Salesman was unprofessional. Didn't want to waste his time unless you are not interested in a six figure purchase. Didn't even bother to give us the price on a model we were interested in. Carted us to our car as if we were not worth the time of day. Stay away from David and head to Camping World where we purchased our RV.

No pressure sales. Choose to walk on your own, at your own pace, or with a salesman in a golf cart. You're give your space and freedom to browse.
They are there to answer questions or to assist in anyway possible.
Great selection of RV's to choose from too.

At first I thought all was good. Started coach in prep of departing. Checking everything before getting underway find the bedroom door is NOT locking in place even though new part was just installed to lock it. Now sitting in front of service waiting for yet another tech to determine solution so door does not slam open and closed during travel. Hurried down here today after Pat said everything was all done. Wonder who oversees the work before unit is released back to customer. Now I sit and wait for an hr because of lunch and I certainly understand necessity for break I have NO understanding at all as to why this was not checked by a supervisor after the tech completed job as that person would/should have seen that the door is still not staying locked in place. Frustrated to say the least. My time is valuable as well as the Companys time and as a stock holder I say that is a good thing but not when bad work is performed and the customer is so inconvenienced.

We are full time RVers and getting service can be a real pain. We came to Lazydays fully expecting they would not have the parts in stock and that was correct. The first problem was that I offered to pay to have the parts over nighted to expedite the process, but that offer was not accepted, so we did some other travel while waiting rather than hang around Tampa. When the parts came in, the service adviser got involved to expedite the scheduling, otherwise we went to the back of the queue with a two additional week wait once the parts had arrived. So we show up to get the parts installed, and they had ordered the wrong parts! And it was going to be another day or two before they could even figure out how to order the right parts. I don't see how they could not figure out how to order the rollers to go under a slide and get some kind of bracket instead. If you have plenty of time and don't need your RV, maybe they would be fine, or maybe if was something simple it could be done properly. This wasn't a technically difficult problem but it sure was difficult for them to get the right parts ordered, and there didn't seem to be much urgency to jump in and make it right when the customer is sitting in front of them. And obviously no one opened the box when it came in to see if it made senses to get the customer back when they should have known what to look for.

We are just beginning our search for a travel trailer and really didn't know what we were looking for, having heard good things about Lazy Days we decided to start there. We asked for someone who could show us around but didn't want a pushy sales guy. The ladies at the front desk picked the perfect guy for us, Sean Boyle. He took us to his office and began seeing if we knew what we wanted or anything that was important to us. I was impressed that he immediately got the specs on my truck to make sure we were looking for the right sized trailer. Sean was very patient with us and showed a wide variety that hit our specs. Thanks to him thinking outside the box we are now thinking of a different type camper than I ever considered. Sean was perfect for us and the couple of hours we spent with him he really impressed me with his knowledge about the whole camper world.

Daniel Stickney was an exceptional sales representative. I started with Susan Lawson, but she drove me away with her poor customer service. I gave Lazydayz a second chance, and Daniel delivered, period. He absolutely deserves high marks on his next appraisal, and a pay increase! Thank you Daniel! You made me a Lazydayz believer. -BM Sykes

Thank you KEN TAYLOR! Sunday morning. RV park check out is 12noon & its 10am. Our DirecTV satellite dish will not Stow. After trying to find Winegard or DirecTV assistance with Error Codes in our Reference materials, no luck. We begin making phone calls to any Customer Service lines we can find to no avail. "Closed", "Leave a Message", and a clueless rep at DirecTV. After 13 attempted calls, we concluded that we needed to get out the ladder & begin dismantling the dish on the RV roof. I made one last attempt to reach someone, calling Lazy Days Tech Support. Ken Taylor answered (thank you Jesus). Ken had some technical manuals to help us cycle through the menus & steps to get the antennae to respond past the error message. Ken was professional & patient. He stayed on the line with us til we had dish completely stowed. He saved us from a real headache & helped us when no one from several companies was available. Thank you LD Tech Support & Ken!!

Last week we had the most wonderful pain/worry free experience buying our second and the right RV (this time) from Lazydays Tampa. Our wonderful Internet Sales Rep (Mrs. Jeanne Knezel) made it all possible. We were initially quite a bit off price wise from our desired coach (2018 Four Winds 26B), but her tenacity and experienced paid great dividends for my family. Once we got to Lazydays they discovered an undisclosed discrepancy with our trade in that almost derailed the deal. Once their Sales Manager (Mr. Glen Soper) found out I was an active duty Soldier, he and the team went above and beyond my expectation to take care of this Soldier. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone, especially a Military member looking to get an RV based on my experience. Thank you Jeanne, Mr. Soper, Mr. Eddie Johnson, Mr. Glasgow and the entire lazydays team for giving my family a great RV buying experience. You have a loyal customer for life here now.

