I purchased a used car a couple of years ago from Lasco and normally I write reviews right away but forgot. I would just like to say how happy I was with my experience. The salesperson was so professional and wonderful. I was given a very fair price for the car and have not had any issues with it since. I truly do believe that the people of Lasco are very honest. Being in the car business myself, I know how it works at certain places. There are places that buy cars from an Auction and rip people off. This was not the case. They were able to work with us on the trade in for my car that really was not worth anything at all but still offered me more than what it was worth. They were in the middle of construction which was a little bit annoying but did not affect my opinion of the place. When we got to finance we believe that they tried to jack the price up but fortunately my dad was aggressive and they got the deal back down to where it was suppose to be. I did however attempt to go to the service department shortly after purchasing for a tpms light and had to wait a couple of hours. Which was fine because I know how service works. The service advisor was not very friendly but overall I was very satisfied with the Salesperson, Andy. I hope that he is still there. I would buy another or all of my future vehicles from Lasco however I now live in North Carolina and would not buy another vehicle from up north because of the rust that accumulates on cars. Great experience, I highly recommend Lasco.

I wasn't really looking for a new truck since I still loved my current truck. But Lasco contacted me with an offer for my truck. So I decided to have a look.
Although my sales person Theresa Stechschulte never did tell me how to pronounce her last name, she did manage to find me a great deal on a 2021 F150 in Rapid Red, paid off my previous truck, took the time to explain all the new tech in my new truck and did all this fairly quickly. Ask for Theresa by name, but good luck asking by last name.

Stevie was really easy to work with. It was my first used car purchase, first out of state purchase, and first not-in-person purchase. She walked me through the whole process, sent me pictures and videos of the car, and was up front about issues. She even kept me in the loop post-purchase with photos of the car getting loaded up on the trailer and continued to help me getting paperwork after the car was delivered. The Shelby is epic. Purchased a used 2014 VW Passat this past weekend from Chris M (very eager and energetic). Two days later the check engine light came on, P2201 (NOx censor). Lasco refused to handle the issue; they instead suggested I have a VW dealership diagnose and handle. Spoke to Alex who only offered to help with repair costs if I bring the vehicle back to Lasco. Alex also informed me that they would still have sold this vehicle with the check engine light on and that they wouldn't have even ran a scan on it to find out the cause, that's total BS!!! What reputable dealer attempts to sell $16,000 vehicle with check engine lights active?

I expect to get this kind of response when purchasing from a private party but not a Name Brand dealership. In my opinion they should at the very least offer to repair free of labor charges.

I've had a great experience every time at Lasco. I am a newer customer who switched to Lasco because of my horrible experiences time after time at other dealerships. Lasco Ford and their team make the car buying/service experience a breath of fresh air in comparison to a couple of other dealerships I've been to. I just recently leased another Escape and Garret couldn't have been more helpful during the whole process. He went above and beyond - so if you're looking for a knowledgeable salesman (who isn't pushy at all) he's your guy! Thanks again!

Purchased an $8,000 2012 Ford Focus that had a 50...

Purchased an $8,000 2012 Ford Focus that had a 500 mile warranty, within that 500 miles the clutch started to fail due to the commonly know failure of the seal in the transmission leading to slipping dry clutch disks. They would not repair this for free EVEN though this obviously had been going on BEFORE I even bought the car. This PRE-EXISTING issue that had been "repaired" 3 times according to their service history will cost my OVER $700 to repair.

Worst customer service you could ever imagine. Had an issue with a Lasco-"certified" used vehicle we purchased there two months ago. After giving us the runaround for two months and INSISTING we needed to bring the vehicle into the service department, they told us they were unable to help without even LOOKING at the vehicle. Why couldn't they just tell us that over the phone? Why did we need to drive the 42 miles to the dealership TWICE (first time we were told there were no service people available to look at it so we were told to come back) just to be told there was nothing they could do for us? When I asked why we had to come to the dealership, the manager claimed he didn't know "what the conversations were" before we got there today. Completely floored me that not ONE person took any interest in looking at the "certified" vehicle they sold us.

The first thing you need to do is find Jeannine. She is, hands down, the most wonderful sales representative to work with. Professional, detail oriented, straight shooter, and always willing to go the extra mile. I know for a fact that I annoyed Jeannine with my multitude of questions yet she never showed anything but an absolutely positive attitude. Beyond being fantastic at her job, she delivered on all her promises and was quick to reply back when I had questions or needed assistance. Metaphorically speaking, the cherry on the cake of deal Jeannine served to us was her personal delivery of the our new vehicle to our home. We brokered the deal over texting and brief phone calls which resulted in her sitting in our dinning room as we signed all of the paperwork! Honestly, this has been the most painless car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Kudos to Lasco Ford for a fantastic car buying system and to Jeannine for an excellent experience.

