called Saturday and spoke with a Matt or Mike Bailey, and I told him I was extremely interested in a specific truck and wanted to put a deposit down. He told me he needed to get manager approval for a deposit and that he would call me right back (which I never heard back and truck has now sold.) Business must be so good at this dealership as well as others that they feel that they don't need to actually follow up with customers who have given them 3-4 buying signs on a phone call.

Have nice vehicles. They will work hard to get you financed and the best deal possible. Unfortunately for me I wasn't one of those people. Still had a great experience and Kris was my sales guy and he was really funny nice cool and professional.

Well if I could give 0 stars I would!! So I bought a 2014 Ford Explorer from Lasco at the end of March and have had NOTHING but issues with it and Lasco!! When I signed my paperwork I signed up for extended Warranty, after about a week I got a call stating I needed to go back into the dealership to resign my paperwork. Since I was in a hurry I didn't go over the paperwork which is my fault. Well they removed the extended warranty without telling me. 2 weeks later I brought the explorer back because the shifter wasn't working and had to have them fix it under the warranty. So on June 5th I had to bring my explorer in because the A/C stopped working and was told by Pat I wouldn't have to pay the $100 deductible since it was overlooked on the inspection. On the 7th I got a call saying I had no extended warranty and they didn't know what had happened and they were going to look into why. Later on the 8th I called the warranty company because I heard nothing from Lasco and they explained that Lasco canceled my warranty on the 6th because I never ended up buying the explorer. I called and talked to Pat a few times and each time he told me "I'll look into it and call you back", he never did. Finally on the 15th someone suggested I use my certified preowned warranty to replace the A/C lines that needed to be replaced. I asked to check out the WHOLE A/C system and they said they did and everything looked great. Well I finally got my explorer back on the 29th and had to pay the $100 deductible I was told I didn't have to pay. The next day my A/C didn't work again and smelt like burnt rubber. I made several calls on that following Monday July 2 and never heard back so I went up to Lasco to find out that Taylor was no longer with Lasco and they could careless that I was having issues again. They had my explorer almost 4 weeks and didn't fix it right. I believe I still have 2 free oil changes with Lasco and I can honestly say I don't even care, I'll NEVER go there again even for a free oil change.
I ended up requesting the paperwork and decided I was taking my explorer to Holly Ford. They found my A/C compressor was falling apart and needed to be replaced. Holly Ford got me fit into their busy schedule and got my explorer fixed extremely quick!!
30 July Update.
I still haven't heard anything back from Lasco trying to make any of this right. I contacted the BBB and Lasco replied with a bunch of BS!! All I'm asking for is my $100 deductible back since they didn't fix the issue the first time.

I have shopped here two times for my vehicles. The first time with Paul C and the second with Scott S. Both salesmen were knowledgeable, informative, and not at all pushy. The process was made easy for me and they were able to get me everything I wanted both times. I have also utilized the maintenance services and everyone there was also so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend shopping at Lasco Ford!

Kris exceededs his customers expectations in every possible way and makes the buying process simple. He doesn't use "high pressure" sales tactics and is excellent at building rapport with his down to earth personality. My wife and I have heard (from our friends) and seen numerous highly satisfied customer testimonials and photos about Kris on social media. He represents Lasco Ford with the highest level of professionalism and always welcomes his customers to the "Lasco Family." It is for these reasons that my wife and I will buy our next vehicle from Kris and refer all of our friends and family to see him at Lasco Ford!

I took my very well maintained 1999 AZ truck in to find out why check engine light was on and it was running rough. It was diagnosed and I was told a couple things with fuel system and ignition coil.

My truck got the repairs and now it has an engine knock and the rear brakes locked up. Neither of these problems were present when it went in. The service guy and tech both commented on how well maintained and clean this truck is.

Now I am told not to drive this vehicle and to tow it. How is it I drive in and have repairs and now am expected to tow it home. I was told now I need an engine. I suppose a brake job too.

So far no acceptable solution from the dealer. What's your reputation worth Mr Lasco?

Follow up, after holding them accountable and not becoming belligerent, I got resolution to my problem.

My money was refunded and I got a good deal on a new car. I talked with the owner Mr Lasco and we came to an agreement. I am still not happy with the service but am with the ownership.

He truly was the difference with getting us to make the travel to look at and purchase this vehicle, he sent us a very detailed video of the vehicle and answered all my questions honestly. There was no pressure to buy and worked extremely hard at getting us the best deal he could.......Thanks again Walid you're awesome.

I recently had my oil changed and tires rotated at the dealership - which went smoothly. The new service area is very spacious and comfortable. Upon waiting waiting for the service to be completed, I was informed there was a software update for my 2013 Ford Focus transmission, so before leaving I made an appointment to have the service done. Upon arriving at 7:30 am to drop my car off the morning of the appointment, the paperwork was ready, and there was a loaner vehicle waiting for me - the whole exchange took no more than 10 minutes and I was out the door. I was updated twice during the day regarding the status of my car, and when it will be completed - the vehicle was completed the same day. Picking up my vehicle went just as quick and smoothly as when dropping it off. Julie was very polite and contentious throughout the process. I have been a Lasco customer for 5 years, and I can tell you from personal experience that there is a great emphasis being put on customer service. Excellent service experience, thanks Lasco Ford.

