Well lebara. Im quiet disappointed in your customer service. if your having issues with your credit card company, then this is not by any means the customers fault.
As for louisa and lyn, both of you are very pedantic and patronizing how you speak to a customer. To offer someone who spends atleast $100 a month a $10 "good will" reimbursement because of being unable to recharge any way possible....and thats what u offer. Well im sorry thats not good enough. 3 months in a row ive had nothing but issues!
