I got zero service from Legacy. After trying three times to locate a car listed on their website (in-person, online web sales, and by phone), I gave up and bought from another dealer. By the time Legacy called me back and emailed me back three days later, I was done shopping.
As others have noted, the waiting area looks nice.

Great experience. I had a wonderful salesman by the name of JJ Jones. He's very knowledgeable about the cars and is willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I would definitely recommend Legacy Toyota. I love my car, it's perfect for me.

I had major storm damage to my Ford Edge from Hurricane Michael. I called at the end of November to see when I could drop my car off. I was told they were behind on their work because of all the storm damaged vehicles. The earliest they could fit me in would be Dec.17. I asked how long it would take and they said based on the insurance estimate, approximately 17 business days. I said ok and got a rental car for 30 days. I started trying to find out if my car was ready a week before I had to return my rental car. The day before I was to return the rental car, the collision manager called to say he had just finished reviewing my car. I said great, when can I pick it up? He said he just finished reviewing the damages, they hadn't started repair work yet. I replied do you mean to tell me you've had my car for 30 days, haven't touched it, while I had to drive around in a rental car. I could have waited another month and saved some money. The manager replied, if you had waited, you would have been behind other people. I asked then what's the use in setting an appointment? He had no answer. His reply was, I called to tell you the damage was more extensive and it was going to be totaled. So, if Legacy had any professional integrity they would have been up front with me and told me they were over a month and half behind instead of making my appointment a couple of weeks out. I can deal with my car be totaled out, but guess what? You lost a new car sale because of your unprofessionalism. Had you been honest with the time frame, I would have replaced my totaled car with a new car off of your lot. BEWARE OF LEGACY'S COLLISION CENTER!!! You got one star only because I couldn't post with zero stars!!

I had a few things serviced on my car and they kept me updated throughout the day by text message. They even corrected a recall I knew nothing about. Mike was the person I was in contact with all day and he was great! I also got my Prius detailed while it was there and it looks amazing! I will definitely be taking my car back for future service.

Legacy Toyota was a very nice place to buy my car! The facility was very clean and welcoming! I bought a used car and Bobby helped me in a very friendly and welcoming manner! The car itself was really clean! It had some cosmetic imperfections but they were willing to work with me to knock down the cost!

Took way too long to purchase my car. I was in the dealership for over 5 hours! Three and a half hours I sat alone in a cubicle, so it wasn't about the negotiation. Sitting there didn't break me down, it only made me angry. I was well prepared with a detailed trade-in, my title, current insurance and registration, and Costco bottom line pricing. Legacy is still using old fashioned negotiating and selling to customers. They could sell a lot more cars, if they would admit that customers are way smarter than that. I am still angry about the experience I had at Legacy. I admit that the salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, but why does Legacy pass you back and forth between a manager and a salesperson? It is such a waste of everyone's time. Everyone says buying a car is always like that and I ask why?

The tech checked my tires and even filled the spare tire in the trunk! I never would have thought of that and would have been in trouble had I had a flat! They also worked me in at the last minute to diagnose

Service it self was friendly and fast. The phone representative informed me that I could use the shuttle to get to work but forgot to inform me the shuttle only ran at 7:45 and 8:45 so I had to sit and wait but it only took about 45 minutes.

Look...I don't ask for much from a car servicing department, but I do expect that if I make an appointment, I will be able to handover my keys within about 10 minutes of my arrival and go about my merry way. I made an appointment for 12 pm and was still waiting in their hot garage at 12:30 pm. Now, this might not sound bad to the average Legacy Toyota customer, but you see, I spent years being spoiled by Proctor Honda.

I got my car serviced at Proctor Honda because it's where I bought my car, and I loved them. But I figured it may be beneficial to take my Toyota to, well, Toyota. After this experience, I'm pretty convinced all their 5 star reviews are from people who don't know what efficiency looks like. They have their customers sitting in their cars just waiting while they run around looking completely unorganized. I blame management.

I just drove away after my Lyft driver left, charging me a $5 no show fee. I may give them another chance. We are in a pandemic, after all. But I was just too tired to deal with this today.

I would run as far away as possible from this dealership. They actually had an altered Carfax ON the window. Omitted the line where the vehicle was wrecked. Luckily we found out before we purchased.

IN RESPONSE:
Today was the first time I heard of the CarFax "Highlight" when a rep called from your store. No one else has mentioned this to me before. I find it funny that the "highlight" forgets to mention the car was wrecked...badly wrecked. The first thing I asked when looking at the vehicle was "does it have a clean Carfax" and I was told Yes. If I had known about the wreck I would have never even looked at it or wasted three days of my time trying to deal with your team.

unfortunate that changes are punishing loyal customers:
* no postcard reminders with discounts;
* no military discount;
* no bottled water courtesy;
* no carwash;
* no vacuuming;
* no VIP perks for frequent clients;

plus low employee morale;

I'm moving on.

So, I went into Legacy Toyota on Saturday hopeless and in desperate need of a reliable vehicle. Knowledgable of my very bad credit, I didn't think I could even afford or get approved for car from Legacy Toyota. Just as I was about to drive off Shane stopped me and asked if he could help me find something within my financial means and right away I could tell that he was on my side. He worked over time along with the financial team to find a banker who would loan me money WITHOUT A COSIGNER. Not only that but without me having to ask he asked me if I would like to partake in their weekly BBQ for the staff! It was hands down one of the most absolutely amazing experiences I've ever had with an auto salesperson. Now, I am happy to say that I am proud owner of a Toyota Camry!

P.S. He helped me nickname her Pearl AND drove my old car to my apartment for my convenience!! Thanks A MILLION SHANE!!

I bought my car at Legacy a few years ago, have had it serviced no other place and until today have been very satisfied with the Service Department. In fact I have recommended Legacy, but not sure I will in the future unless Management changes its procedures. I realize management has so called tried to improve service which in the past I have not had any problems with and now for the sake of the bottom line have eliminated the cashier and added unreasonable duties to the consultants. This has slowed service down at every touch point from checking in to checking out and has decreased the personal service and personal touches (come up to the VIP lounge and say Hi and thank me for my business etc.) that I have come to expect and enjoy! Management please wake up and realize this is NOT an improvement. The consultants are doing the best they can with the new requirements, but please think about more than the bottom line, because in the end it will cost you more than you think you have saved.