I took my Ford in for some maintenance and they where also going to do a thorough inspection and give me a vehicle report card. This was all on the invoice. I will say they go me in without a appointment and had the work done in a timely matter. I was disappointed by the fact when I received my car back they didn't even wash it like any other dealer I have been to before. I then asked if they washed cars after serving them and was told yes to which I asked if they would wash mine. She then had it washed for me. I then asked about the vehicle report from the inspection. After about 15 minutes the service writer taking care of my vehicle said they didn't print one, then said they didn't even really look at it because they didn't have to lift it on the lift very high to do the service. However they did notice and oil leak but didn't know where it was or where it was coming from. This is the reason for 2 stars. One being the fact of not returning the vehicle washed when I'm guessing that's protocol. And second for not fallowin the work order and being lazy to not lift the vehicle up to inspect it. I don't know how they can put the inspection on the invoice then not do it if they don't want to. Shows Lasco Ford des not care for their customers and their vehicles.

I just bought my new F-150 from Lasco Ford, but the experience started way before that when I was just looking. My salesman Zach somehow saw the truck I was looking at and the he shot a video showing me the inside and some of its Features. I thought that was a cool thing to do. I texted him and said I wish you would have had it running when you made the video, he said give me a minute I ll do another one and in less then five minutes I had another video with the truck running and he showed me even more features. I told myself at that point I m going to buy a car from him, if the price is right. I got to the dealer the next day and they made the price right and on top of everything else Zach delivered the truck to my house in Detroit. If you re looking for a car go see Zach at Lasco Ford he ll take care of you, or call him he ll make you a video!!!!

The sales team made getting a car fun again. My sales person (Bryce Parker) and the Director Paul Zaagman really put in a top notch effort to acquire the car I wanted. I am a well informed automotive consumer and had specific features on the car I really wanted. This challenge was met with 100% satisfaction. The final sales process was very unique as it was 100% digital (digital desktop and signatures), except for one or two documents the state of Michigan still required me to physically sign.

The cost to fix it is 4800. I called Lasco the first time it broke down and they said they wouldn't help us out because it was as is. DO NOT BUY FROM LASCO FORD. They don't care about their customers. The minute you drive off the their lot and they have your money in their hands you're a nobody.

I'm so upset with this place. My son bought a car there Friday. He drove it home and the transmission started slipping. I understand a "as is" sale but this is ridiculous. He barely had it 2 hours. And this place won't even look at it. I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone. Run don't walk away from here. My poor son needed this car to get to work and back. We have been going to Lasco Ford in Fenton for five years. In that time we have purchased/Leased 8 vehicles. We are always given great attention to our needs and wishes, from both Ben Willey and Greg Reid. They work together to make sure we leave happy and in the vehicle we want. They will run numbers on multiple vehicles for us all day, just to assure that we leave in what we need or want. When we have issues they both do everything they can to make the situation resolve positively as quickly as possible, even when it is not their department. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen to anyone looking for a new car.

Not only did he get us approved he worked with us got us into a 2016 Ford fusion and had a plan for us to help us with our credit and soon down the road get us into the car we really want. I've been buying new cars for 36 years and Dan is by far the best salesperson in my experience.This is the 7th vehicle Dan has sold to me or my family members. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and not at all pushy (which is a big plus for me). He will do anything he can to find the EXACT vehicle you are looking for regardless if it is in their inventory or not. And the deals they can put together are amazing! Highly disappointed in the thoroughness and quality service of Lasco Ford. We recently bought a vehicle from them and was extremely disappointed in them. My husband test drove the vehicle and noticed several areas in the interior that needed to be cleaned. We said we wanted it detailed. Our sales person said she would make sure it was done. However, it never did. It was disgusting! My husband contacted them but only to be ignored. If you want a dealership who only cares about a sale, congratulations, you have a winner in Lasco Ford. We will never buy from them again!

Can I give zero stars? I've only placed one order with Lasco Ford parts and it turned into 2-days of inconvenience ultimately resulting in my order being cancelled. I ordered 2 gallons of anti-freeze. Simple enough, right? First, they demanded my VIN before they would ship the order. Normally for a parts sale, this is good practice so they can be sure the part fits your car. I was buying anti-freeze, not a part, and they didn't need my VIN for that, but I gave it to them anyway. That same day they cancelled my order saying they couldn't ship anti-freeze. That's complete bunk as AutoZone, O'Reilly's, Walmart, Amazon and other businesses that sell online ship anti-freeze. I bought the anti-freeze from Amazon and am now living happily ever after. In the future I won't even consider Lasco for parts for my Mustang, F250 or Explorer due to this incident. You get one chance to make a first impression and they blew it completely.

