Honestly could not have asked for a better sales experience. Kayla Mangani was our sales person and knocked it out of the park. I gave her all of the specs for what we wanted and what we could afford and she did the rest. I will be coming back in the future!

People here are rude and unprofessional, they say they will call you back but never do. When you call to get information they talk to you like you are annoying them. When you are on the lot looking at vehicles and just browsing when a sales member ask if they can assist you with anything and you tell them no you are just browsing (which is good) except when they get hostile towards you for just looking and what to keep talking to you and like they are going to get into your vehicle with you. If you are going to try to sell a vehicle you need to know about what you are selling. Beware about the added pinstripe that's added on that gets $200 upcharge on pretty much on every vehicle on the lot that probably cost $50 to get put on.

Ive been to lasco 2 times, i refuse to ever do any business with them again. First time was a few years ago, i went there cash in my hand and a truck to trade in. I wanted to look at a raptor, i was ready to get one that day, but i can only assume that since i didnt look the part i was left standing on the lot for 35 minutes waiting.... i ended up leaving. Now lasco is a local company so i want to do business with them so i went back recently. Again i was faced with the same attitude, i just left and went to brighton ford, great people there and they were more than happy to help me buy a car on the spot. So lasco has lost around 50-60k of my money and its the last time ill give them a chance.

I went in to buy a car and after reaching out to the managers I got the run around. They are extremely unprofessional. I am taking my business some where else. I brought my own financing in and the sales guy tried over and over to talk me out of if. They kept trying to sell me add ons to "lower" my payment.

I ONLY GAVE THEM 1 STAR BECAUSE I WAS NOT ABLE TO LEAVE FEEDBACK WITH OUT GIVING THEM AT LEAST 1 STAR!!!!

Brought my car in to be detailed before vacation. They scratched the paint around the wheel wells and then initially tried to deny it. Then they wanted to keep my car but we were taking it on vacation. After returning, I call to try and schedule it to get fixed. My phone calls were not returned. Finally I got ahold of the service person I was working and they told me to bring it in the next day (Friday). I brought it in, waited for 45 minutes and then was told they probably wouldn't get to it until Wednesday. They damaged my car and are not concerned about getting it fixed and back to me. I had other work I was going to get done to my vehicle there, but I will take it elsewhere.

Sales department was very good. Service I wasn't impressed with at all. They had my 2 day old vehicle to try and duplicate a problem we had. Service manager put over 350 miles one the new car in a weeks time. I got it back with less gas and not cleaned out. And this was the service manager. I had to follow a kid to the gas station and he put gas in the car and said I only authorized to put in six dollars. After all this they should have just topped it off. SO PETTY

I bought a Focus ST. I gave my information on TRUECar and Paul Zaagman sent me an email with a personalized video message. I thought it was a brilliant thing to be able to put a face to the name. He followed up with a call and was very patient with all my questions about the price, incentives and financing options. He spent a good amount of time with me on the phone and I was never pushed to come into the dealership if I needed my questioned answered. Polite, Patient Professional.

I met with Demetri Relford at the dealership. He beat the internet price I was promised over the phone. I asked for a number of financing options. Demetri was very patient, printed out all the different financing options and waited as I went through the numbers. I loved the fact that I was given my space and was never rushed or pushed for a decision.

Blake Boan at Finance was great too. Walked me through every document and gave me all the information to put my mind at ease. I was treated with respect and never did I feel he wanted to just wrap it up so that he could go to the next customer.

BTW the price was the lowest compared to all the dealerships in the area. Well worth my drive from Ann Arbor

This dealership is a joke! Salesman called us and told us about a truck they had for sale. Drove an hour and a half to test drive the truck and the manager came out to tell us (sorry, but someone already put a deposit on the truck, but we can take a deposit from you incase the deal falls through.) This was a huge waste of time, and I would never ever go here! Google other reviews this place has a bad reputation!