Had a great visit at the Lazy Days Crown Club with friends that just bought a new RV. The Tiffen coach is gorgeous and all staff treated them like royalty as they camped and waited for some service items on their new coach. Impressed with the level of care that comes from the owner of Tiffen. Never have we heard a bad story about Bob Tiffen! If something is wrong with your RV, they will make it right. And if you own an RV, you will have problems. It's inherent with the nature of a vehicle that size, but not every company treats it's customers like Tiffen does.

Charles Kessock was our salesman and he is wonderful. We were not expecting to find our RV, but Charles knew what we looking for and found our 2010 Allegro Bus. We were on a short timeline due to our daughter's wedding in Mexico in a few days. He rallied the troops and we were able to get most everything done on our RV in a very short turnaround time so we could leave for the wedding. We will return to get the other items repaired and look forward to being back at Lazydays. Thank you

Long story short, bought a 19' ft RV from Lazy Days about 3 months ago, great sales experience, not so much on the delivery side though. Decided to go full-time, so this rig was too small & traded it in. Was not going to go back through Lazy Days, but ended up there anyways as they had the exact RV we were looking for. SUCH A BETTER EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE PROCESS THIS TIME!! From Dean, our sales rep to Julie our finance rep, Cory our delivery rep and the awesome delivery dept/maintenance guys: Steve & Jose. Absolutely great experience! Thanks Lazy Days!

Robbin Guirantes was a pleasure to work with from the very start of the sales side. Very patience especially with all my questions he had to put up with and trust me there was a lot. No pressure just took everything in stride!
Mike Herndon on the Service side continues to be a joy to work with and yes he now has inherited all my questions. Mike is the complete Professional in all aspects. We have had 3 motorhomes, 2 travel trailers and now our first Fifth Wheel and our first time with Lazy Days. This will not be our last and wish we had been doing business with them all along. Save yourselves lots of headaches and just start with Lazy Days! V/R Sue and Jim Fitzgerald

Absolutely positive experience. Worth the 2 hour drive from Daytona. Salesperson David S. and service manager Anthony B. were excellent to deal with. Yes the place (Tampa) is huge and can be overwhelming with their selection, but we never felt pressured and all of our expectations were met with nary a issue. David answered all of our email/text questions within minutes which was very comforting since we had no intention of buying a $40k toy hauler !. Anthony and tech "Manny" did a wonderful and very sano install of the second ac unit in the front bedroom . 2018 Forest River Work n Play 30WCR. thanks much. Jeff & Anabel

Dear Lazy Days,

Dear Lazy Days,
We are thrilled with our 2015 Thor we purchased on the 15th of this month. The whole experience with Lazy Days was great. Our sales person Greg Klepper was fun with great humor and salesman ship. We felt comfortable the whole time with him and making this purchase. When making the turn over from our old RV to the new one it was a well oiled machine with people coming and checking on how things were going in the new RV and checking out what might need to be repaired before we left the following day. Greg our sales man was there the very next morning( after spending the night in the new RV) to make sure all was OK, and to make sure we would get to the repair area for he remembered we needed to be out for me to get back to work in a couple of days. Andy Woods the delivery Advisor was right on top of checking the items we needed repaired and made sure we were good to go before we left. John Smitty Smith our repair man was fabulous with talking to us about the minor repairs on the RV and getting the job done in a timely fashion, couldn't have been more pleased with his great personality and his expert work. Deanna VanValkenberg the nice lady who makes sure your RV has a sticker on it for it to be tagged for repair, was a peach and helpful as well. The WHOLE staff at Lazy Days are informed, friendly, helpful and just make you feel like family from beginning to end.
Even though we live in North Carolina I think we would make the trip back to Lazy Days in Tampa to purchase another RV when the time comes.
Thank you ALL again for an excellent experience.

I recently purchased a 5th wheel from here and have been trying to contact multiple people in the office to ask some questions about problems, and stuff missing from my new camper. I have left multiple voicemails with multiple managers and still have not heard a response back. I have been dissapointed with them ever since I signed the papers for my camper.

If I could use ZERO stars that's what the service department would receive from us.
We purchased a new Landmark 365 5th wheel and it needed service after the first 3 months of ownership. When we called they said they were booking 2+ months out. We explained the issue was a leak and needed to be addressed asap, didn't matter! Fast forward, we show up at our scheduled time and our service rep Ellen told us they couldn't do the service because our warranty didn't cover leaks. Funny, after calling the factory they referred us to another dealer that was happy to do the repair, UNDER OUR WARRANTY!
Sure, the sales department is spectacular, they wine and dine you through the whole process, but good luck getting any repairs completed.
And, read the post by........ BKind or any of the many service-related reviews on the Lazy Days SERVICE FROM HELL!

