We are full time RVers and getting service can be a real pain. We came to Lazydays fully expecting they would not have the parts in stock and that was correct. The first problem was that I offered to pay to have the parts over nighted to expedite the process, but that offer was not accepted, so we did some other travel while waiting rather than hang around Tampa. When the parts came in, the service adviser got involved to expedite the scheduling, otherwise we went to the back of the queue with a two additional week wait once the parts had arrived. So we show up to get the parts installed, and they had ordered the wrong parts! And it was going to be another day or two before they could even figure out how to order the right parts. I don't see how they could not figure out how to order the rollers to go under a slide and get some kind of bracket instead. If you have plenty of time and don't need your RV, maybe they would be fine, or maybe if was something simple it could be done properly. This wasn't a technically difficult problem but it sure was difficult for them to get the right parts ordered, and there didn't seem to be much urgency to jump in and make it right when the customer is sitting in front of them. And obviously no one opened the box when it came in to see if it made senses to get the customer back when they should have known what to look for.
