This place is amazing. The people who work here are happy and you feel it..we brought our older motorhome in because the 12 volt system would not cross over from electric. Other professional s had checked the system but said they didn't have the time to fix it or the parts. I was nervous.Ha. we arrived at 8:25 am..had a free breakfast, walked around the store for a few minutes and received a call from Ellen..our rig was fixed. What? Seriously. It was only 10:15. It was fixed. And the oil was changed..The price was inexpensive..This could have been so much worse. Thank you, thank you thank you. We will be there for all fixes and highly recommend this wonderful Lazydays RV.

They only get 4 stars because the 1st rv I purchased and had delivered got tore up when delivered, the tire blew. Luckily my sales man put me in a new model. I have to say all RVs are prone to leaks. But the sales person was friendly. I have remembered this place because every RV dealership I have dealt with since has been horrible. I did business with these guys in 2004. I hope you guys are still helpful and friendly .

We first encountered Lazy Days Tampa at the 2019 Tampa RV show. We were interested in purchasing a Fifthwheel RV and they had what we wanted. The unit they had at the show sold so they worked with us to order one just like it from the Manufacturer.
Our salesman Jim Edmunson was a joy to work with. He coordinated the order and kept us posted on production and arrival.
We picked up the unit at Tampa Lazy Days, but left that afternoon to head north back home. We did not get to enjoy the camping resort on site, but it looked amazing. We plan to stay there next time we are in the Tampa area.
The delivery process was pleasant and all of our questions were answered. They were very pleasant and patient. Jim was even able to stop by and check on our progress, knowing we wanted to get on the road in the early afternoon.
Outstanding service and couldn't imagine it being any more pleasant.
The Lazy Days Tampa facility and operation is amazing!

Great experience, Steve was a great salesman. Toured most of the 100+ acres of RVs and camp grounds. Sale prices look good but haven't made the deal yet, so not sure what the real price will be. Things to think about... size for drive ability, fit for family/friends, size to fit in RV parks/sites and national parks. Do your research. Auto leveler is a must on 5th wheels and above. Fake leather furniture peals apart after a year or two in and out of the storage and a/c. Don't pigeon hole yourself into what you think you want the first time you go looking; you might miss a really cool item on another RV you might otherwise have overlooked. I'll update this as we continue to look and when we finally make a purchase.

Once we had purchased our 5th Wheeler they reneged on all verbal promises. The sales manager Demond McKinley told us that the salesman should not have made any service promises and that once we took possession it was no longer his responsibility.

Where do I start? First we told the guy what we were looking for he was more interested in selling us on their specials and not what we wanted. Then we found a grand design imagine on our own and fell in love with it at least it is without a salesperson. We purchased the unit while it was getting ready they broke a molding over the wheel on the outside said don't worry they would fix it, that was 6 months ago. We have had no contact from anyone I have called several times and email them they call me back finally to tell me they would call me again when the part came in that was months ago. The people that are supposed to know what they are doing for the walkthrough didn't have a clue very unprofessional I would never recommend anyone to go there and buy a coach. One thing I can say and the only reason they get one star is because the guy who helped us hook up the trailer when we were leaving was really awesome and showed me all kinds of tricks and what to do. So in a nutshell you're going to spend a lot of money on a coach and not know how to use it you're better to buy one off craigslist or the Internet

An awsome place for all your RV needs has been destroyed by the incompetency of it's employees. The service department has no clue how to fix things and only intrested to take your money. Linda the service manager has no authority over the employees and the staff do anything they feel like doing as they please. I really wish someone would over look this operation and would try to return it back to how it used to be.

My wife and I would like to express our thanks to Brett Ramirez. He was our salesman at Lazydays RV and you could not ask for a nicer person to work with. We had difficulty finding the right fit for us but Brett stayed positive and helpful throughout several days of looking between motorhomes and 5th wheels. He found us the perfect camper that had everything we wanted. Lazydays is lucky to have this kind of person working for them. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help us and we couldn't be happier with our camper. Thanks Brett, we love or camper.

Price was good, but service is horrible. Paid for my rv on 4/30/16, still do not have title (7/5/16). Was told by Lazy Days on 6/28 that the title had a lien on it and was released last week. (remember, I paid it in full on 4/30) I was promised by the Tag and Title Department the title would be over-nighted to me on Wed of last week, nothing yet. Only one person returns telephone calls, that is the Sales Manager. After we negotiated a price for the rv, I was telephoned by Lazy Days on 4/30/16 at 4:40 pm, that I could only get the quoted price if I paid by 6 pm on 4/30/16 (Saturday). Lazy Days had not yet processed my loan application, so I had to pay with two credit cards. I was promised the cards would be paid no later than May 5. They were not paid until mid-May, only after I emailed the Company owner.
We live in WV. When I purchased the rv, I advised Lazy Days that my friend who lives in Tampa would take delivery of the rv at her home. I was told that was fine as long as no one would pull the rv w/o the proper weight capacity. After I paid for the rv, Lazy Days called me and said they were unable to delivery the rv to a home. It had to be delivered to a campground or be picked up by us. I frantically called campgrounds and paid for 3 months' lot rent up front so the rv could be delivered as instructed by Lazy Days. The next day, Lazy Days called again advising me that they could not deliver the rv to the campground, but could only release it to us. Again, we live in WV. After much deliberation and $650, a private delivery company delivered the rv to us in WV. There are other challenges we face, but the above are the most challenging. I would not recommend Lazy Days unless the Sales Manager , Demond McKinley, handles your transaction personally. He is a class act.

