I had an excellent experience at Lasco Ford. I've been purchasing Ford vehicles for over 25 years and have dealt with four different dealerships in the Metro Detroit Area. My sales representative Ben Willey was knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend him and Lasco if you're interested in purchasing a Ford.

Horrible dealership wasted my whole day after settling on a price and monthly payments only non to find out they hadn't even spoken to a finance company prior making an agreement with me. Spend over six hours there only to leave without a new vehicle. Will bn or be back to this dealer nor will I recommend them to anyone. Not to mention the salesman I was working with left early to go on a trip while I was still their postponing mine to try and get a deal made with these guys..... way to show you care

My husband and I were customers for 8 Years at Lasco purchasing vehicles and constant routine maintenance with the service department. So much so that the employees that have been here for a while recognize each of us. As of 6.9.15 we will NOT return. After having change stolen from our cars twice by the service department to damage to our car by the service department to the latest of an "estimated" service invoice that more than doubled when we went to pick up our car, no thanks. Everytime pricing is different for the same oil change, tire rotation and the supposed car wash service on the same vehicles....But surprisingly every time I pick up my car it has not been washed. Why advertise it if you don't perform the service!!!!! When we asked to speak to the service dept manager we were told he was at Home Depot, um that seems odd to me. Way to avoid dealing with an upset loyal customer. I would highly recommend to not use this dealership for any purchase or service related needs. Please learn from our expense and experience.

He was super nice, was a great communicator, and made sure to follow through on any promises that he made. I d definitely recommend anyone to head on over and find the right vehicle for you! I will never buy from this dealer again. We bought a certified Used Honda Odyssey from Lasco in Fenton. We have owned it for less than a month, 1 week into having the vehicle the passenger headlight was burnt out, the power sliding doors on/off switch was malfunctioning, making this extremely loud beeping noise, and the transmission is shifting all wonky. Ford service looked it over and determined nothing was wrong, they replaced the burnt headlight and acted like they did us some grand gesture by not charging us for the replaced bulb. Reluctantly we took the vehicle back, drives awful...shifts even worse now. Lasco is basically giving us the run around, telling us WE have to take it to Honda. We are a family of 8, and need a large minivan for our family...and now have the burden of paying for a rental, paying deductibles...bottom line, horrible customer service, horrible service of vehicles. Huge disappointment! When you buy a vehicle for your family, especially a certified pre owned with low mileage...you expect better!

I could not be more dissatisfied with Lasco Ford in Fenton. The pushy sales men are downright rude. They had my current vehicle in the back to appraise a trade in value. Then instead of returning the keys to me and bringing the vehicle back, they hold the keys and vehicle as a way to pressure you into the sale if it is not going your way. After telling us one thing, once it came down to the deal all of a sudden we needed to pay more money up front or pay a higher monthly payment. When we said we would not make that deal we could not afford it, they continued to push us. We became frustrated and said we want our keys and my husband stormed out. It took them 30 minutes to return MY car and keys, all the while they were continue to get a sale from us. I have never been pushed around more in my life. They made our experience very unpleasant. The service department is just as bad. Our vehicle (that is only 6 months old) had the seatbelt tearing. They said they would fix it. We made an appointment left the vehicle there all day and then at the end of the day it was still not fixed. So we made ANOTHER appointment a week later, turns out the first time they never even had the part in! This time we drop it off at 8am. After calling at 4 to find out if we could pick it up (we told them we needed it by 5) they say they are JUST NOW pulling it in to be fixed and will call us. We received no call. When we call the next day they say they are just now finishing up the paperwork, but to be honest we lost your keys! How does that happen, and if it does why not be honest about why you truly had our car for 3 days total to fix a seat belt! This place is ridiculous and may be a high volume store, but they need to focus on their customer service. Please go to a different dealership if you want to feel like you are appreciated as you will not get it at this location.

Be careful. I called and asked questions about a vehicle, based on the answers drove there hours to get there. During the rest drive uncovered options I was told were on the vehicle were not. Specifically asked if it had been repaired or repainted before I drive there, I was told no, but yes it was. Basically I think they will tell you anything over the phone just to get you in there.