Purchased a car from the Grand Blanc store little over 2 years ago, everything went smooth. I decided to try the Owen road store about 3 weeks ago and it was a disaster. I got there around 5:00 pm on a Wednesday, was approached by a young kid whom really didn't have any information, but did take my credit application. He then introduced me to another sales man. I spent 2.5 hours there, talked for maybe 30 minutes and was able to see one car. I went back the on Thursday, to give them some paper work they asked for, sat for over an hour before I was helped by the sales man from the day before. I was able to see only 1 more vehicle and spent a total of 3 hours there. I was told on Friday I would be contacted. Friday came, nothing, I got a hold of the salesman he said he would see whats going on. Saturday no response and still nothing into the next week. I gave up. I was then contacted by a manager asking how my car shopping was going. I told him how horrible his customer server was there, he apologized and asked me to try again, so I did. I was contacted by a different salesman who promised "communication was key", I told him the vehicle I wanted and he said he would get on it. I received a voice mail from another person the next day saying "good news give me a call". I was in a meeting so I texted the salesman and said I didn't know who this person was, but please find out what is going on and let me know. 5 days later I get a text message from the sales man saying he couldn't find any of my information.

All these sales people walking around there, outside smoking and blocking the lanes to drive around, but yet no one can help. A lot of time wasted sitting there waiting for help and from talking around, I am not the only one that has experienced this.

I have heard good and bad from this location not only from friends and family but also from personal experience. The reason why I'm giving them four stars and not less is because I've been in a pinched more than a few times needing a car part to not exactly having the funds available.The parts department was more than happy to try and work things out and help me as best they could. A little bit I'm presidente in this day and age. When everybody's out for themselves and when somebody has to answer to a corporate entity usually they're not very helpful. But I'm going to give him four stars because of that fantastic help. If you need some parts are helpful information think about stopping by.

He took very good care of us while we were there and made sure that we left happy. Everyone we worked with from beginning to end went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and were happy. If I could give zero Stars I would. I have never written a bad review about anywhere but young buyers beware. I was 18 and I was attempting to make my first car purchase ever from this dealership and features were not on the car that I was looking for. On top of that I come to take the car back in to get it serviced not even a week after I bought it and the service department told me that it was going to cost me over $700 to repair when I just bought a almost brand new car. Took it to another Ford dealership and they said it was free to fix all they had to do was reflash something very quickly and did not even charge me for it. The other Ford dealership that did not charge me confirmed did they were maliciously trying to squeeze extra money out of me for no reason. Buyers beware!

The parts department has personnel that are not knowledgable at all. I went in looking for two fuses /relays , with their respective position numbers. After 25 min of waiting, with no other customers in line, I was told that 'this relay may work'. Not wanting to damage anything on the truck, I decided to walk out. Called another dealership and literally 30 seconds later they had the correct parts in order. Would not advise going here for parts.

I bought a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan here. The salesman I spoke with was the perfect mix of professional and friendly. The test drive route included both surface roads and freeway driving with the salesman offering to let me go a bit further on the freeway to get a real feel for the van. The van was in great shape and the staff made sure it was cleaned well before we left the lot. Our salesman, Mr McAvoy, even installed our license plate for us. Competent staff, no high pressure sales, willing to negotiate on price within reason. Great experience.

TERRIBLE! The WORST car buying experience ever! Quoted us a price over the phone and after we drove over an hour to get there, they raised the price! My wife and three kids were there for almost five hours! After finally settling on a price (which only ended up being$100 below what we THOUGHT was the original asking price... the vehicle' s front tire goes flat! Bad valve stem on the tire that somehow didn't get noticed on their"safety inspection"! My wife and three kids are left stranded on the side of the highway on a 97 degree hot day! Even the towing service agreed that valve stem was dealership fault and should have been caught! It gets worse! RJ, the manager, wanted US to pay for the repairs and they would"reimburse" us!!! He tells us that Lasco doesn't have "a credit card" to pay for the bill! Really? How about the one in your back pocket!!! They paid for the towing service...but NOW they seem to have no way to pay for repair! Any other dealership WOULD have made it right! When asked to speak to his boss, he stated, "I AM the boss...probably NOT. Their manager, RJ, is unfortunately, a very dishonest person. Really lacks integrity. So after being lied to about the selling price...tells Belle tire that WE have to pay for it!!! Not to mention, vehicle only came with ONE set of keys AND was missing a floor mat!!! REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!! We will be contacting local news to report this to consumer affairs!!! This is NOT how you treat people. I work for the State of Michigan, and unfortunately, I will be going out of my way to spread the word... VERY Frustrated. Most likely will be returning vehicle back to them. PLEASE be careful if doing business with Lasco... wouldn't want what happened to us to have happen to anyone else.