I wish google let you do zero stars The dealership had fliers in the mail. You match cars in a row on the flier then you can possibly win money or a TV, or a smart watch. So I took mine in to see if I won anything. Of course the salesman trys to sell you a car. I expected that much of course. When it's found out I won a smart watch I am told they don't have any and to please come back the middle of the following week. No problem, so I return and am told they again are already out of them. They will have more in on Friday but it's first come first serve and I should get there first thing in the morning. Seriously, so now because they have no foresight to stock enough watches not once but twice, and maybe a third time if I'm not able to take off work just to pick up a watch at the crack of dawn instead of going to work. It's probably some cheap junk watch that most likely does not format correctly as its some bulk buy from some sleezy importer from a 3rd world country. However the sad part is not just they waste their potential customers time with errands to run around in hopes of getting what they advertise. It's that the saleman was such a nice guy and the cars seemed nice that I was actually considering buying a car now when I hadn't any intention of doing so. But after this experience I would never buy a car from Lasco Ford. They should not run advertisments like this anymore because it's only driving potential customers away by making a vehicle purchase which tends to be a bit of a hastle to deal with when your in the mood to buy a even bigger headache.

Never had such a difficult time buying a vehicle in my 32 years of life. I ve got great credit and actually have cash for my purchase. Was passed around to 3 different salespeople. Asked for a sales manager and my request was refused. I understand that the vehicle I wanted to purchase was in high demand but the last salesperson was very rude, her name was Stevie. Dakota tried to help me but seems he was just to busy and he tried to hide the keys but the vehicle was sold before I got there as I m an hour away. I appreciate his efforts to help me out and make a sale. I guess I ll just shop at another dealership that wants to help me make the purchase. Unfortunately I d highly suggest shopping elsewhere.

UPDATE 2: I received an email from Lasco on Sep 4 saying it was handed off on Sep 3. Totally different than what I was told by the person that called me today.
UPDATE 1: Lasco contacted me and said FedEx picked up the package on Aug 30. They don't know why it wasn't scanned by FedEx until Sep 3.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Ordered part online. They closed the order and sent a tracking number saying it was shipped at 11:52am on Aug 30. FedEx finally receives the part at 7:08pm on Sep 3. First and last time I will order from Lasco.

Went to Lasco Ford in Grand Blanc last Wednesday and bought a 2006 HHR. The HHR worked fine for about three days then it started shaking and stalling out. It went through 8.75 gallons of gas in 80 miles. This type of car usually gets about 23 mpg. Went back into Lasco on Saturday to explain my situation. Talked to one of the managers named Mike. He said he was going to go see if he had any loaner cars and would only be five minutes. After two hours he comes back with a cigarette in his mouth like we have a key but no loaner car. I explain to them that I do a paper route so my livelihood depends on having a reliable vehicle. Mikes response was well just baby it on the route and bring it in Monday morning. If anyone knows anything about a paper route you know you cant baby a car during one. Needless to say the car broke down on me on Sunday morning in the middle of my route. I ended up having to pay money out of my pocket in order to pay someone to help me do my route. Not including the fact that my boyfriend had to do our other route on foot and that route is definitely in one of the worse areas of Flint. I go into Lasco on Monday and explain to them that the car needs to be towed in because it broke down. They tow it in and say well we don't have enough time to get to it today we will have the service department look at it first thing in the morning on Tuesday (today) and it is now noon and they still have yet to contact me at all. This dealership is the worst place to go for a vehicle. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Lasco Ford kept coming up with the best inventory, and prices, so we reached out to them while still out of town. Their online rep Emily Krezka reached out to us, helped us find what we were looking for, then went above and beyond in trying to pull off a surprise delivery. I was so pleased with my experience with Lasco Ford on my 2012 Focus lease that I kept visiting for regular maintenance service. Those visits just further reinforced their dedication to customer service. I remained so happy that I knew that they were the ONLY choice for the dealership I wanted to work with on my New 2014 Fusion Hybrid purchase.

I was visiting for an oil change when I decided it was time to take a test drive. By random luck, I was introduced to Charlie Burgess and we went for a test drive! It was as if all the cards fell into place and I walked out with my new car 'in the works'. I took delivery within 3 days.

Charlie was simply the biggest help and easiest going Sales Consultant that anyone could ask for!

I have purchased 4 Escapes from Lasco Ford and have always been very happy with the service I received. I have to say that the new service center is very different from the old one and will take some fine tuning to seem as personal as the old one. I recently took my new 2015 Escape Titanium in for what I thought was an air leak in the drivers window. I was given a loaner and was able to keep it until my car was done. I was surprised to find Tony, who always took care of my cars and made sure everything was done right, is back. He cares very much about the people he takes care of. He made sure that everything was right, even when the repair was more than what I or they thought it was. Tony called me every day to let me know where they were with solving the issue. Thank you Tony!! I always know I am in good hands when you are there. Problem solved!
