Another pricey option for folks with Rvs. Unfortunately between here & Camping world they have a strangle hold on campers with Rvs. High priced or no price. I'll find a more reasonably priced store, its just gonna take a while.

Had a great service appointment with them. I had tires put on my Trailer. 5 Stars for that, but, I went to the show in Tampa this year to buy another trailer, and, their sales team is too high pressure. They were going to sell me a trailer, one they had at the show, and it was a beauty. They told me they had the exact same one on their property that would be mine. I paid the down payment, and after a day or so, went to pick up my trailer. It had been sitting under an old oak tree for over half a year. The top was disgusting, and when they brought in the slide-out, the trailer was a mess. I don't think I would recommend buying a trailer from them, but their service seems to be okay.

Service/repair department are dishonest and rude. This incident is costing my boss over $900 so far. On october 4, 2019 they picked up their half a million dollar 2018 American Revolution RV from Lazy Days. It was there for routine maintenance. As they were driving toward their destination,(it was their anniversary & they had a trip planned) they noticed it was not cooling off in the RV. They could not go on their planned trip and lost the money they had already put out for deposits, reservations etc. to make matters worse lazy days wouldn't return phone calls when they wanted to sched to take it back. finally Lazy Days recommended to take it to Freightliner who then wanted to charge $900 to tell them that the a/c system had too much freon. Lazydays claimed that they did not do this. but it worked when they took it to them for the maint. Kyle watson in the crown club is who we dealt with and he was VERY RUDE.. they have spent A LOT OF MONEY with this company to be treated like this. this is not the first problem they have had with this BRAND NEW "Luxury RV" last summer they were on a trip in their brand new RV to the keys with their family and all the kids when it began to rain. This is when they discovered that the wipers were the wrong ones. They overlapped an inch and they had to stop at walmart and purchase the correct ones and install them themselves in the parking lot. they did it and got home, but you just don't expect that from a $500,000.00 brand new RV. I would NEVER recommend anyone I know to make a purchase from this place. Nothing but headaches even with the top of the line products and memberships. Since the purchase of this thing they have been plagued with problems with it.

Eric Poe was our sales person. He is AMAZING! We live in VA and started working with Eric in February to find an RV to meet our full time RV dreams. He responded to every text and call within minutes, including weekends and after hours. Eric is an extraordinary person, and his enthusiasm and smile is contagious. We asked a million questions! Eric is a great listener and provided professional and knowledgeable advice. When we arrived in Tampa he personally helped us unload our UHaul into our new 2020 Grand Design Momentum. Eric was extremely patient and courteous as we balanced the care of our 11 month old son while learning how to use all the new components of our RV. Eric saved us hundreds of dollars by helping us unload our Uhaul a day early, as well as giving us advice and checklists for necessary equipment for full time RV living. Eric continued to answer all of our texts and calls after the purchase was complete. He did not let us leave the delivery lot until we were completely comfortable with our new 43 foot home. We recommend asking for Eric personally, he is an extraordinary man, and a super sales person.

The salesman deserves 5 stars. I almost bought one from them, but after reading the reviews on the service department I decided not buy from them. The reviews were pretty bad, in addition to the negative complaints sent into the BBB.

Terrible communication. Delt with two different sales people in the last 6 months. No return emails... no return phone calls. Apparently they are not interested in selling RV's. We bought our Tiffin from North Trail RV. They are great!

I love Lazydays RV....I bought my first class A RV from them not quiet a year ago.
I was back in there is past week for a 10k miles checkup and they were on time and ready for me and did everything I asked plus I got done sooner than expected. Yes, they can be pricy on somethings but you know it is done right the first time. You know going into anything custom what their hourly rate is.

I am actually going to trade up to a bigger rig because I am a full time RVer. I found I needed a larger coach. Yes, the place is quite large and it is always best to have an appointment when you plan on going in for service or just to browse and check everything out. The sales team all give out their cell # to you so you go back to see them when you go back or actually make a decision to buy. They always seem to go the extra mile to make everyone happy.

