I had a less than satisfactory experience at this dealership. I asked an employee for assistance with a parts order. The employee was rude and dismissive. Turns out the employee was one of the detailers. When I complained about his unwillingness to at least steer me to the right person, he mumbled profanities under his breath. Considering I spent tens of thousands of dollars to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, I expect to be treated with some hospitality. Needless to say I will not be doing business with this dealership in the future.
