Came in to test drive RX350 and RX350L. Our sales consultant Charles was super nice and patience in helping us to pick the right one. Once the price negotiating started, Charles introduced the sales Manager Lana Tran to us. We made a very reasonable all cash offer to the vehicle and was counteroffered with $1k off the list price. We then counter back by upping our price by $500. In the end, there was only a $800 difference.
This was where it got ugly. The sales manager, Lana came over in a hostile and threatening manner saying as soon as they took the key fobs away, someone would have the chance to purchase the vehicle. Guess what, we went to MB Wilsonville and bought ourselves a GLE350 instead.

Came in for the 1 year check up and for the recall of something. Drove up and Ryan took me right away and texted me when it was ready. Walked me out to where my car was washed and waiting.

Please go in to see either Marc or Charles. either are stellar. Marc was the service manager there for 20 years so he knows lexus cars inside and out. Both Marc and Charles are honest, friendly, unassuming.

If you are purchasing used and if your budget allows, try to purchase an L certified lexus. L certified means it is covered by the original factory warranty for a certain duration.

We purchased a used Lexus gs350 awd and wow the vehicle is amazing. Power, luxury, space all blended perfectly into one.

I'm not in the habit of writing reviews. However, I was so impressed with Daniel Okhotin's approach to present the 2013 Mercedes-Benz ML550. Even though this was not the product line that his dealership represents, he was very knowledgeable in answering my questions. What he did not know he was able to get the answers from his associates.
Daniel was very attentive without being intrusive. I would recommend him to anyone seeking their next automobile purchase.

From the superior cleanliness of the dealership to the kind, relaxed, comforting professional friendliness of all the staff at Lexus of Portland, it was yet another wonderful experience to purchase our 7th Lexus from Amir Fazal. The loaner cars are always clean and ready to go when I arrive. I live 3 1/2 hours from the dealership and choose this location because of the excellent customer service.

Don Smith took great care of me and your service people took great care of my old 2002 Black 430 SC that I affectionately call Black Beauty and she still runs just like the day I bought her 185,000 miles ago and just in the nick of time as heading to CO for a road trip soon.

I was especially pleased to find that my gas tank had been filled completely to full, especially when it was close to running on fumes as I was trying to get the tank as low as possible so I could use my gas points to fill her up before the end of the month. That was a very nice gesture and it is especially appreciated during these tough Covid Days

Please pass on my thanks to Don and the rest of your staff....oh and I still love the donuts and candy and coffee also !

Last week I was undecided in buying either the Audi Q5 or BMW X5, then thought I better check out the Lexus RX since it was close to my price range. When I went to Lexus of Portland I had NO intentions of purchasing, but after I met Chris Shaw, he won me over with his personality and knowledge of the RX, I was sold instantly on the idea that I will be a Lexus RX owner....but for the next three hours Chris was so patient with me on my undeceiveness on options and color, yes it took me three hours to decide but once I did the whole buying/paperwork process was effortless and quick.

This dealership is the definition of outstanding customer experience. I could not be any more please with the service and the car I bought. From the moment I walked in knew the experience would far surpass the 3 other competitor dealerships that I visited the same day and I was right. For my next car purchase I will save time and start my search at Kuni.

What is wrong with this dealership? Have tried for two days to get a straight answer if they actually have a certain car on the lot. First call I got someone who I could barely understand, he finally tells me "car is sold". Next day I notice same car is still on internet showing available so start a web chat, am told car is still available and someone will reach out to me. Few minutes later I receive an email from Jim Burr saying "here is your price quote on the vehicle you are considering". This leads me to believe the car is still available, problem is Jim never returns my email or voicemail. Next is an email from Emma, a sales consultant assistant, asking if I have received the info I was after. I tell her no and I would just like a straight answer if the car I want is available. Crickets after that, so I made yet another call, this time I spoke with Awad, he was nice and said the car might be reserved but let me check and I will call you back....no return phone call. I call once more and get yet another salesman, did not catch his name, but he knew exactly why I was calling (caller ID I guess). In a brash tone he stated the car was reserved....OKAY, was that so hard??? What a poor excuse for a luxury dealership, horrible communication and apparently their system is setup in a way where nobody knows what's happening within their establishment. Save yourself the trouble and check out the stellar Acura dealership across the street.