We had a great experience with Brant Graves, trading for our first diesel pusher, a 2018 Berkshire. Brant just did a great job, pricing competitively, giving personal service, and being available. We are new to diesel, and any time we had a qiestion, Brant was available and unfailingly courteous. He connected us with other Lazy Days professionals who took care of some glitches, primarily Tim and Maroe, both of whom were knowledgeable and terrific. We cannot be more pleased.

Bad experience with Julie in the business department. Even when you say you are not interested in their extended warranties they force you to listen to their pitch. I said no again and then attitude the rest of the time from her. Terrible experience when buying such a very expensive motorhome. Still sitting in delivery waiting for the Rv. Finally came. Super nice walk thru with James H. He is very knowledgable about it all.

Extremely poor RV repairs. Had them made several repairs. After returning home to find out that the repairs they made were half fixed. I've contacted my insurance company and they determined that Lazy Days made faulty repairs. Do not go here to have your RV repaired or serviced. They will also will be hearing from my attorney as well.

A note to Lazy Days, if you cannot make honest and faithful repairs. You need to admit it and stop giving excuses of my word against yours. Because now the insurance adjuster has seen the repairs and knows it was done poorly. And based on other reviews, it seems I am not the only one.

First off, the people leaving negative reviews are of the products they purchased, not the people. We purchased a 5th wheel from here. Wow, was everybody super nice or what! I had many questions towing a 5th wheel with a lifted truck. They ensured each question was answered with 100% confidence and accuracy. Truly gave me a peace of mind. Pedro and Jorge were the two mechanics we spent time with walking around and setting up my truck to pull. Adam was the salesperson and Tony was the delivery specialist. Each person went beyond reproach to ensure my family and I were takin care of. No question was too dumb nor request annoying. The customer service, sales people, down to the staff in the dining room. Everybody was beyond approachable.

If I could give this place a negative 5 star, I would. The absolute worse service and attention anyone can experience. We purchased a brand new $100+ RV and the first day we took it out we noticed a numerous amount of things broken but the main issue was that when it rained, water would get in, in several places. Every person we ve spoken to and dealt with does nothing and can careless about our issue. We live in Miami and have had to take the RV up to Tampa 2 times since it s been purchased, less then 6 months. The first time the RV was there for 1 month and was fixed we picked it up, took it out and water gets in through 2 MORE places. We then took the RV up to Tampa again on a Saturday and they didn t take it into service until Thursday to then call us and tell us that we have choices, you can either pick it up and take it this way or you can wait 15 days until the pieces we need to fix it arrive . This is after we ve notified then that we have a trip reservation that can t be cancelled. I can go on and on about the terrible service this location has to offer and below I will list every individuals name whom we ve attempted to get this resolved with and they ve done NOTHING.

Also thanks go to Angie Griffith, our Delivery Advisor. Angie and Todd were exceptional and profesional enabling our dream to be real! Our service advisor, Christine Coker, was magificent. She listened to our warranty issues, made a list, contacted the appropriate service techs, and said go relax. So we did! A few hours later, she called and said we were all finished! We came back, signed the paperwork, and headed to our coach. But just as we were talking to our neighbors, we noticed a bubble on the front side! We called her, she said stay there, someone will be right over to take a look. And, of course, he did.
Christine went above and beyond to help us feel confident that we were safe and cherished as customers. We will always use Lazydays as our service crew, and have already made our fall appointment. Thank you Christine!

Too big to care.

Too big to care.
We purchased a new fifth wheel in 2017 from them and came back to upgrade to a Class A. We found the one and put a $2000 deposit down. After two days of calling and emailing to get them to work on our deal it became apparent we would not qualify without more down payment. We asked sales And finance to help us find one in our range since they already had a deposit. They could not be bothered to help us. It s a shame that they only care about the big money customers. We were loyal to them and wanted to buy. We are still waiting for our refund and will only deal with smaller dealers from now on. I do not recommend them anymore. I doubt it matters to them, but every customer should count.