REVIEW by BKind
Well I had a great experience buying my fifth wheel from Lazy Days . A year after my coach needed a few repair so we took it back to them since we were still under warranty. And to summarize the experience I would describe it as taking a stroll in HELL. We were told it would take 3 weeks , than 6, now 3 months later I find myself sitting in the waiting room again , because altough we call to announce we were coming to pick up, the unit is on the wrong location and need to be moved before we can inspect it and take it home. There is ZERO coordination , I have heard enough excuses to write a book . So in conclusion unless you have the patience of a saint do not use this place for extended repair. They have really earns their name as LAZY days =LAZY ways.DO NOT USE THE SERVICE CENTER they are oversized and understaffed and full of excuses .

Nightmare on I4. First sales woman asked two qualifying questions, looked at my tatoo, a winston churchill quote, sneered and walked away. Second sales man walks up, asks the same two questions and more. I told him specifically what we were looking for, make model. So then instead of looking at the unit and negotating price, we are in his cube, sad. Still following the protocal the dealership has set down for sales he continues disregarding the fact i already gave him all the information he needs. When the customer has the cash, the customer makes the rules. We left him in the office. I take delivery from another dealer on saturday.

The worst customer service EVER!

The worst customer service EVER!

Two years ago we purchased a Class C. When we were told that it was ready for the walk through we drove the four hours to the dealer. We got there at 10 in the morning and we were ignored and passed around for hours.
It wasn t until closing time when we were told that the unit wasn t ready, and we had to go back home.

When we drove back again, our walk through was done by someone who clearly didn t want to be there. When we questioned his attitude we were told that He was off thirty minutes ago and they made him come here .

The items we found in walk through... again... made it impossible for us to take our unit and the dealership said they would drive it down to us but kept pushing the delivery date until my father finally drove it down because he had to drop off his RV to Lazy Days (he won t be back either)
It was then that we realized... they didn t fix the problems from the walk through.
The list goes on and on and on and on and every email, phone call and trip to the dealer resulted in the unit being in the shop for extended periods with nothing being fixed and our concerns being ignored by management.

Fast forward two years after finally finding other shops to fix the issues. We wanted to trade in our unit because we realized it wasn t working for our family.
We did our best to try other dealers but we resigned ourselves to going to Lazy Days.

We researched, made an appointment and even went so far as to get a trade in amount. We packed everyone up and drove the four hours to the dealer.

When we got there our salesman met us with such attitude that my husband wanted to get another person. Plus... it was obvious our salesman hadn t looked at the units we were interested in until we just got there.
The unit had no bathroom, trim was coming off of another unit that he showed us and he wasn t interested in even showing us anything else that would make us change our opinions on what we wanted. We had to force him to show us additional units.

Instead... he kept lamenting our car choice and how limited we were on what we could get.

We had had enough of his nonsense and decided to leave. Disgusted with... yet again... incompetence and a lack of customer service.

As we were driving we passed by a dealership called RV ONE and decided to see what would happen.

What a difference!!!! From the moment we walked in... it was night and day. We told our salesman what we were looking for, and our limitations, and instead of passing by units and saying Well you could of had that... but ... He had a can do attitude and showed us a myriad of different units in our price and weight range. He was personable and knowledgeable about what was on the lot and what we would be able to work with.

We walked away feeling like a person... not a number... and with a unit that obviously looked like it had been taken care of while it sat on the lot. We can t wait to get it home and go camping. Such a different feeling than the abject apathy we had for our other unit after our horrible sales experience at Lazy Days

In short... We will NEVER step foot in Lazy Days again and will tell anyone we can how disgusted we are with their lack of professionalism and customer service.

FYI... driving home, happy with our experience at another dealer, I decided to check your inventory again because it didn t seem right that you only had two or three units for us to look at... amazingly enough. You have SEVERAL that we would have been interested in but Richard Barahona didn't seem moves enough to show them to us.

There are better places to buy RV s in Florida!!!

Thank You Orlando at RV ONE for such an amazing experience!!!

Lazy Days is a 5 Star company. We had the ultimate experience while buying our new Motorhome. Lazy Days is a well-oiled machine. So organized and so prepared. We were so fotunate to have had Roberto Suarez as our sales person. Roberto has such a gentle and kind demeanor. He spent hours with us, trying to find the right Motorhome, and at the end of the day, we finally did. There was not a high pitched sales persona, but a helpful, genuine person who truly cared about our needs. Roberto is one of the reasons that we will return to Lazy Days for service, sales, or to spend a few days. I can't say enough about the treatment that we received at Lazy Days. An unbelievalbe experience overall. We will be back!