I feel I have made friends for life with a handful of people that work there.
Thanks Shane, Doug and especially Marroe, I will always recommend them.

A happy client,

I was counting on the Lazydays website for rv sales that it accepted rv's as old ad 2005. My rv is 2015 and they said it's too old. VERY misleading. .I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you're going to lie about that what else are you lying about.

They have a vast, nice selection. Customer service seems to be lacking. We were there on a Friday afternoon and were passed by many sales associates and not one of them talked to us. Not even a "Hello" from anyone working at the facility. I don't like to be bombard with sales associate, but this might have been too far the other direction. Went to General RV much better service.

We recently purchased a Mobile suite fifth wheel from Roberto at Lazy Days. He was very helpful in sending us lots of pictures prior to our purchase so we did not have to make extra trips to Tampa from Kentucky. Once we purchased the unit everything went very smoothe and we were kept updated on the delivery of our unit. We highly recommend Roberto and Lazy Days.

We were greeted warmly by the sales staff. Even though we were seeking a very inexpensive motor home, our salesman Ben treated us the same as if we were buying the newest, most expensive coach. Great service, great staff. The finance team was great and we even handled the insurance right on the spot.

I had a wonderful service experience at Lazydays Tampa. I scheduled my appointment for warranty and general service, and they were able to complete all of my issues in one visit. I was expecting to have to return for the warranty items, but that was not necessary. Thank you Lazydays Tampa for taking care of me.

I must say, I am very happy with every aspect of Lazy Days! (I am not easy to please). The sales experience was great and the service is even better! My advisor, Kim Alcantara, gets it done and follows up with me. Their technician explain to me what they did and are very responsive. They are through and friendly....what more can you ask for? I will definitely buy my next coach from them! I also recommend Roberto in sales! Keep up the good work Lazy Days!!

I felt the need to share my story. I recently went to Lazy Days to look for a camper for my daughter. After arriving at the reception desk and explaining why I was there, she made a phone call and said to me, Mike will be right with you.....After a short wait and a quick introduction we were off to Mikes office. Despite the Gator sign on his wall, while I was in my Ohio State sweat shirt, I decided to give him a chance. I explained what I was looking for and my budget, a few clicks on his keyboard, some hand written notes, we were off to the beautiful, and large outside show room on a golf cart. After looking at several units and some conversation, I had decided that I wanted to make a deal. The unit was as is, which was a little concerning but understandable. We sat down at his desk, and I felt we were about to enter the used car salesman speech, so I said Mike, the unit is listed for this, and my budget is that, I only want to do this once, and he said OK! Knowing there maybe an issue with the AC. I asked him to let his boss know if we make a deal I was planing on having them make the repair prior to them delivering the unit. After a short wait, Mike returned and said good news! he showed me the paper and we were right were I wanted to be, after a small amount of paperwork, we were off to finance (even though it was a cash deal) I sat down with Andy. We completed the rest of the paperwork and then it was off to service, With Mike leading the way, I was introduced to Marroe. she explained the hourly rate to look at the AC and I agreed, she said I will be in touch and I left. A few days later, Mike called to notify me he had scheduled delivery and by the way, The AC works fine and NO CHARGE! I was dumbfounded, but wasn't going to argue .

Long story short Mike Peterson and Marroe Gladston, demonstrated what I would call exemplary customer service from start to finish. Mike even followed up with me on Sunday to make sure Saturdays delivery went well (and of course it did!)

I highly recommend Mike for your next customer experience in sales, and Marroe for all your service needs! This truly was the best experience making any purchase I have ever had. What a great team!

These two individuals are more than sales and service. They cared about me and my experience.

Thank you so much for all you do and did! Customer for LIFE!