I went to Lasco ford for oil and filter change and in process was pointed out worn out tires. With no vibration, I wasn't watching their condition. Out of conveince, I had them replaced on site. I got on the expressway for 1 exit and did a u-turn back to fords. Their service tech went for a ride and come back. His statement was the car has over 100,000 miles on it, what do you expect. He refused to have the tire tech's work checked. The vibration was so bad I stopped to check lug nuts tightness. Driving 3 hours commute to work, my fit bit registered 3000 paces sitting down driving back and forth to work. The steering wheel and gas peddle and me vibrated. It was a smooth ride before new tires. I took my car to Belle tire and explained what happened and they gave me an appointment. Had to wait 2 days, but they weren't their tires. ford had neglected to balance 2 tires and after a test ride refused to check their own work. My car rides very smooth now with no response from my fitbit. I used belle tire before, I know where i'm going back to!

I will have to say that I am a man of calling several dealerships and try to hammer the best price that I can get to save a buck. I live only 6 miles from a ford dealership that is local for me that I have bought new trucks from in the past. Moore motor sales in Caro mi. That dealer has screwed me so bad that I would not even stop in there for a wiper blade if it was to give them a dime in there pocket! I called about 15 different dealerships to get a price for new lease as I was turning one in. I was down to three different dealers on a 2018 Ford F-150 crew cab and I even drove 500 miles one day to visit the ford dealers that wanted to sell me a truck but they couldn t do it. I picked up the phone and said I was going to call one last place and it was Lasco ford in Fenton. I m so glad the lady put me on phone with FLO GOJCAJ. This guy went out of his way to fine the truck and it all come down to the numbers. This guy talked and texted me for two hours on phone as I sat in Walmart s parking lot waiting to get off phone to grab a gallon of milk to take home. He wasn t even at work! He was working numbers and rebates and all that stuff on his way home from working a full day and late night at work! He wanted me happy know matter if he was tired or not! He went in the next day to his managers and I think I beat them up a little on prices because they must have felt sorry for me crying to them or something and put me in a new 2018 lease with more truck and options loaded up more then any of the last two big dealers would even do for me! Florin is a true dude! As far as I m concerned I think he knows what it takes to make sure a costumer is not getting lied too and is going get you every discount that ford will give so he can get you in a vehicle. Plus his manager I think Paul even come over to talk with me and said he was going to try to do something that know other dealer would never do and I prepaid a three year lease up front and I was 5000 miles under my lease bought miles and one month early turn in on truck and he got me around $550-$580 back on early turn In sense I already paid payment ahead. That put me on new truck that much more less on over all payments! These two guys FLO and Paul ROCK! They know how to make what it takes to sell and make customer happy!! I just sent my friend that is disabled and was on a budget to see FLO and once again he did it again with his managers and know got two sales of making me happy of my sale he know sold two trucks! I will keep on send more of my friends to this guys as he will not beat around the bush and Work for you! Forgot to say that I live a 1 1/2 hours to to deal with florin! Great job FLO! I will send all the Ford friends your way man!!!

Recently just took delivery of my new 2016 Superduty F-350. My sales experience was one of the best I've every experienced. Christopher Medel and Kayla Mangani were extremely professional and effective with a very smooth completion of my sales experience. Very knowledgeable about their product.

Then 2 weeks later a had several accessories installed on my truck. My service technician was named Ken. The installations were all perfect and neatly installed.

I would have no reservation on the purchase of my next Ford with Lasco. Truly a first class operation.