I'd give zero stars if I could. I'm really disappointed in Lasco Ford. They re several areas. I ll mention two. 1.) Like many other dealerships, even though you have your own financing through a company they work with they still run your credit with their own financing resulting in an additional inquiry. I basically said don t run my credit with your bank or else. Just use my pre-approved bank. They did it anyways. Now I have to get a lawyer or something. 2.) They asked me for a new code for my door that I could remember (this is a service that is standard with new/used purchases that have coded doors). They did not reset my code. I ve called on numerous occasions asking why I can t open my door. No calls back. I asked for copies of the documents I signed after the sale. None were sent. I concluded that after I wrote them a check and my bank sent the difference they could care less about my satisfaction. They only care about getting the sale right now. Do they want repeat customers? I guess not, they get enough sales to forget about people after they walk out the door.
(Oh and my tires had so little tread that 2 have gone flat. I ve had my car a month.) I consider myself a conscientious woman with regards to these things. However it was dark when I looked at them and honestly, I kinda trusted the sales guy.
As bad as VW is right now. I d purchase from them again anyways. When I walk in to get my 2012 Jetta TDI looked at, I m greeted with a smile. I m offered some coffee, WIFI, and a comfortable place to sit. They drop me off and pick me up. They fulfil their duties with regards to my warranty and state that they d like to see me again. LEARN from them Lasco!

I brought my Ford Explorer here for a tune up and repair and received really fast service. I explained that my check engine light comes on every few hours and that the thermostat was reading that my engine was overheating. However, I didn't see any leaks or something wrong with my radiator. When the mechanic took a look at it he explained that I would need a coolant flush along with replacing a few items in the engine and cooling system. Since it was a lot to replace, I received a grand discount and was done in 24 hours. Just excellent service and I will only trust this place to do maintenance on my Ford vehicle.

After trying to find the appropriate part for my car (which was a pain, but no fault to any of those that helped me), I ordered what I initially thought was the correct part. Just after purchasing the part, I found out that the part I had just ordered was the wrong piece. I needed KR3Z-6344210-AA instead of an KR3Z-6344210-AB. The part I ordered was AB.

The people with Lasco Ford in the parts department instantly cancelled my order and helped me place my order with the new part. They went out of their way to ensure I got what I needed and took care of me. I highly recommend Lasco if this is the quality service they provide.

I can't say that I'm too happy with Lasco Ford. I bought a car a month ago from them. My car has $1,200 dollars in repairs that I now that to put into the car because I was not informed about these two quite major problems. My sales woman was very friendly and very helpful, but I was assured after buying it "bring it in... that little clunk can be fixed no problem"... I brought my car into their service department, was told my warranty would cover my repairs, only to call the warranty company myself, and they told me neither problems we're covered. I emailed them and told them about this and got response but then after being told "Lasco Ford might be able to do something on their end" all communication from them stopped. I'm 19, I'm paying nearly $500 a month in insurance, and now I have to come up with a way to throw $1,200 into it just because they manipulated me and felt no need to tell me about these huge repairs? I just feel like they took complete advantage of me, and I wouldn't want this happening to ANYONE else, so I highly recommend NOT going to Lasco Ford, especially for a used car. Go see Randy Wise, they are phenomenal.

After a really BAD experience at an affiliate dealership, we called and spoke to Aaron @ the Fenton dealership. He understood our frustration and anxiety, and set us up with a great salesperson and experience. We had also spoke to Delila and she was also very sweet and professional. Daren and Aaron were two of the best sales people I have ever met. I have only experienced this level of professionalism one time before. They really went over and above to make things right. My son and I are very grateful. After the wonderful treatment they gave my son, I will return to buy my new vehicle with the Lasco Fenton sales people. I plan to do so in the next couple months. I got a solenoid pack for my lincoln ls form Lasko. We re having hard shift issues. My local ford dealer in Mountain home AR is unable to determine if my valve body is the problem or something else in the 21000 k mike yes 21k mile 2003 ls Supreme sport. I loved the sales and shipping from Lasko, we had hoped the part we changed was the problem. We are still chasing a fix and apparently the local dealer is stumped. I would buy from Lasko again and assume the part was good too bad nobody does old fashioned diagnosing in cars anymore.

The service that Lasco Ford provides is one the best in the business. This is especially true when they are in a smaller town and I'd rather go to them, then the ford dealers near me and even downriver. The best part of my experience comes from Kayla Medel! She is the greatest sales person and knows her stuff. I have always preferred to lease a vehicle but with my new job I didn't see it possible. So what did Kayla do? She showed me a high mileage lease and how I could get a cheaper car payment still! I was so happy knowing that I can get a new car in three years. Thanks for always taking care of me Kayla!

