I saw Don Smith and told him about the problem I was having. He offered me a loaner as they could not get to it until next day. He notified me that rear brakes needed to be replaced and also cabin filter. The car was fixed next day and appreciated how Don communicated with me with other problems and when car was ready to be picked up.