Recently purchased a 2011 Ford Taurus from this dealership I love the car but was very disappointed in the customer service provided by our salesman Nick Montgomery and his manager. Unfortunately we were told the car was all set to pick up on a certain day on that day Nick was on the phone all day with my boyfriend still trying to straighten everything out after he told us it was all set. We then went to go pick up the car and had to wait at the dealership for about 3 hours to get everything taken care of after we already waited 3 days for them to make a repair on the car. As Nick finally handed us the key fob I noticed there was only one when I asked him about it he told me that he personally would get us one for all of the inconveniences... after taking the car home and driving it I noticed that the picture from the backup camera was upside down so we contacted Nick to make the appointment to have the key fob programmed and the camera checked out. Now today when we get the call to confirm the appointment Nick informs us that the key fob will cost $245.... so not only did Nick lie about the car being ready to pick up he also now lied about getting us the fob very dissatisfied with his customer service skills or lack there of!!! Also a side note we called a dealership in lapeer where we live and they can get us a new fob for $195 and this isn t even where we purchased the car!!! So again we are very happy with the car but if you choose to work with this dealership be prepared to be let down!!

15 years as an outside sales rep who s made 5 car purchases Kayla exceeded all expectations with our transaction. If there was a sixth star this dealership would have earned it. This dealership is ran like a well oiled machine. From my experience with Jay Lasco, My sales person Kayla, and the associates that assisted with delivery all of my expectations were exceeded. Lasco Ford was a large dealshership, with a ton of options, and a small town feel. Hats off too every person I interacted with.

I was very disappointed by the fact this is the second time I took my car to this dealership to have an oil change and my tires rotated and the tires were never touched... the joys of having a dirty car you can tell when the tires have been removed... the service manager stated to bring the car back and they would rotate them for free... but ill pass i am not going back to a place that is clearly not competent in doing their job correctly. I have had nothing but horrible luck they went to check the cabin filter stuck the door open and the service advisor tried to blame me until the manger got on the phone they have no clue what they are doing it is true shame... part two.

Well let s say beware.... I gave them the benefit of doubt I guess this story is more shame on me... I took 2012 Ford Focus in for an oil change and tire rotation. Something told me to mark my tire. So I got some old lipgloss placed it on one tire. They take it back the lip gloss was on the tire and to my surprise no rotation. This happened several times at lasco ford. So I bought a new escape from lasco and it came with 2 free oil changes on the first oil change for kicks I marked the tire. I was ready to blow my top when I noticed again no tire rotation. So today I am getting ready for a trip did not have time to go get my oil changed at one place and tire rotation at another so I risked it as I said shame on me. AGAIN no tire rotation Ithey we re supposed to wash the car thank heavens they didn t I noticed they never touched my dirty tires the assistant manager in the service department is an arrogant young man that need many classes on customer service he continued to argue with me. Moral of the story LASCO service department is nothing but a poorly run mess that needs proper training Some things never change. Brighton ford just gained three customers!

They refused to do the one thing I asked of them before I purchased a vehicle. The one thing I wanted was an inspection so that I knew exactly what I was buying. They said they couldn't even though they had a service center. I ended up purchasing another vehicle . I bought it at a little place that did an inspection as well as let me take it to my mechanic to check it out before buying it. They were amazing. I even got it for the price I offered. Their loss.

I bought a 2011 VW Golf TDI a few weeks ago. I noticed they had an oil change sticker in the window, but I also knew that TDI's like specific specification oil. I decided to change it myself just for the peace of mind that the correct spec fluid is running. What I found is that they never changed the oil!

They slapped an oil change sticker on it slated for 7500 miles later! I would be SCREWED if I waited 7500 miles on this broken down oil and near destroyed oil filter!

Pics speak for themselves. No oil filter would receive this sort of torsional effect in only 400 miles of freeway driving. I have done my own oil changes for years and can tell you this oil had well over 7500 miles on it already.

This dealer thinks it's acceptable to skip out on putting $30 dollars into the vehicle to run a greater risk of destroying your car when you placed your trust in them that the documentation they provide is honest and accurate.

This place just wants to spit as many vehicles out the door regardless of what they are spitting out. Lying about their service records to make you feel secure in your purchase.

Don't get me started on the sales process either. But that's a non issue compared to lying about the integrity of the product you are offering.

EDIT: Response to the owner....you are full of it and just trying to look good. I am not going off the color of the oil. You are going to tell me in just a few hundred miles, that oil filter was twisted like this?

