I want to recognize Meagan Watson in customer service. We had an issue with our extended warrantee policy provider AGWS when we made a claim for some emergency repairs to our Class C that we purchased in 2017. This policy was sold to us by Lazy Days when we negotiated the deal and this was the first time we needed to make a claim. AGWS did their best to nickel and dime us over it - it took over a month to reach a conclusion because they kept coming back to me wanting more information which they hadn't asked for previously, just generally delaying any payment. In the end I got a check from them but it was short of the total cost of the repair. (Moral of this is if a company has 13 pages of wiggle room then don't even bother signing up for it!)
I contacted Lazy Days and recounted my experience with them and told them that this company was not doing them any favors and they should re-consider recommending them. Then I got an email from Meagan saying that they were really sorry I had wasted so much time on this and Lazy Days were going to send me a check to make up at least part of the difference. What a nice gesture from Lazy Days, it was not their issue and they had no responsibility for this, but they assured me they would take my feedback and review their relationship with AGWS moving forward.

I purchased my 2009 Thor Mandalay at Lazydays in T...

I purchased my 2009 Thor Mandalay at Lazydays in Tampa in 2010, and since then EVERY September and April, I need to stop at Lazydays for some kind of work. I understand that motorhome break and need maintenance which I keep up. My problem is that I've always had extended warrantys which usually don't cover what needs repaired. I don't have a problem paying for work that's done correctly but I've had a slideout resealed and most recently September 2019 had it resealed and a new topper put on. Guess what it still leaked. I also had new wood and white leather put on in September and it looked beautiful. Guess what, I now have some sort of bulge inside in the white leather above my couch. Now, I again stopped at lazydays April 2019 because my drivers side rear levler wouldn't retract, and I called my extended warranty company while I was in ft myers to let them know my problem and was told to have a licensed repair person come out and get it to go up so I could make it to lazydays for repair and was told it would be covered under my warranty, oops there goes $160.00. Now while at lazydays I was told by my service advisor Chad Wells, who by the way does a great job, and tries his best. That part that controlled the Leveler ( actuator) isn't under warrants so therefore the 160.00 bill won't be paid either. Also my radio quit 25 miles from Lazydays so I told Chad to go ahead and fix it to. Well, they did get the radio to come on but there was no sound thru the speakers. I was shown a speaker box and Chad shakes it and said this was the problem that I had no sound. Chad gave me the address to order the part due to me having to be in s Carolina to help my mom who was having a open heart surgery. I ordered the part and plugged in 3 connectors which only fit in certain places and guess what, no sound. SO being somewhat curious I took the old box apart and found the rattle inside was no more than a small piece of plastic. To say I'm not happy with lazydays is an understatement. I have sent 2 emails and left 2 messages asking for a return call from Chad my service advisor and Joe who sells the extended warrantys. I talked to Joe after Chad advised me that all my work and parts were not covered under my warranty policy, and Joe said he was going to call the warranty company American Guardian because the part should have been covered under warranty. Guess what, no return call or email from Joe or Chad. I sent Joe a final email after 3 weeks asking him to at least let me know that he talked to the warranty company and they still denied the claim so I could quit paying for a bad warranty that covered nothing. AND yes I'm looking for another motorhome as I'm a full timer but YES not at Lazydays. Oh the Lazydays campground is great and the people are nice. Oh it's been 3 months now so I'm guessing I'll not hear from Joe or Chad, LESSON LEARNED

Phillip Berghorn is an outstanding salesman. He was very personable, knowledgable and professional. He made me feel like I was his number one priority for the day and basically walked me through all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend him to anyone who might be shopping for a RV.

At this point 1 star is not deserved. I have been trying to help my father w his RV purchase. I have been ignored and less than dishonest "customer service" from lazy days. My father can not travel in his rv! It's not travel ready. He was sold the RV with the understanding it was travel ready. The list of problems are 2 pages long! Lazy days has pushed us to the point we has to get advice. Chad wells sent an email claiming he needed approval to send us the "inspection" that lazy days said they preformed. I am sure if this were your parents you would do the same to protect them and insure they are safe. We know the cost of RV's and no one deserves to go through what my parents have. Any suggestions or assistance please contact us.

