Sarah initiated the process by contacting me via Internet, she was diligent and attentive. Once in the dealership Clete was the salesperson who worked with me. He was warm and personable and made us(my family) all feel comfortable, he didnt make us feel like he was just chasing a sale. Clete determined what my price point was and was extremely helpful and really stayed within the budget that was provided. Long story short I am now driving around in my Corolla and couldn't be happier about the car and the whole experience. Thank you Clete!
