Extremely pleased with my service experience at IRA Lexus, Danvers. I was able to get an appointment at a short notice. Drop off/pick was fast, appreciate getting the loaner vehicle. Service manager Paul Calnan was great to work with. He kept me regularly updated on the status of my SUV and explained in detail all repairs needed and estimates.
