Absolutely appalling service, even their online ch...

Absolutely appalling service, even their online chat is appalling as the customer service "person" "put the phone down on me" as they are incapable of answering or sorting out basic problems.... Another customer lost by this awful company, and i would advise everyone not to touch them with a barge pole........