I had an appointment but was passed off to another salesman. I bought the car and had to wait 4 1/2 hours before I drove it off the lot. The salesman kept leaving me alone, fortunately, I had my kindle with me so I could read a book. I feel other than the wait time, I felt the service was good. The salesman I had my appointment with helped me & answered questions and was very helpful. The dealership has called me many times to make sure everything was good and to see if I had any questions. I would buy another car from them, I'll just be prepared to spend all day there. I bought the oil change package. It was implied I had unlimited oil changes for 5 years. I found out I have 2 a year for 5 years. Several months later, I took my car in and found out you get two free oil changes with the purchase of a car, so I just paid for 8 oil changes, not 10. I was also told that they wash the car with every oil change. That didn't happen. Watch your step with them, they let you believe things that just aren't true. I will NOT buy another car from them and if I didn't already pay for the oil changes, I would not bring my car there for service.

Kyle by far was the best sales rep I have worked with throughout the years of buying cars. I couldn't be happier with the attention to detail time taken and patience. He worked hard to get me the absolute best deal possible which was even better then what my credit union was able to do. If you're in need of a vehicle I highly recommend talking to Kyle. This man made a dream come true for me. Kyle worked hard on this deal to get me in the car that I wanted and was persistent at finding me the absolute best deal possible and would not settle for less. For that I appreciate him. For the time that I was in the dealership I witnessed a very friendly environment no negativity and a very positive vibe from the whole staff. They're very helpful at doing what they could to make it the best experience possible. I can honestly say after dealing with many dealerships over the years this is the one place I will go back to purchase my next vehicle.

Great place to buy a car, however the service side, is very unorganized, and has little to no communication. I set up an appointment for warranty work, took it in, and didn't hear anything for 2 days, so I called them. They tell me that they haven't even looked at it, so I asked what was the point of seeing an appointment. He says,"so we can get it into the parking lot, and get to it when we have time". I asked him why he didn't just set up the appointment, for when they're ready. He says"yeah, I guess we can do that" I still haven't gotten the call, a full week later. That means they fully planned on just having my car until they felt like looking at it. I asked for a courtesy car as well, and was denied.

Horrible experience. I bought my car CPO from them with 22k miles on it. I've had the vehicle in there 4 or 5 times for the same issue with no improvement of my issue. They've had the vehicle for a total of 2 months and every time I hear the same story. It's crazy. I paid them a very good price for the vehicle I bought and didn't haggle them about it. Yet they knowingly sold me a vehicle with major transmission problems and will not fix it. Now I'm stuck with a payment and a vehicle that doesn't work as it should.

She was a trooper out there to say the lease... there was a problem with me picking up the truck when we were done with the purchase and she delivered the truck to my house.... I have NEVER experienced anything like this. I had been working with one sales person on the phone for about a month. I was very aware of what I wanted. I worked with the sales person and told him exactly the car I wanted. Time is very important to me. I was traveling back and forth to U of M every day because my husband was waiting for a liver transplant. I scheduled a meeting to come in and drive the specific vehicle I had chose from the Lasco website. When I arrived there were so many people sitting around tables just waiting. There were sales people at desk and a group of "managers" in the raised platform in the middle. It reminded me of the busy scenes you see of people working at the stock market! Finally my sales person was found and he took my keys and told me to have a seat while my car was appraised. about 30 minutes later the sales person came back and apologized he had "accidentally" scheduled three meetings, all for 5:30. He told me he would have a porter go find a car for me to test drive. I asked why he did not have the one I chose ready to go, as he told me he would have it at the door and ready because I was on limited time. He told me he had been real busy that day. I drove the car and was ready to put together a deal. When I got back it took more than 45 minutes for someone to come talk to me. I was handed off to a new salesperson and one of the managers. I asked what my car appraised for and I was told it still had not come back. I asked for my keys (I had been there over 2.5 hours at this point) I was told to "just be patient for a little while longer." I very firmly told the sales person and manager I would not be held hostage any longer and demanded someone go find my keys for me. I was told a manager would be in touch with me the next day to put the deal together. I did not get a call. Two days later I called only to have to explain the whole story to another manager who promised me he would not go home until he had a deal to offer. I did not get a call back. I went through this whole process with one more manager and finally went to Milnes Ford in Lapeer. Eric Trandell from Milnes Ford was AMAZING. He found the car I wanted and put a perfect deal together. I signed the papers the day after he found the car for me. Lasco is a JOKE!