UPDATE: Spoke with Emma and she explained exactly what was going on with the car I was after. I wish someone had given that exact info earlier but I appreciate her reaching out for clarification and apologizing on the confusion. I have updated my review to 3 stars and I am willing to give them a shot in the future when in the market.

Horrible experience with the sales manager. He wasn t reasonable and certainly needs more training along with his sales rep.
We ve been a loyal customer for many years along with our family. We were told to drop off our car for a lease drop off, and being our first lease we d assume we will get a call back to let us know of our options. Few months later, we were slapped with a final bill of over 4K for mileage overage. Had we known that we would ve kept the car. That 4K would just go towards the payment, not given as a freebie! But of course he had stated we should know our contract that we ve signed 5 years ago. Ok well give us our car back but instead you sold it! We were going to get another vehicle from Lexus, but forget it! It sucks because we would have to second guess if they are telling the truth!

We have two Lexus...our older LS 460 had a "recall" (enhanced warranty extension) for a deteriorating dash...nasty stuff. After a little looking I was approved and brought my LS for a replacement. Jeff Miller was terrific, gave me/us a hybrid loaner and went to work on the LS. It took a little time (OK by me with a new hybrid) but we picked up a clean car with chocolate. Only problem was that a portion of the dash was not covered (??) by the warranty...strange, but other than that, great work, nice people. Thank you, Kelly

I had a fantastic buying experience with Kuni Lexus! Everyone on the team is so friendly and welcoming. The sales manager even made a point to come say hi, thank me and congratulate me on my new car. From start to finish, they made sure I had everything I needed and that I was satisfied with my experience. My salesman even put a big red bow on my car and came outside to take a picture of me with it. It was those small extra efforts that made all the difference for me. I would definitely buy from them again and I can't wait to take my car in for maintenance!

We were dealing with Dick Vross, a no pressure situation. We test drove our, now bought RX 400h, and Dick knew everything about it (voice commands, Bluetooth connection and on). He explained all the features of the vehicle and took very little time to make a deal with our trade in and two cranky toddlers. He made the process very easy for us. We are really happy with the service Dick provided that we will definitely come back, but only for another hybrid. Lexus is the best of the best and we enjoy our SUV every day. If you want a actual service experience I recommend this dealership. You will always be treated with 5 star service here. They have so many great features to there service like the video inspections. by far the best customer experience in town, even over other types of business.

Three days before my wife and I were due to leave for a month in Arizona, we found out the car we intended to take had a serious problem that could not be fixed before our departure. Our other car, a 2005 Lexus ES 330 was just not large enough to pack we everything we needed so I headed to Lexus of Portland to see about a new car (I had wanted to anyway :-) The sales representative who worked with me, Duy Dang, and his manager made my experience extremely easy and quite pleasant. I had decided I wanted a RX 350 fully loaded. Took a test drive that confirmed what a nice car it is and quickly went through the loan process and final details. I was walked through the systems of the vehicle and had all my questions answered. Even though it already looked great to me they detailed it, and I was on my way. The car has performed flawlessly and Mr. Dang has kept in contact by e-mail to see if I had any questions or concerns sine I could not make it back for my complementary 1000 mile check. It was my second experience with this dealer, and I remain extremely satisfied with their service.