I purchased a brand new 5th wheel in late 2018 fro...

I purchased a brand new 5th wheel in late 2018 from Lazydays and this is also where I've come to get servicing. The sales rep, delivery rep, and service reps I had were phenomenal, however, the problems and delays always fell towards the manufacturer or warrantor of parts for the RV.

Sales Rep: My sales rep was Harold Stone; amazing guy and very responsive. I had three reps before him who really didn't want to work w/ me or were non-responsive; these reps didn't want to help me because I wasn't a buy now customer (IOWs, they didn't want to do any leg work/research because I planned to purchase within a year and wasn't ready to buy at the moment). Right before deciding to go w/ another company, I decided to elevate my concern w/ lack of support to Lazydays leadership to give the company one last chance to make it right. I was then connected w/ Harold Stone. Harold was very different in that he took the time to work w/ me, help me research and wasn't concerned about making a "quick sale". After I noticed another state offering a lower rate for the same RV, he also helped me get the price down. I had my RV built from the ground up and was customized to my liking.

Delivery Rep: My delivery rep was Antonio Burgess (Tony); he was an amazing fella as well. Because I was new to the RV world, I hired two certified independent inspectors (a husband/wife duo) to inspect my RV before delivery. They stayed with my RV for about 5 hours and surprisingly, identified a lot of issues with this brand new RV which Tony worked quickly to rectify. Kudos to Tony!

Service Rep: My Service Rep has been Samantha Torres. She is absolutely amazing and very responsive and kind. Luckily, I purchased an extended warranty (if you buy new, GET AN EXT WARRANTY) - there were a lot of issues I later found w/ my brand new RV that I wasn't expecting - almost all within 2 weeks to 1 year of ownership and I only move the RV every 5 months, mainly for maintenance. Sam worked with the various manufacturers to get the issues resolved. She's a great service rep!

As previously mentioned, the only issues I've had was really with the manufacturers of the RV or the manufacturer of the various items in the RV who either were difficult to work with, non-responsive, or delayed shipping of parts for 4-6 weeks. This is the challenge that the Lazydays reps have to deal with, but often customers take this out on Lazydays because they're the face that we see, but I can say the support I've received from Lazydays has been great!

I have to say, Lazydays RV of Tampa runs the best customer service operation I have experienced, other than my Cadillac dealership. Everyone, from the minute you step foot on their property is courteous, outgoing and more than accommodating. No long waits. Derrick Dillard, our sales rep was super easy to get along with and Alan Glogower, the F&I guy, was awesome. I know a little about the vehicle industry so I know customer service is a big deal and Lazydays gets 5 stars from me. I know the wining & dining are pre-paid amenities, but it truly does make you feel special, like you are 'somebody'. Of course, spending a quarter of a million dollars should warrant the dealer to treat you special. LOL. Visited a competitor in Fort Myers and they were, 'eh, so you wanna buy a motorhome, okay......' No follow up on one we kind of took a liking to. That alone, made them miss out on their sale. So much happier to have dealt with Lazydays.

My experience with Lazy Days was better than I could have imagined! Anthony Reina helped us find the right Class C for us - even when it meant hunting it down in the vast sea of motorhomes! Something's changed at Lazy Days service and its greatly appreciated! Just completed repairs with Chad as a service adviser and was pleased with his communication, attention to detail, and customer service. In the past it seemed that making an appointment for service didn't matter. Not anymore! My motor home was looked at right away and I was provided an estimate for repair. Chad coordinated with the extended warranty folks and then communicated all outstanding issues back to me for final authorization. Always appreciated the quality of craftsmanship when receiving service or repairs at Lazy Days, attention to scheduling and communication were areas that needed some help. Well done! Ask for Chad if you need service on your RV at Lazy Days, you wont be disappointed!

The service department is awful!!! Last April we purchased a 2016 Fleetwood Bonder. The driver's seat upholstery needed replacement. Lazy Days agreed. I was finally called and set up an appointment for August or have replaced. (Did I mention Lazy Days is a 2 hour drive.) I spent the entire day there and was told they received the wrong replacement and would have to reorder. I was also told by our service manager that he would call when the seat cover came in to set up another appointment. It is now 5 months later and not a call.
I am very disappointed to say the least!!!!!

We bought a great camper from Lazydays. Roberto our sales consultant was amazing and very helpful. I would recommend him to everyone I know. Though we love the deal we got, it was kind of frustrating our camper needed a sticker from the manufacturer before we could drive it off the lot, so we couldn't pick up our camper for 2.5 weeks. We were told it would take a few days since they had already ordered it. That is my only complaint, though I am still giving 5 stars because that could have been the manufacturer delaying the sticker shipment and not Lazydays.
