Great customer service whenever I visit IRA Lexus. Today turns out to be a really busy day so they ran out of loaner cars but they shuttled me to work in a timely fashion. Mike Walsh was extremely personable & made sure that he went over all the details of today s visit. He went over a few items that will need to be covered on a future visit which allows me to prepare for these services. I bought a new Lexus two years ago since I m comfortable whenever I bring my car in for a service.