I asked twice before scheduling an oil change for them not to offer my wife and extra services. I was very clear and insisted twice. She pulled in and they tried to rotate the tires, change the wipers and replace the air filter all of which had been done in the last 5000 miles. Over priced and very poor customer service. The experience we had at Kuni Lexus was unlike any car buying experience I had ever had. We were treated like guests in someone's home. Jeneva Keller had a wish list, when the car that we wanted came in she called. Her knowledge was beyond unbelievable, she didn't have to find out and get back to us, she knows everything about all aspects of Lexus. She was soft spoken, no pressure and no slick car sales talk. They held the car for us for 24 hrs to check into our own financing but in the end we went through Toyota. I cant say enough about the way she treated us and her expertise. As we waited for David Sanchez who secured our financing with Toyota, several of people offered us drinks and food, always attentive and never pushy. David was Sanchez was as easy as dealing with Jeneva, and stress free as well. So before we made off with our beautiful hybrid suv, Jeneva took us through every function, bell and whistle inside of our new car. Paired up our phones and away we went. I'm still in awe about how nice it was and how nice it felt afterwards.

I have always had Jeff Miller as my service writer. When I showed up the other day for my 50k service on my 2015 ex 300 h. I ask if I could come back to get the car detailed. He said no problem and he responded he'd get me a loaner car and keep my car over night and get the detailing done now. Oh by the way,a $50 coupon was available too. Thanks Jeff

Great service, good facility, great people that were super helpful. My only issue is that I have been here a couple times, and have found a new scratch on my car each time I visit. I am not sure if they put the vehicles too close together when awaiting servicing or if the attendants are just not careful.

After a long day of test driving Acura MDXs all around the Portland area, My wife and I drove into Kuni Lexus to look into a Lexus RX 350. We were not that familiar with this model, but we thought it would be similar to an Acura MDX. We were introduced to Brett Day, sales associate in the store. Brett was very professional. After hearing about our search for a Pre-owned Certified MDX, he suggested that we consider a certified pre-owned RX 350. We found one in or price range, test drove it and found it to be well featured and very nice to drive, definitely a cut above the Acura MDXs we had considered. Brett worked us through a very fair and professional process to purchase a very nice Certified Pre-owned RX 350.
Through our purchase process we found the whole staff at Kuni Lexus to respectful, courteous, and helpful. We are definitely sold on Kuni Lexus and look forward to future after purchase care as well as future purchases.

We purchased a preowned certified vehicle and came home disappointed when we found the car is damaged and also stunk like dog.. the sales manager or the dealer doesn't stand up to thier promise of thier bragged upon certification/180 point inspection.. deceitful and hard to work with. my last resort will be is to hire an attorney I hope the general manager can reach out to me before that happens

We worked with Bergen Allee from Lexus of Portland and I am still shocked at the complete non-dealer treatment we got all the way from the start to the end of the deal.

We contacted Bergen over email about a specific car and she was truly responsive over email.
- her replies were quick and to the point
- at no point did she put pressure on us in any way to come into the dealership and talk more.
- we agreed on a very reasonable price for the car with very little negotiation and Bergen was instrumental in it.
- she had the car prepared for us when we went in to pick it up - there were no delays whatsoever.
- she even threw in some goodies for us with the car. Overall a very delightful and happy person to work with. Would definitely recommend Bergen if you are in the market for a Lexus!

We were in and out of the dealership within an hour and a half including a test drive - on a rainy day.

The sales manager is also a gentleman - I have never seen a guy so polite and humble - they are all usually snobs but this is different. He hovered around the dealership monitoring everything and making sure people were being helped.

All in all, I am surprised, and happy that there are dealerships who care about people and not just numbers. PLEASE STAY THAT WAY!!

Simply from my vague description of my suspected problem he was able to suggest what the issue was with my 07 IS. Even though my vehicle is an older model I am always treated well. It happened to still be covered under warranty and he saved me tons of money down the road. I will definitely be getting my service done at this dealership in the future. Jesse Leinweber was very professional and helpful, definitely needs recognition for his expertise. He kept me informed through the entire process and made everything very easy and convenient for me. From day one of looking at a Lexus is250 I dealt with Tom Tyson. From the second my boyfriend and I walked in it was such a laid back, stress and pressure free environment. He was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently. We test drove one car and it wasn't exactly what we wanted so he said he would keep an eye out for the criteria that we wanted and give me a call when he found something. We ended up finding another one on their website that was just what we were looking for and he was able to bring it to me so I could get a better look because I wasn't able to go into the dealership. I knew I wanted it but we couldn't come in until the next day so he put it on reserve until we were ready. I have always dreaded the negotiation part of buying a car but Tom made it incredibly easy and they didn't try to get sneaky or greedy. The reason we chose to do business with them is because of the way they treated my boyfriend and I from the beginning. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and Tom Tyson to anyone. :)