Drove 3 hours to get here and see a 2020 Forza which Mr Cruz assured us was here. It was not. We've had several RVs over the years and we always take the time to make sure that what we are looking at will work for us. We do that by spending time inside, looking closely at all the particular things that RV offers and we want to drive it. The salesman who was to help us, Dustin Dillard, questioned our assertion that we were told there would be a 2020 Forza on site. Wanted to show us a 2018. Then asked if we wanted to order the 2020. Seriously? Without stepping inside one or driving one? Needless to say, we were extremely dissatisfied with what appeared to be a bait and switch. We spoke with the sales manager who could only apologize. Too bad they lost a quarter million dollar sale. Are they becoming like Camping World? If you're coming from a distance as we did, don't trust what they've told you unless you just want to take a day trip.

Went to Busch Gardens and heard about Lazydays from our neighbor and decided to take a look. We stopped in early Sunday morning before they opened were paired up with our salesman Casey Laiben. We ended up spending most of the day there and had a great time. Casey was patient and showed us everything we wanted to see (which was everything). He took the time to explain everything and were treated like royalty. We ended up buying a little pop up camper and the price was great. They had a team if people to take care of everything and have it ready when we came back to pick it up. They showed us how everything worked and let us stay in it onsite for a couple days. Almost upgraded before we left . We will definitely be going back when we go bigger. Really cool restaurant at the campsite too!

The service department! Even though the comment below says someone will reach out they have not. Since my initial review I have taken my RV back for service as I purchased an extended warranty from them. Apparently they cannot work on generators even though the salesperson showed us 280 bays where they can fix anything that breaks on your RV. I now have to take my RV to a Cummins dealer where it may not be covered by the $3500 warranty I purchased through Lazydays.

Wow, what a disappointment! Felt like a king until...

Wow, what a disappointment! Felt like a king until we signed the papers and took delivery. Then, they don't fix the things you agreed upon, won't order the parts they promised and basically just blow smoke up your ass until you leave (and even after you leave). Bought a used unit from them in December 2015. It's June 2016 and I still don't have the parts they were supposed to order. I have called at least 15 times and keep getting the runaround from 3 different people. Was told numerous times that the items were sitting right there and would be shipped the next day. 6 months later, and I had to call again today to see where they are. This time I was promised a tracking number to be emailed tomorrow. We'll see....not holding my breath. When I was in the purchasing stage, I swear I got 15 to 20 phone calls from sales people, finance people, delivery managers, etc, all introducing themselves and promising me an amazing buying experience. After they had my money, I couldn't get a message returned to save my life. Seems like they stopped answering their phones. I had to keep calling until I caught someone in person. Then, I still got lies. I even talked to the manager's manager. This place is way too big to care about their customers. They sure put on a good show though. And I see that someone is answering these complaints and giving the same p.c. answer about how they care about customers and want to earn our business for life. Well, you sure have a funny way of showing it. You have certainly lost a customer for life and sadly, we are a 30 something couple who are full timers and will probably purchase numerous rvs over the course of our lives. There are plenty of other dealers out there who deserve my money much more than Lazy Days. Don't be fooled by their facade, they don't care about you. There is so much more to my story, but I think I got my point across. I waited 6 months to write a review because I was so angry that I wanted to be fair and honest and give them a chance to fix it, and I knew an immediate review from me would just be an ignorant complaint. But now, even if I get my tracking number tomorrow, it is way too late for them to fix it. They've had plenty of chances.
UPDATE-6/23/16
I finally received this package that I had been promised. Guess what? Wrong parts! The shipping label on the parts that were sent to me were dated December and January, which means that they were, in fact, just sitting there waiting for someone to send them to me. So, I called Billy Black again and had to leave a message because he will not take my calls. I left a polite message that the parts were wrong and asked what he thought we should do about it. 4 days later, and still no return call from him. So, here I sit again at square 1. Take a look back at the reviews and you'll see a pattern of the bad reviews all having the same issues. Then check out the 5 star reviews and notice that a lot of those people didn't actually buy anything from Lazy Days. The opinion changes of how important you are to them depending on whether or not you signed the papers. Please take your money somewhere else!

UPDATE 7/8/16
I called on 6/23 and left a message of who I was and why I was calling. On 6/24, Patty Wilson returned my call and listened for 15 minutes while I explained my whole story to her. She was very sympathetic and agreed that my situation was ridiculous and that certainly isn't the way they want to do business. She promised me that she would get a hold of a higher up and fix this situation. 1 hour later I got a call from Don who was some kind of service manager. He said that he was very sorry and that he personally would make sure this was fixed and since it was Friday, he would call me back on Monday personally to give me an update. Monday comes, no call. On Tuesday 6/28, finally Andy Woods calls, who is the one responsible for this mix up in the first place. He needed the serial number and pictures and dimensions of the sink to get the covers. I emailed him on 6/29 and still no answer from anyone as of 7/8!