Was driven around the grounds by salesman and promised the world in my hands. Shown all service bays and promised they would handle my needs. Bought a 48,000 dollar fifth wheel, used 2013, after being promised by salesman everything would be repaired and or fixed by delivery date. BIG mistake on my part. Didn't get it in writing. If you don't get EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING little thing in writing they will not honor it. Drove 750 miles to pick it up after they call me and told me everything fix and ready for pickup. Nothing was fixed. Half of light bulbs not working, faucets leaking, screen porch broken laying on floor, stolen items, nasty, not cleaned properly. Pointed this out and was told by salesman, not his fault, he has no control, he just promises that it will be done. Was told they couldn't get to it that day, I would have to stay till Monday. Monday came and no one showed. At ten am went to find someone. Salesman told me he was sorry that he couldn't keep his promise he made to fix the problem with the axle. After staying the day I finally told them thanks for a lesson on getting screwed by Lazydays and I would gladly spread the word on how I was treated. BEWARE it it isn't in writing before you sign on the dotted like it wasn't said.
Take heed with these people. I feel cheated and lied to by these people.

VIP Treatment all the way.. bought our 2020 Keystone Passport 3351bh sight unseen on a Wednesday through the internet dept, David Kon was very professional and curious. Price was unmatched by anyone, no extra fees and even included delivery to from Tampa to Miami. That Saturday we drove to Tampa and i was impressed how smooth the transaction went, our salesman Anthony drove us to our unit, it was clean and plugged in, someone was already waiting to do the walk through. He answered all our questions and wrote down any concerns. We went back to the sales building and right into Finance, Julie Burroughs was awesome and we were in and out in 15 min. took another 10 min to take care of insurance, and without a moments wait James "JP" Panagoulis (2 thumbs up) our delivery advisor was there to take care of the rest. Even the delivery driver called Wednesday morning with an ETA 1:20 and guess what, he arrived at 1:20 on the dot! From the Tuesday that i made my initial contact through the lazydays websight to the following Wednesday when the RV was delivered to our door we were contacted everyday with updates and given VIP treatment. Cant say enough good things about our experience, everyone was very professional and obviously these people like what they do. Thanks Lazydays. well be back. Louis, Kathy, Katelina and Christian

Purchased a new RV in 2017. Was suppose to pick up RV on a Friday. Only after we did all of the paperwork, insurance, etc. were we told the RV was not ready. We didn't get the RV for another 3 weeks - after they took our check. RV has numerous problems and Lazydays would not help unless we stopped our trip, and returned the RV back to Lazydays. Would not pay for remote service calls. After 2 service calls at Lazydays, RV still has problems. Never purchase from Lazydays.

Jeff Rutherford is the only reason I will do business with Lazydays! Every time I have an issue getting something accomplish or resolved Jeff has always gone the extra mile after the sale to make sure everything is corrected. Because of him I would purchase my next Motor Home from Lazydays. My service representative Ellen Otero is awesome as well. She handle all of my concerns perfectly making sure everything was corrected with a smile. I can honestly say I'm completely satisfied and will only deal with Jeff & Ellen for any concerns. They both deserve recognition for the outstanding Job and service they provide!!! Thank you!!

Bought 2017 5th wheel camper good experience except when you pay for hitch and was twice the amount then going through service department yourself, then they said they ordered wrong size hitch , then week later got the right hitch, they said would be ready certain date, we went to pick up our unit and come to find out they did not put new hitch on. They said nothing wrong with the old hitch but still charged us for New hitch. Then was told after 30 days they would charge to have new hitch mounted then they said new hitch would cost nothing to be put on just have to pay for new hitch. Why would we pay again for the hitch, I do not trust these folks.

Searched the web and went to Lazydays in Tampa and after talking to Darryl Kehoe and looking at a Winneabgo Minnie for only 30 mins I asked the price. I bought it on the spot. What a first class dealership, The place is HUGE. A ton of staff and people in the middle of the week one after another buying RV's. But it got even better. Everything promised from product to pick-up time was perfect. This was not my first RV, but I have never been treated so well. I was so happy dealing with nice people.
The following staff I dealt with was outstanding:
Darryl Kehoe
James Panagoulis ( JP )
Joe Mirra
George Butterly

I look forward to my 3rd RV and will not need to look anywhere else.

