Kudos to the online parts team at Lasco. #1 -- they have good pricing, easy to navigate website, and shipped the part promptly and well packaged. Secondly, they stood by their service. I checked with them to confirm a particular part would match my truck prior to purchase. They confirmed, but afterward I discovered the part did not in fact fit. Not their error, either a Ford factory issue or something else. They immediately accepted the return, no questions asked, no hassle, and even apologized when it wasn't really anyone's error.
