Went in to work on trading in my vehicle and was treated well. 10 different people asked me if I needed coffee or water while waiting. The seat heater wasn't functional and they agreed to repair it. After driving there 2 hours round-trip twice, it still is non-functional. So, the advice here is to buy from them and get it serviced elsewhere if possible.

My husband and I bought a suv through them about a month ago. The night that we drove the vehicle, it seemed fine. The next day, my husband picked it up. I noticed that the suv was bouncing around a lot. The following day, we could hear a crunching/rubbing noise on the left front end of the suv. My husband called the dealership and told them about the noise. The dealership said that there was nothing that they could do about it. And if the dealer looked at it, it would be like a $300 deductible. The warranty on the suv stinks! My husband just took the suv to a shop and they told him that it be $1100 worth of work because the struts and shocks are completely blown! When my husband told the sales lady about, he said that she didn t seem to care. They sold us a crappy car and we will never go back to them at all! If I could, I would ve given them half a star!

Bruce King got the truck ready I was looking at for a test drive, we road around to see how I liked it . After that Bruce went out his way to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my decision to purchase. Bruce made the buying experience painless as possible. He also, made sure the truck was spotless and programmed before I drove off the lot. I appreciate the time he took to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Do not waste your time at this dealership! Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I called the day before to make sure the car we were interested in was available, they said it was and set up a 9am appointment with me. We got a babysitter and drove an hour to this dealership. When we first walked in the person I made the appointment with did not have time for us so he passed us off to someone else. After two and half hours of waiting they told us that we couldn't see the car today. The manager said he would call us when the car was ready, that he would compensate us in some way for the gas and cost of babysitter. We never got a call back from the dealership. It's seriously disgusting the lack of professionalism shown at this dealership by its managers and employees.

I bought a car in May of 2014. It was my first car...

I bought a car in May of 2014. It was my first car buying experience and I worked with a young man named Will. I arrived relatively late at night, about two hours before closing, however I knew which car I wanted and even called in advance to make sure it was available. I was looking for a Cobalt SS, which is a relatively easy to find, cheap sports car. I was told by Will that the 2007 model I was looking at did not come in the Supercharged version that I was looking for, due to "Emission" issues, the model was pulled before production. This was the first red flag I should have seen, as this is a lie. I've found plenty of other 2007 models with the exact set-up that I wanted, however, I believed what I was told by Will.

Upon arrival and driving the car, the steering wheel had a tilt to it, signaling to me a poor alignment. Will, my salesman, assured me that it was simply "how these cars are built". Which is simply bullshit. I've worked on vehicles before and know that this is never the case. Aside from that, the front end had obviously been in a collision as the front bumper was replaced and they refused to include the inserts for the bumper. They said they could order them for me but they would cost me about $200 for all of them. I tried to make a deal but it was obvious they were not willing to negotiate on this turd they were trying to sell off on me.

When we arrived back at the dealership, made a deal on the car, and then I was sent to their accountant. Jake, was his name. Jake H. Beware of these folks, people, they will scam you. It is their primoris operandi. He talked me into a warranty for the vehicle, since it was used. He neglected to tell me that the warranty he sold me cost me an additional $2750 on the bill. You'd think that this would be something that was discussed. He simply said "It's only an additional $13 on your monthly bill. Bumps it up from $155 to $168 a month." I should have done the math but it was late, they seemed honest, and I was new to car buying. I thought I could trust these people. We had agreed to a price of $7000 for the car, which was a bit higher than I would be comfortable paying again. I ended up with a bill for $11,500 from the dealership. $7000 for the car, $2750 for the "warranty", $1000 in dealership fees, and the remainder in tax and title. I put down $2200 on the car, which simply vanished, the amount I put down covered the fees the charged me for preparing the vehicle and getting me a loan approved.

I drove the vehicle off the lot and had my girlfriend following me in the vehicle I drove in with. She frantically called me about 5 minutes down the road to tell me that there were sparks shooting out of the drivers side wheel well. I pulled over, called the dealership, and they told me there was nothing they could do until the following day as it was late and their shop guys had gone home. This coming from a place I had just spent nearly TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS at. I was told to call the next day. I got home, found the entire front skit plate was detached and dragging on the ground, the sparks were caused by the screws which were supposed to be holding it in. These pins cost about .10 cents a piece, they neglected to put a single pin back after they replaced the front bumper. This is how cheap these people are. I called the next day, they told me I'd have to pay for a new skid plate and pins, as this was not an "existing issue" when I bought the vehicle. They also refused to cover it under my warranty. I ended up fixing the issue myself and never had another problem with the skid plate. Aside from the skid plate, the vehicle came with traction control problems, the check engine light came on and stayed on, the steering column popped and rattled when I turned corners, the radio didn't work at all as the antenna wire was cut, and they NEVER repaired any of the recalls the vehicle had on it. There is more, but bottom line is, DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are thieves. DO NOT GO HERE. I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Very, very poor customer service. Basically we bought a used vehicle and they didn't care about our concerns one bit. I tried talk to a manager multiple times but had to leave a message to two different managers to voice my concerns and still haven't heard back since the end of September, and have received no calls. I bought out my lease on a 2014 F150. Kayla our salesperson rushed us through the process. I repeatedly asked if my truck could be looked over by service first, I was told they don't do that. This isn't my first lease buyout. The Ford dealership I previously dealt with was excellent. Service went over my truck and made sure it was suitable to be sold as a new- used vehicle. It was washed and the gas tank was filled up. Lasco Ford didn't offer any such service at all, not an oil change, tank of gas, wash, nothing. Didn't even bother to send a customer survey. After waiting an hour and a half to sign the paperwork, they were more concerned with selling us a warranty. I am a loyal Ford truck owner and will not come back to this dealership. Would not recommend this dealership at all.