Absolutely first class experience. I could write a lengthy review with a lot of I can t even , OMG , and LOL . I ll spare you. My advice, give Lazydays a fair shot at providing you a Disney-level RV buying experience. This is a well oiled machine made up of a lot of hard working people who try really, really hard. A month later my wife and I are still blown away and humbled by the incredible efforts of the staff at Lazydays. Very well worth driving from Tallahassee (take the coastal route).

Derek C and Nick J, full-on man hugs with eye contact. I can t even.

UPDATE: Called searching for a mattress today and got in touch with Rico Holton. What an incredible representative of Lazydays. He took the time to walk across the street in search of a specific mattress for us to have ready when we drive down tomorrow. Thank you Rico for more incredible customer service.

We purchased a used RV at a good price here. We also purchased a hitch but it was poorly installed by Lazy Days. We bought new theater seating and a matching sleeper sofa in the LD store and were helped by Rico. Rico went out of his way to make sure the sale and installation of the furniture was handled properly, even working during his lunch hour to ensure the furniture would be placed before we picked up the RV.

We recently purchased our first RV. Lazy Days was recommended by friends and family.
Our salesman was Frank Silver. He was incredibly patient and informative! We looked at everything from pull behind campers to fifth wheels to motor homes trying to decide what to buy. Our process took several weeks but we finally decided on a used diesel pusher. Frank was SO great to work with. His advice and professionalism was so meaningful for us! We're very Happy with the choice we made.
Our Service Advisor was Marroe Gladston and she was also such a delight! Even though we had issues to repair, Frank and Marroe always stayed in the loop and helped to make sure everything was done.
We were very pleased with the service and attention we received at Lazy Days. There were some issues that
required patience and trust, but they did work them all thru Very fairly- sometimes even above what was expected! I think if you go there and buy during the winter, understand how busy and taxed the system is. We found the sales and mechanics to be spot on. Our service advisor was awesome but overworked! A very tough job handled very positively and professionally! A big thank you to Marroe!!
Frank will work hard to make sure you get the best product for you and to make the price fair for all parties!
Overall, a very good experience and we would recommend Lazy Days to others !!

Terrible after service.

Super Helpful, We bought our RV there in 07 It was a terrific experience from the salesman to the service.
Since then we have had excellent service. Most recently we discovered a leak, emailed the service rep, Ellen Ostero before hours and with in 23 min. Ron Merrill emailed back and asked what the best time to call was, He told us where to look and sure enough we found it and repaired the leak. Disaster was saved. Grateful for such a
wonderful RV experience!

I waited a while to post this. I am in business and I know how hard it is make everyone happy. I purchased a Winnebago from Lazy Days in 2017. I wanted the warranty a new unit had and a dependable unit. The sales process was great and I loved my salesman. The warranty turned out to be the problem. Lazy Days was too busy to take care of me for months. When the warranty was about to expire I had to make time to bring it in. Now they wouldn't look at it and let me bring it back after they ordered the parts. So plan on being without your RV for an extended period if you have to bring it in. The real issue I had was the repair department. Everything they touched was damaged. I was so sick after being so careful with my new RV to have so much damage done to it. My satellite dish was hooked up backwards and has not worked from the day I picked it up. The countertop trim they were fixing was simple but I assume they left the windows open and it rained in on the kitchen countertop and warped it. Looks like they dropped a hammer on the floor and dented it. Now the roof is leaking where they caulked it. Bedroom wall destroyed. I will never buy new again expecting the warranty to be a value. They offered to fix it but I can't bring it back to them after all the damage they have done to it.

Up Date: They said they would reach out to me but they didn't and it has been a month.

The Service Department saves time, effort, and money. I had two recalls for my coach (one from Forest River and one from Freightliner) and needed extended warranty work (step motor). Upon first checking with my mechanic, he could do the warranty work, but not the recalls. Checking with Freightliner, they could do their recall and the extended warranty work, but not the Forest River recall. And finally, the Forest River could be done by a particular dealer, as well as the warranty work, but not Freightliner. And you guessed it, Lazydays Service Department could do it ALL... Freightliner recall, Forest River recall, AND the extended warranty work - one place...SOLD!!!