Very disappointing. Came to buy, but salesman was too focused on upselling. We never got to look at what we set in our price range. The majority of RVs we looked at had dead batteries. What's up with that? After 2 days, we just decided to go somewhere else. All show no substance.

Was disappointed that Lazydays doesn't coordinate major accessory purchases with onsite installation services, nor did they discount labor or accessory pricing on my awning fabric replacement, unlike competing dealers.

We give Lazy Days a 5 star review. We purchased a 5th wheel travel trailer 3 years ago. Our salesman is Art Gardner. He is wonderful, he is not pushy and always has a smile for you. He guided us through the entire process and we were very pleased with him and Lazy Days. The entire team is great. Recently, we had a problem with our rv. We have been able to successfully get the problem resolved all because of Art. He always accepts our emails and phone calls and gets back to us right away. We are very satisfied with Art and Lazy Days. So, if you need a good salesman, Art is the man.

I was hired by a customer to perform an independent inspection on an RV they are considering. I am a nationally certified Level 2 RV inspector.

Christian Clouse was the salesperson and he checked in with me to make sure I had everything I needed to perform the inspection. Also, the service techs were very accommodating.

I wish I could give zero stars. I'm a young woman ...

I wish I could give zero stars. I'm a young woman who bought a travel trailer from them and this experience has been a nightmare from the beginning...

Everything takes forever and customer service was always rude. They are just too big to be competent or to care. After the sale was finalized, my delivery experience took a full 8 hours, during which time we sat down with the financing representative who sent my mom and I off to look at the trailer while he prepared the paper work, thinking we would be signing the documents, as he told us, immediately after we got back. He completely forgot about us and left us waiting in the lobby for 2 hours, and was shocked to learn that we were waiting on him.

That was the least of it, and to be fair, he was very apologetic and responsive to correspondence after that.....HOWEVER....

I learned I was not in fact taking the trailer home that day because i was improperly advised on the type of hitch I needed, and I needed to schedule an appointment for them to install the hitch. Scheduling the appointment and getting my questions answered took several days because nobody returns phone calls or emails at lazydays. We returned the following Saturday to wait another 10 hours while they did the work, which totaled about $1800.

Here's the best part: Before I drove off the lot that day with the trailer, they told me that the VERY LOUD sound of metal crunching on metal every time I turned was normal and I should expect that. Being new to this whole thing, i trusted these people assuming they're professionals who know what they are doing. I could not have been more wrong.

About a month later, as I was preparing to take the trailer on it's first camping trip, I hitched the trailer up to my vehicle, was driving in my neighborhood and practicing backing the trailer into the driveway, when one of the sockets that holds the sway bars broke clean off, sending the sway bar dragging onto the ground. Thankfully I was in my driveway and not on the expressway. When I called lazydays about the situation, the service representative was extremely rude and told me they didn't have an available service appointment for another 3 weeks...sorry nothing we can do about it.

So I contacted Equil-I-zer, the manufacturer of my hitch for help. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, asked for several pictures of the broken socket and hitch head, and confirmed that lazydays had installed a hitch ball shank that was too long, causing the sockets to grind against it when i drove ( that was the loud crunching sound) and causing it to fail. Equilizer even sent me the new replacement parts free of charge.

That was 3 weeks ago. Since that time, I have sent many emails, left many messages, and spoken to several people in several different departments at lazydays on the rare occasions when I could get ahold of someone, asking to be refunded for the botched work on my hitch that could have caused an accident. Every time I was told someone would get back to me, and I have yet to speak to anyone who is willing to claim responsibility for this.

