Extremely disappointed. I am a prior customer of this dealership and went into BMW this past Sat. to have my 2016 BMW inspected for lease turn in and was looking to buy a new one. Advised the rep. that I had 4 payments left and asked what type of deal would I qualify for. He comes back with numbers from the sales manager....with a total of 5 payments included. He tells me that if the amount owed is incorrect they will send me a check. I showed him on my banking website where the payment for June had been made and to please correct there numbers. Again he refused to re-quote the car using a 4 payment figure...I told him that without accurate figures the contact and pricing will be incorrect. I called BMW just to confirm....and I was correct- only 4 payments left. They need to send this salesperson to school. Would anyone sign a contract using incorrect numbers??