Very clean and organized, lots of refreshments for customers, it's pet friendly. They are very thorough and patient. The reps are knowledgeable of the sale being made. Reasonable prices on new or pre owned RV. What I like the most is you can test out the motor home before driving off the lot. So u are allowed to spend a night or two so in case any faults found it can be taken care of before y hit the road. They offer classes on how to operate an RV. Our operation rep Don Brown was hands on as he showed us around the RV and gave us good tips and suggestions on how to ensure our trips are safe and also fun n effective. We got complimentary passes to camp grounds on purchase and also merch from the store. I would recommend anyone to lazy days the are awesome

I had an excellent experience in purchasing my Micro Minnie. The salesman Shane Clayton was on top of every aspect of the process. I had searched for a long time and visited what felt like every RV place around. Lazydays had everyone beat...hands down. Staff were not courteous as we asked for directions to the used RV lot. Two salesmen saw us standing there looking at them 5 feet from them and they looked at us and kept their conversation going as if we weren't staring at them.

They stopped talking and looked at us with annoyance - gave us clipped directions and we went on our way.

"Kurt Ardalan was recommended to us by a friend who also purchased with Lazydays using Kurt. He was fantastic! He is very knowledgeable about the products available that met our criteria and budget. He also was very conscientious about the weight of our travel trailer and ensuring that we knew what we needed to look for in a tow vehicle so we could safely travel without pushing or exceeding the towing capabilities. Very poor customer service. Purchased a brand new 2018 40 ft Cedar Creek Cottage in April. Have only used it for approx. 3 mos. Fan in bathroom broke. According to Lazy Days the only way it can be fixed under warranty is to transport the vehicle back to tampa. Destination trailers are not supposed to move around. Now the slideouts have closed on their own twice yesterday. Another call to Lazy Days agsin take it to Tampa. We were not informed of this policy when we purchased the trailer. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Lazy Days and we are sorry that we did.

First time and probably last time to visit here. Very hard to find. There is some signage but with traffic it is nearly impossible to see. Once in the store an advertised special for an air conditioner was on the monitor. When asking about it we were told that is no longer available and was an ad from last year. I recently went there to attempt to make a RV purchase. The saleswoman was very eager to inform me that she had many years of experience in sales and that she had seen many deals happen for various reasons. My family was trying to upgrade from our current travel trailer to a fifth wheel. The saleswoman and I were looking at 5th wheels that interested me but when it came time to discuss financials she went upstairs and upon coming back downstairs she immediately shut the sale DOWN. I would not recommend this RV dealership at all. FYI, went to General RV and made a deal in less than 2 hours from stepping on the lot.

Lazy days is the only place to buy! Every question and issue was addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. Our salesperson was Anthony Smith. On a scale of 1 to 10 we would rate him an eleven! He took ownership for the entire process, make sure to ask for him. On the delivery side ask for Pat Singleton, she was outstanding. On a scales of 1 to 10 she is an eleven. The unit was delivered on time without any issues. She also arranged for delivery for the class a motorhome to the storage unit since we live 600 miles away. Make sure you ask for Pat. Overall it was one of the most pleasurable buying experiences we have had. Lazy Days is amazing I hope you experience it for yourself.

My husband and I have generally have had good service either by phone or in person. Today, however the service received from Roberto was sadly less than stellar. Answered personal call while showing campers. Knew nothing about the RVs he was showing and could not answer basic questions about said RVs. And then decided to stop at the flying Jay and pick up pizza. Dropped us off at the back entrance and proceeded to eat the pizza while walking thru the dealership.