Since it appears lazydays is actively avoiding me, I am now in the process of contacting my lawyer and preparing legal paperwork to pursue getting my money back.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

Michael Nall is a delightful surprise. Never has a sales person showed more interest in my needs for a product. He genuinely was concerned on how I will be using the RV and did his best in showing me all of the possible options to suit my needs. It was a pleasure to work with him and before I had even made a decision, I knew I would be purchasing an RV from him. Thank you!

Terrible experience. Upon delivery of our brand new travel trailer we noticed quite a few items requiring attention. This unit did not seem like the one we looked at originally. After a full day (5+ hours) of trying to take our new travel trailer home, going over everything, and making a list for service to fix, we didn t even have a temporary tag. We were told the coach was completely ready to go. The list of items will be itemized further in this review. After taking this coach out for the first time, we noticed a multitude of things that should have been caught on their PDI (pre delivery inspection). After that trip, which was not enjoyable because of the lack of items working, we called and spoke to a sales manager (Demond) who was not open to making things right in our eyes, and relied upon well fix it. On a side note, it has been a month and we have not been able to get things fixed because their parts have not come in. After that long conversation, and following up with our delivery manager, we were furious. At this point we d rather have a new one. Why pay upwards of $38,000 tax tag and title (for a brand new unit) to have something that s broken? If we wanted a broken trailer we would have bought it used! Now we have to drag this thing back to where we bought it (45 minutes away) just to have it fixed and I really don t know how long it will be there for. After reading the other reviews both for sales and service, if we had know their reputation we would have never done business with them. It s been a very frustrating time, and lazy days has officially lost any trust we had in them. We are still waiting for the tag to come in, it s been 30 days today. Lazy days is just that, lazy. We will be having our coach serviced regularly elsewhere once repairs are completed. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, not even someone I don t like.
So far we have spoke to:
Rod Nichols (salesman)
Demond (sales manager)
Rodrigo Torres (delivery manager)
Jane Carter (customer satisfaction)

Attempted communication at higher levels of management, no response.

List of items that need to be fixed
1. Body damage on slide out
2. Hole in awning
3. DVD player not functioning
4. Outdoor speaker not functioning
5. Black tank rinse not functioning
6. Outside kitchen sink leaking
7. Damage to cabinets/doors
8. One entry door does not work properly
9. Bathroom walls coming apart
10. Shower liner coming off the wall
11. AC not functioning properly
12. Missing docking station cover (fixed, need new key that matches other locks)
13. Missing caps on tire valves
14. Cabinets not aligned/ not closing properly
15. Under bed storage missing screws for shock (to hold bed up) (fixed)
16. Blinds will not stay up (behind recliners)
17. Silicone seal around the coach is peeling and causing trim to come loose

We cannot use the coach until these things are taken care of.

We were out-right lied to about what warranty cove...

We were out-right lied to about what warranty covered. Imagine our surprise when we brought our less than a year old leaking trailer in and were told no warranty. But they can diagnose our problem at $150 an hour, then they can repair it for $150 an hour more. So what should have been warranty will now cost up towards $1000

Salesman Kyle's exact words were : Return once a year to have roof inspected and sealed or you void your warranty. Now how can I void a warranty when there is NO warranty. We were lied to! Hope you sleep good at night Kyle.

Try Haberson's RV in Largo. $110 an hour and no diagnostic fee. LazyDays your greed and inability to tell the truth lost you a customer.

Update: Haberson's RV charged me $60.21 to repair my leak. Lazydays wanted $75 just to bring it in. That covers the first 1/2 hour of diagnosis time. $150 an hour after. Lazydays said it could take up to 3 hours in their rain booth to find the leak. Then $150 an hour to repair.

Harberson's found the leak in 10 minutes with a simple water hose
Again the whole thing cost me $60.21
Lazydays was preparing me for a $800-$1000 repair.
Lazydays I have 2 words for you....and I'm betting you can guess what they are!!!!!