Did your certified tech also purposely leave a half a quart of oil out? Because I measured what I took out. Are you going to imply that the car burned half a quart of oil in 400 miles?

Amsoil does NOT meet VW specifications. Using a non 507 oil will damage the emissions system.

Oh and the best part about this....THAT WASN'T THE FILTER I pulled out. I have a completely different part number I am looking at in this stainless steel bowl. It's not even a Microgard.

So either this is your common practice, or someone who works for you didn't want to do an oil change.

Had you guys just not of slapped a fresh oil change sticker on the car, there wouldn't be a problem. You clearly noted here that you put a MGL 57083 in the car per your own service records, and that is clearly incorrect with what I have right here.

We purchased a new truck from Lasco. Dan and Greg were both great to work with. We had a couple minor issues (mainly due to their outside supplier, not Lasco) but they were resolved. We took it there for it's first service and that went great. Our service advisor was very nice to deal with (I don't recall his name now). The new service facility is top notch!

Bottom line: Genuine Ford parts as a great price from a dealer that is top notch.

Went there to buy a f150 eco bust with trailer tow package to pull my 7000 pound camper. Was told that it would be maxed out and need to move up to a f250 diesel. So I did. Put 2000 miles on it and the went camping for the first time. The truck vibrates and shakes for my 2 hour drive . Call dealer was told that I need to bring in when I get back. Witch I did! I had the camper on back when I brought it in was told that I have a drive line shutter. Great what is this the truck cost me $62,000.00 and less then 2000 miles on it and can t even pull a camper! So I was told buy the salesman that I need to buy a smaller camper. I think that wasn t a cool thing to say to a guy that just got told it s my problem! They tell me to put air bags on it, leaf springs, maybe a shim kit. They say not sure it will fix it. So they hook up a $40,000 dollar computer it said there is a unknown vibration when towing. I being told that no fix for you. So now being told I have to elevate to the next level. So was told that so one from ford will look at the problem. not yet an know I have 18,000 miles on it and can t take my kids camping because ford has a truck that they say will pull a camper with my specs but you will have to modify it at your own cost. Still waiting for Lasco ford to even call back with a date for ford to even look a my truck.

Be careful buying a used car from this dealership. I purchased a 2009 Ford F-150 in May 2019. First the oil dip stick was locked in tube...$1000. Now the steering shaft needs replaced. Another $1000. I have paid 20% more of what I paid for this truck in repairs. On the first repair they would not cover and it was 30 days after I bought the truck.

Very smooth experience at Lasco Ford. First time buyer from a dealership, and it couldn't have been an easier process. I came in to look at something good, and came out with something great at a very reasonable price.
Chris Medel made the whole interaction feel more like a positive educational workshop, than a car sale. I had lots of questions, and he had real answers for me. We worked out an agreeable deal in no time. Low pressure and a rational approach are just what a well informed customer wants.
Top notch.

Bought a 2021 Ford F-150 Platinum, three days after receiving it the warning lights went off like a Christmas tree. During a video walk through I had briefly seen a check engine light but was assured nothing was wrong with the truck by sales personnel. After informing them of the issue I was told to contact Ford and this was a warranty issue nothing they could do. Have been left with a truck I have been able to drive a week and a half in the first month of ownership and no offered assistance from those I purchased through. Will not buy from them again and recommend anyone stay clear.

I recently took my truck in for minor repairs, while my truck was in the shop I broke my leg. The team at Lasco Ford went above and beyond to accommodate me while my leg was out of commission. They exceeded my expectations and detailed my truck and returned it in much better shape and a very reasonable price. You can tell at this shop the whole shop works as a well oiled team!

I bought a vehicle from Lasco Ford over a year ago, and it has been a bumpy road. My sales experience was not the greatest, but the service department was far worse. I had my 2012 Super Duty in for service twice, and nobody could ever call me back, or give me correct information. I was set on never taking my truck back there until my TCM went out and they were the closest dealer. Adam in service was exceptional, kept me updated through the entire repair. Very polite and very professional, and I highly recommend him. His service made me give Lasco another chance. My truck will now be returning in the future. Keep up the good work.