Our sales experience was very good, love our RV and feel we got a very fair deal unfortunately that is where the warm fuzzies stop. The morning after our purchase we were held up at the gate for almost an hour because someone did not give us the required documentation to leave. It was a Saturday morning and no one was available who could make our exit happen in a timely fashion, the folks who were available we more interested in assigning blame than being helpful. I work with the public every day and I know full well that the last thing a customer wants to hear is blame shifting - apologize and fix the problem, you can discuss blame with the appropriate folks later and not in front of the customer, that makes everyone look bad. Next up, we had a window that needed to be replaced and were given a date to return for those repairs. We live more than 2 hours away, our service person was made aware of this, she was also made aware of the fact that I would be staying with the RV. I arrived at 8 am as planned and finally just before 5pm she came to me and apologized saying the glass would need to be ordered. Really! This is what you folks do for a living and you not only could not determine this prior to scheduling a service date, but it took you an entire 8 hour day to figure it out? She was kind enough to fill our fuel tank. Ok so home I go...wait, wait, wait to here about the glass, contact her 4 weeks later and receive an email with copy of the work order which indicated they were anticipating delivery of the glass that day, she also indicated that she would contact me by the end of the day. 2 weeks later, in response to an email from me, we finally set up an appointment. I had to reschedule, we agreed on a later date. The night before the appointment date, I reviewed the email and realized she had not given me a time so I sent her an email. WhenI got up the next morning and checked my mail and found no response I texted and called ( had to leave a message)..all of my messages included the fact that I would wait at my home until I heard from her. It is a 2 plus hour drive and a 37 foot RV is not exactly easy on gas, I wanted confirmation before I wasted my time and money. When I finally heard from her she actually sounded annoyed that I was still at home. Again another date and time were agreed upon. I got here this morning and she has been out for several days due to an injury. Ok so, I am not an ogre, I can sympathize however, how long does it take to shoot a quick message or text telling me in advance who I have been passed off to? How difficult is it to make notations in my file as to the need to remain with my coach? We really feel like the only important event here was the sale, everything else is less than an after thought. So they actually got me in and out in under two hours with the window we have been waiting for since our purchase in June, I am grateful that it is done but now have an additional question/concern/gripe! Every time that I have communicated with my service person about the window I have asked if the window could be done in a single day , the answer has always been I don t know . Seriously, does the glass department really not know how long it takes to replace a small window, or did she simply not bother to ask? Communication with these folks is difficult at best and apparently interdepartmental communication is not any better. Sorry folks but I will not be referring anyone to your business. It really is. Not sales that keep folks loyal, it is top notch service and you miss the mark.

Excellent leadership. I initially had serious issues with Lazydays approach to my questions. Once leadership was approached they immediately solved the problem and made my deal work. I had an excellent salesperson (Anthony Smith) and a fabulous walkthrough guy (James). They both gave us great and helpful ideas and information. My initial review was very negative and these two outstanding people turned that around without hesitation. GREAT LEADERSHIP!

Great experience working with Quincy Barr in Lazydays Sales Department, through the sales process and final negotiations on price. The sales process was completed entirely by email, from 1200 miles away, including valuation of my trade. Looking forward to picking up my class A diesel pusher next week. So far there have been no issues. Currently working with the business office and service department to close the deal, and hope to be able to leave the same positive feedback. So far so good.

We had a tire blow out on the way home. Our roadside service we purchased from lazydays told us it was a holiday and couldn't get us a tire, then they wouldn't tow it back to our house. Couldnt get it towed back to lazydays due to them being closed for labor day. Called next day since a have the extended warranty that covers the tires and ill have to wait till mid October to get it in to have my tire replaced. I was informed by lazydays if I want a tire faster to purchase one myself. Bad customer service, also I bought a 2017 coach that was later found out to be a 2016 when they sent the corrected vehicle registration!

Worst Customer service experience ever, in all my years of owning a RV. They did not listen to my statement over the phone on what our problem was ( which I repeat several times to be clear they understood) , had wait a week to get get a Service appointment. Once we got there they stated they don't do that type of work . So we are stuck a 1000 miles from home at another place waiting for repairs to be completed. They care more about selling RV's than servicing RV's .I can not say how disappointment my wife and I are about the total ineptitude of the service team communication system . Seffner ,FL

**** Follow up
I appreciated the quick response to my compliant .I understand that Call centers inability to record the correct information ,is the party at fault in this matter.Although does not help with our current situation , the company reaching out to us by phone means a great deal to us.We will once again consider Lazy Days in the future. Thank you again for you honest interest in our predicament.