I am very pleased with everyone at Lazydays in Tampa, from the Greater, our Saleslady "Frog Lady" Kelly, the Delivery Advisor, the service tech that hooked up my truck, the Service Desk, my Service Writer Christine Coker, the Service shop for a timely job and complete job, and I can't forget the Store Personnel.
Every time I've been to Lazydays from buying my travel trailer, to the service department, and the store, I have had the best experience.
I have already referred 6 people to them and will continue to refer people to go to Lazydays. You will not disappointed!!!!!
It is completely a very personnel touch that these people put into helping you. You are not pushed out the door as fast as you walked in, they want to make sure you are statisfied. 10 STARS for everyone and Thank You

This is our second coach purchase from Lazy Days and we are pleased with the purchase. We had especially good support from our sales rep, Bill McVey who was very knowledgeable about motorhomes and the Lazy Days sales and delivery process. Motorhomes are complex products and there were a few issues that cropped up during the delivery process. Fortunately, Bill went out of his way to communicate with us and work with the service folks to clear these up, which I greatly appreciated. His efforts made the transaction much easier and more enjoyable all the way around. Great place to look at and purchase your next coach.

Once again, we had superior service from Lazy Days! Can't say enough about the leadership of the Service Manager, Doug Earle and his team.
Travis is super-knowledgeable and always does a great job for us; no matter the issue. We had an issue with our main awning not retracting and took it to a local shop in Stuart FL, as we are 3 hours from Lazydays.
However they mis-diagnosed the problem and tried to tell us the whole mechanism was bad and needed to be replaced, including trying to convince us that the fabric had caught in the motor. None of this proved to be true when we drove over to Lazydays afterall, as Travis remedied the issue with a simple adjustment!
Thanks again to Lazydays service team! Our Service Advisor Greg, is always prompt and helpful and we're always greeted warmly by Precious in the Crown Club during our stays. We LOVE the Lazydays experience and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Our first experience at Lazydays was not a pleasan...

Our first experience at Lazydays was not a pleasant one due to our placement in a site next the highway; however, this winter we met a member of the sales team who insisted that he would make our next experience a much better one. He comped our site for two nights and gave us a tour of the facilities etc Our site location was much better than previously and we really appreciated the extra effort that he went to make us feel welcomed. Enjoying the site and not wanting to head north too quickly during the recent snow storms, we decided to extend our stay a week.

Unfortunately, the experience turned south once new neighbors inhabited the site next to us. 5 people & 10-20 mostly large breed dogs (10 at a time were allowed out in a makeshift pin). All inhabitants were living in the small travel trailer. The smell was excessive and the noise of the dogs barking or the adults yelling at the dogs to stop barking was constant (even at 3AM). We contacted the front desk and made them aware of the situation and were informed that Lazydays encourages campers with pets and we were quickly dismissed.

We are pet owners and love dogs; however, we do not appreciate this sort of excessive pet policy. At the steep price of $50/sleepless night & painfully long workdays with awkward conference calls due to the barking and yelling, we will not be returning to Lazydays.

I have to say Kevin was gracious and forgiving as my attitude when I arrived from the other place was just rotten. However they just didn't have what I was looking for and what was available was just a bit overpriced, not salesmans fault by no means. But if I would have started my search there they most likely would have had the coach I was looking for.
Every unit I asked about already had a deal in place.

A great plus for Lazy Days service. On time, courteous, and helpful. Kept us updated on the coaches progress throughout the day. A positive "10" for the service at Lazy Days Glass service Center!

Stay as far away as possible if you are young.

Stay as far away as possible if you are young.

Our sales guy Mike Stewart not only discriminated against us for our age, he told us the offer that lazy days gave us on our RV wouldn't happen since we would make money on it. Then we gave him our budget and said we would be paying cash, not one of the RVs that he dropped us off and never checked in on us with was even within 100k of our budget. Most of their motor homes have a lot of damage, are very dirty and smell bad (new and used). After we told him we were not given great service at their Loveland Colorado location for our age, he said you have to understand you aren't the typical buyer.