Drove across town to look at a couple of used cars. Made an appointment in advance, only to find out that one car had been sold. No call or text to notify me. The other car was not on the lot and couldn't be seen without "taking a short drive to a maintenance facility". Sales rep then pulled up a car in their inventory which showed on Car Fax to have had structural damage. Won't be back.

Purchased the Three for One protection exclusive...

Purchased the Three for One protection exclusively for the windshield protection. My partner and I thought the protection for windshield replacement is a good deal for 5 years, we were told verbally that the windshields can be repaired or replaced if repairs are not possible. I tried to file a claim today and was told that only repairs are available for cracks less than 6 inches, no replacement available. They can claim anything verbally when selling the package and only the written agreement is official. Be careful of the false information they tell you at the finance office, double check everything in writing with what they tell you verbally.

The financial department during purchase told me it covers windshield repairs AND REPLACEMENTS. Called for warranty today and they tell me is only for repairs.

Classic bait and switch and stuck with a useless $995 protection plan. I recommend recording all conversation at the finance office for future evidence and records.

18 years ago, I went into this dealership and bought a certified pre-owned Lexus ES300. My experience with the dealership was primo, from my initial contact with the sales consultant through all visits to the service department. I loved every minute of driving that car. As great as the car had been for me, in November of last year, with almost 200,000 miles on her, I figured it was time to get another car. First I looked around at other cars thinking I needed something more hip than Lexus. I was sadly disappointed with the cars, the dealerships, the sales presentations, and offers I found. I then went back to Lexus of Portland just to see what they might have to offer. It was late and almost at closing, but David Marshall, Sales Consultant was there and he offered his help. I told him our story and situation, and in short order he came up with the perfect pre-owned Lexus ES 350. It was the perfect color inside and out, immaculate, low mileage, price was right, and it had all the bells and whistles. He answered every question regarding the car and its history, and within an hour I was taking it home overnight for a test drive. The next day we went back and made it mine. The process was so comfortable, and David attended to every detail. He said what they were going to do, and they did it. The experience was like buying a car from your best friend. David had mentioned that it would be hard for me to move into another car after being a Lexus owner, and he was right. It s been 3 months now, and I couldn t be happier.

Went in to just take a look at the ct200h... once I saw the sticker price, I got a bit leery thinking that Lexus would probably be a difficult car to get into since I've had some issues with Credit a few years back. Met with Jim Lee in the lobby and just started talking (it was rather nice as I didn't feel like I had just walked into a hen house with a piece of corn around my neck). Jim was a nice guy, didn't hard sell, I asked if I could take a test drive and he was happy to comply. Afterwards I expected the hard sell when I said that I wanted to look around more, Jim just handed me his card and said just give him a call if he can do anything else for me. Nice eh? Ended up driving a few more but couldn't get my mind off the Lexus. Went back, guys made it amazingly easy, left with the exact CT200h I wanted the same day. A little heavy on the followup calls and contacts asking how my experience was, but it was the exact level of quality I expect having joined the Lexus family (and they do make you feel like they appreciate you). Great experience.

This was my first experience at Kuni Lexus, and I already know we ll be back for future purchases. From first contact through actual purchase, they were amazing to work with. Incredibly accommodating, and upfront and open about the used car inspection that had been done (with documented issues addressed!). It was the easiest car purchase we ve ever made, and they went above and beyond to help us get our skybox off the top of our trade-in, when we realized we lost the key. Even after the new car purchase was complete, Charles was still following up with us to make sure we had what we needed and was helping to address the lost key situation. I can t even say enough about how thankful we are for Charles! We would highly recommend Kuni Lexus, and Charles from the sales team, specifically. Five stars for Kuni Lexus!
