick, a certified Master Sales and Leasing Consultant, for finding a vehicle that fulfilled my wife s every wish for what she wanted in a car. What is remarkable is that my wife spelled out what she wanted in a car and immediately Dick presented a car in the lot that he thought would meet her requirements. My wife is a hands on testing type of consumer and she insisted on trying out the other Lexus models offered but returned to the first model Dick recommended and ultimately purchased it that day.

We appreciate the excellent customer service we received from Dick even though when we arrived at the dealership late on a Sunday afternoon dressed extremely casually Dick Wros made no presumptions and treated us like first class customers. Lexus was the last stop on our car shopping venture and next time it will be our first and most likely only stop thanks to Dick.

We initially came in just to browse with no intent of buying that day, and regardless of knowing our timeline, she was patient and worked with us without pushing us to purchase and was very respectful of our time. She checked in with us every now and then over the next couple of months (no random calls to try to get us to come buy it sooner) and answered/responded to all of our calls & texts immediately, even when it was during her off hours. When we finally came in to purchase after waiting 2-3 months, we were treated so wonderfully by everyone we worked with and they made sure to walk us through and help us set up our car to our liking well past their closing time. I ve never thought car buying could be so relaxed and easy, but Kuni definitely makes it feel that way! Highly recommend

Found a great "Special Internet" price on a Monday went in on Thursday since the vehicle was still listed online on multiple sites. Lo and behold, my 1st and 2nd choice was sold but still on the lot. Now it is the following Sunday and vehicles are still list for sale. I asked the Salesperson " Why is the ad still up?" and the reply was that the buyers had only put money down. I left my contact information in case the buyers were unable to follow through.

With additional research the situation is feeling like a Internet advertising bait and switch. Why is the ad still up and I have never been contacted. Hmmm

We had a small mishap during the maintenance of my vehicle. Kuni Lexus stepped up to the plate and got things done. Kuni Lexus has a reputation for superior service and that was proven during my recent service. I would highly recommend then for the purchase of a new vehicle or for service needs.

I was in on 12/08/17 getting my car serviced (oil change). Let's just say I've been having a horrible last few months and I asked if my tire can be looked at as well since it's been leaking. Later Chantelle who has been assigned to me for my service comes to tell me that the inside of my wheel is damaged and they could not repair with a re seal. With all the bad luck I've been having I wasn't surprised. I was super upset and bummed (not with her) but the situation. She went above and beyond to try and cheer me up (tissues, chocolate and a hug always help!! Lol). I felt like a friend and not just another person getting their car serviced. As long as I own a lexus and Chantelle works at Kuni lexus In Portland I will continue to get my car serviced there she is one of a kind!!

I typically hate stopping and doing surveys, but I am compelled to do this one for you because I LOVE your service team. I am not easily pleased frankly. I don't go in looking for things that are wrong, but I oftentimes find people doing the bare minimum or having poor standards that results in poor experience to the end consumer, the client, the customer. Kuni Lexus's service is one the big reasons (besides that I love my car) that I leased a second Lexus. I actually like going to get my car serviced at Kuni and that is saying A LOT! You have put a lot of time and attention into details - you always take care of me and with a smile...and it is always the little things that matter...down to the yummy chocolates you give away at the end. So, well done, Kuni! Keep up the stellar service!

Tom Tyson helped us find what we were looking for at a price that exceeded our expectations. We went to Lexus of Portland because of an ad we saw online. The vehicle was available but Tom made us an offer on another vehicle that we couldn t pass up. We never felt any pressure to buy. Shaun Fleener was the finance manager we worked with. Shaun was able to get us a better rate than I could get through my credit union. Jarrod Marini made sure that we understood everything we wanted to know about the gadgets before we hit the road. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had by far. I would definitely buy a car from Tom Tyson again.