Doesn't matter Mike, we are paying customers. Most of your older customers finance, you lost out on over 200k in a sales with an all cash transaction. Also Mike, don't be talking down about your other locations, you have a lot to learn yourself. And Mike told us we shouldn't be calling him at each RV since he didn't want to stay with us. That's sales 101, keep in contact with the customer.

Young people stay away from lazy days. Go to camping world or la mesa.

They also have very limited stock on different choices for class As.

Very disappointing experience when i bought my camper there.
They gave me not the feeling to be a valued customer.
If you have items to be corrected or you got promised that they will do certain things before you get your unit....you better check they really have done it. Over all i have the feeling they sold me a problem unit and did not tell me everything.

Well there are other dealers....this one has gotten too big to care about customers...

Oh and by the way....if you complain....they either do not take it very well or simply ignore.....one phone call is the best you will get out of it.

Last month we went into Lazy Days to look at Trave...

Last month we went into Lazy Days to look at Travel Trailers. Be forewarned this place is HUGE so plan on spending some time there. Its very well laid out and a beautiful location. They have everything you could want there, literally. Restaurant, Campground, Pool, Hot tub, Bar etc. Oh ya and lots of tow-able / drive-able Camping choices.

We initially had our hearts set on a 5th wheel but after buying our New Ford F150 to pull it with we quickly found out that due to my limit on Payload, Rear axle weight limit and also vehicle weight limit a 5th wheel may have been out of line and we would have been overweight in several areas. Hence we started looking at Travel Trailers.

We met a nice young salesman named Chris Sanford. Very Professional and not pushy at all. He showed us around and we explained where we were at and he said he had some 1/2 ton tow-able 5th wheels available. We went and looked at them and low and behold there advertised pin weights were low enough to where I could tow it and stay within my limits. I asked if there was anyway to get a actual pin weight and he had a guy come over with a fork lift to weigh said unit. It came in heavier than what was listed so in the end we ended up passing on purchasing that unit.

Chris and Lazy Days were very accommodating and helpful with suggestions and ways to increase my weight hauling capacity needs. I ended up not buying a unit from them but it was because they didnt have the exact unit we ended up with and we only went that way because of the weights of said 5th wheels.

Some day when I upgrade to a bigger unit be it a 3/4 ton truck or a Class A I will be coming back to Lazy Days and looking for Chris. Thanks to all the staff for there time and help.

We love Lazydays! This is the second Tiffin Pheaton that we have purchased there. Our salesmen, Jason Brunner (both purchases)has been fantastic. The whole experience at Lazydays was amazing. From the the time we arrived to take delivery, Jason worked with Jimmy Assad, our delivery person, to make sure everything we ask for was competed. Our walk through person, James was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and how it works to us. The two service techs that worked on our coach were great, too. Shout out for great service to the business manager, Christine and our insurance agent Grace. We absolutely loved the Crown Club service! We had a blowout, so we bought new tires. While our rig was in the service department we encountered a lot of unsatisfactory behavior. First was they set our spare inside our rig because the mechanism was broken. That's just nasty! We live in it for work! Then they never asked if they could fix it for x amount of dollars. We've owned our rig 13 years and we have never encountered lazy mechanics or repairs. Oh, wait for the second mishap. You won't believe it! Then we get our rig back and find 6 to 8 new shirts are missing from my husband's side of the closet. I can even tell you the colors of each one. NEVER WILL I EVER RETURN!!!!! We've even told 2 people about this matter and still no response. NOT EVEN AN. "I'M SORRY! " I would suggest going somewhere else with your business.