Purchased a 2013 F150 30days ago which salesman were really, really eager to sell me, purchased truck, 2 weeks later delvelpoed a slight overheat issue. Took to local dealer in Davison that flushed coolant system and changed thermostat, still a problem, now smoking which is a had head gasket. I called Lasco looking for help and did have a few people call me back, Pat which was helpful but today talked to Steve and he is useless and unwilling to help.

I recommend anyone reading this review NOT to purchase from this dealership or take a vehicle there for service, not a helpful dealership.

I could not be more sorry that I bought a car from Lasco. Don t even waste your time here, there are plenty of other dealers that will take good care of you. One week after buying a certified pre owned, the engine light came on. I called and was told I d have to schedule service for a week later because there were no loaners available, so I did. After the problem was diagnosed they called and told me that I would have to pay the $100 deductible for a warranty repair. I did some research on the fix, and learned that at the most the repair should cost is around $70. Trying to get the deductible waived, I talked to the service guy who was extremely rude from the start. He insinuated that I was a stupid, liar and in later conversation actually threatened me. I then tried to go through my salesman, who of course transferred me to someone else, who then refused to waive the deductible. Getting my car back was a nightmare, I even had to walk through the lot and find it myself. The delays and red tape were unbelievable, 5 people, 8 phone conversations and hours of my time. Bottom line I paid top dollar for a certified car that was not thoroughly inspected, the dealer won t stand behind and a useless warranty because I now have to fix the car myself. Service tried to charge me $100 for a repair that they knew would only cost $70 all for a fix that I shouldn t have had to pay for in the first place. Run!!

Worst experience at both Lasco Ford in Fenton and Lasco Mitsubishi in Grand Blanc. Friday evening we spoke with Andy from the Ford lot, confirmed the truck we were interest in was available. Then 30 minutes later he calls to say it just sold but he had found another we may like. He told us to text him if we were going to come up the next day. We sent him a text Saturday morning when we were leaving, we are almost 2 hours away. We got to the dealership and waited 20 minutes before meeting Andy. Come to find out, the truck he said was on his lot was actually 20 minutes away at the Grand Blanc store. We drove there and met with John. He immediately requested proof of our payoff for our current vehicle and we hadn t even driven the truck to confirm we liked it yet. Once we finally got to drive it, we loved it. We came back and said we were interested and needed to see what they would offer for our existing vehicle. We knew we would be putting money down as we were upside down and we were upfront with this fact. We just needed to know what figure they would give us. By the 2 hour mark, we were getting frustrated and John knew we just needed numbers. By the 3 hour mark we still didn t have any numbers and were told there was only one manager working, in the meantime, John proceeded to help two other clients that walked in, leaving us awkwardly sitting at his desk. Finally my husband went and asked for our keys. The manager gave them to him immediately without any questions ask and he walked out the door. I remained behind and told John they had a chance to earn our very easy business and had failed to give us any numbers in nearly 4 hours. I told him if he gets numbers to give us a call. We never heard back. I will gladly spend more money any where else to never deal with this family of dealerships again. I hope these two salesman and one manager are an anomaly but I fear the rest of the staff within this organization do not understand true customer service and how to close a deal.

Everything about this dealership was great. Paul Zaagman gave me a price that other dealerships couldn't compete with. Additionally, my salesman, Demetri, was friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, and very accommodating.

I am actually in the military and stationed in new york. I had some leave, so I decided to use the time to come back home to Michigan to purchase a vehicle. I was initially worried that I wouldn't have time to find a good vehicle since I only had a few days. After deciding to purchase a new Ford Fusion, we realized that Lasco Ford did not have the color that I wanted immediately available. Zaagman found the right color at another dealership, conducted a trade with one of his vehicles, and had my vehicle delivered to Lasco within hours. I was able to find a car that I wanted at a great price, had it driven to me from another dealership, and closed the deal all within the same day. All in all, Lasco Ford, Paul Zaagman, and Demetri went out of their way to take care of me. I would highly recommend this dealership!