We had our Winnebago Adventurer MH in for service while we went back home for the Holidays. They had a tight window to get all ten items done by the time we got back. Even though they had to order some of the items, they kept me informed on how it was progressing. I was surprised they were able to get the parts in and finish over the Christmas and New Year holidays, with people being off and all. The warranty company had to approve the work and that is what took time because they couldn't order the parts until they OKed it. The two ladies that took care of me were great. Very good and James was knowledgeable about our inquires. We enjoyed seeing the campers in addition to the one we came to look at in particular, which did not meet our expectations. James showed us many comparables narrowing our search to two of interest. We are thankful to have met James and his hospitality. We will ponder the information we obtained today....we are quite a ways apart on price. Keep in touch. Thanks for the tour!

We purchased a new fifth wheel RV from Lazy Days and had an outstanding experience. It all started with Nichole Brewer in sales. She is professional, patient and knowledgeable. If you are in the market for a new or used RV, Nichole is your person! Joe Mirra in finance was outstanding too. He explained in detail our financing options and answered all of our questions.

We like Lazy Days RV Resort next to the dealership too. It is well run and a great time. Food and beverage at Exit 10 restaurant is very good.

I highly recommend Lazy Days and we will continue our loyalty for years to come.

This is the 3rd RV we have bought from Lazydays and the 2nd RV we purchased from salesman Anthony Smith. Anthony went the extra mile for us with his management in solving a complicated RV delivery issue. Specifically, he did a great job communicating with us regularly and honestly on his progress to resolve challenges. The result was that we got what we consider a fair and satisfactory deal on our new RV.

We highly recommend Anthony Smith at Lazydays (Tampa)

This place is amazing. It is the Disney World of Camping. The number of RVs they have for sale is crazy. Over a 1000 on the lot. They even have a restaurant. Dog friendly, you can take your canine pal inside. Highly recommend!!

We traveled all the way from the central Oregon coast to Lazy Days in Florida to purchase our 2018 Tiffan Phaeton QHB 40 ft on November 2017. So beautiful after looking for almost a year to find just what we wanted. We really lucked out having Roberto Suarez our sales rep. Wonderful person he was there for us side by side. It was a wonderful experience staying there while we got to know our coach. Jan did a wonderful job walking us thru our coach, Precious at the front desk was right there helping us. Angela Griffith Lazydays Representative she was amazing, Hector our technician did a great job. Staying at the Crown Club was awesome experience, The food was delicious, service was great. Sorry we cannot remember all the staff names , but everybody was so great and helpfull. We are so happy with our new coach. Thank you Roberto Suarez, and Lazy Days for making this happen.

"Simply Wonderful" From working with my salesman Kurt to the delivery person, Marrow to all the Lazy techs that helped out along the way of this process, everything could not have gone better. This place, Lazy Days is a first class operation that wants nothing but the best buying experience you could ever want. I will for sure buy another class A motorhome from them in a few years. Thanks, Lazy Days for the employees you hire to help us, the customer. Thanks again. John and Susan Benitoa

We decided to buy a brand new 2015 Work-N-Play, to say the least we bought a lemon, we have not had the toy hauler 2 yrs and now they will not fix the MAJOR problems including visible water damage for a 2nd time with mold (my son cannot be in the toy hauler due to his asthma) , bathroom sink and counter came off the wall it was attached to, the shower wall has bubbled so bad you can see behind it, the toilet is taped to the floor so it doesn't fall over. The issues go on and on. We bought a 7 yr warranty that was suppose to cover these issues, well apparently I didn't read the fine print (shame on us for trusting what the finance man said).
I am very disappointed.

Total waste of time. They have a receptionist that gets your name number and all your info before you see a sales rep. Sales rep then takes you to an office to do an internet search...I can do that at home.... so no other information provided just wasted our time.

Was very pleased with Campground. There was mixed reviews from other postings but I was very satisfied. The pool was super clean and inviting. The playground is nice. The trolley driver, Lisa I think, was super friendly and very informative. She even wanted to make sure we had our breakfast and lunch vouchers. I didn't know we were to suppose to receive. So went back to registration and got. Over all a very good experience.