I came to Lasco Ford in Fenton today to look for a used car for my husband. I was immediately helped in the lot by Zach Holland. He was kind and courteous and made the whole process easy. Buying a car is usually a very stressful time, but Zach was easy going and straight forward. He even asked what kind of music I liked and put in on his wireless speaker for me! He worked with me for hours! I mean it, I was seriously there for a few hours. I did end up finding the perfect car in the exact price range I was looking for. I know if Zach hadn't been there I would have gotten frustrated and left. I appreciate all the help he gave and will go back (even though its an hour from my house) when I'm looking for another car.

Ben Willey provided excellent service during the selection and sale of my 2017 F-150 supercrew. For example, when my schedule didn't allow me to visit the dealership in person Ben offered to bring an F-150 by my workplace for me to look at and test drive. This was really convenient. It was the vehicle I ultimately settled on. Closed the deal the next morning. Thanks to Ben Willey and Lasco Ford!

My wife and I got a lot more car than we expected ...

My wife and I got a lot more car than we expected for a lot less than we thought we were going to have to pay. We drove up To Lasco Ford after shopping around at a few dealerships in the metro Detroit area that didn't seem all that interested in getting our business. Lasco was like landing on an alien planet. The culture was completely different.

Our salesperson Ben had half a dozen cars picked out in our price range for us to look at when we arrived. The selection at Lasco is great. He sat us down with New Vehicle Internet Director Paul to crunch the numbers. Paul worked very hard to put us in car that had the options we needed but was still within our budget. He actually saved us a lot of money.

They far exceeded our expectations and easily beat the deals offered by other dealerships. Plus, they are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and straight-forward. It was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had.

As part of our recent car shopping experience, we were also seeking to trade in our car. To hasten the process I submitted all of the car's details electronically in advance to Lasco Ford, including its VIN. One of Lasco's salespeople scheduled an appointment to inspect our car, and offered what I thought seemed like a reasonable price for it, which enticed my wife and I to take the afternoon off from work and make the 20+ mile drive to the dealership. We identified a vehicle of our liking, but Lasco's inspection team came back with less than half of what we were originally offered, even though they had all of the information in advance, so we left. The whole experience was a complete waste of time. I sent a note to Lasco's leadership regarding the 'bait and switch' technique that we unfortunately suffered, but was only provided a nearly illegible response. Our salesperson followed up with us via both voicemail and email regarding our interest in the car we identified, but why would we consider Lasco Ford after their unfortunate ethical lapse.

Clean and friendly. Seems to have a large number of employees that will ask the same question in their service department. Which makes you wonder if they want to give you the illusion that your getting taken care of but reality seems to be wasting time. The employees should communicate the first time you answer a question instead of repeating it many times for no apparent reason to random employees walking around which seem to be for show and not taking care of issue.

wanted to buy a f150 so i filled out some financing paperwork. was told to give them an hour and they would call me with an answer, the next day came around and still no call so i called i was told to give them an another hour so they could look, well the next day rolled around still no answer so i called again. the answer was that i could only get financed for $25000 of the $40000 i asked for. so i said ok ill work on a few things and call you on Monday if anything changes well then i decided to just say ok and dip into some savings for the extra 15000 so i called back on monday and before i even said what i had to say paul said hey i was just going to call you im looking at what ford just sent in about you loan give me 1 minute ill call you right back i said ok , well next day i keep calling and no answer Tuesday wen by still no call back now its Wednesday and i just received a call apologizing for the mix up, so for the apology ill add 1 star... but i am expecting a call from them again will see..

I found this place just wed surfing for the best deal on original Ford equipment parts for our 2017 Explorer Sport. They had the best deals on not one or two items, but everything I was looking to purchase! Their on line shopping was a breeze and when there was a problem with one of the items (no one's fault, part was mislabeled from Ford), their customer service over the phone was top notch as well, got the part replaced with no issue at all. If I didn't live in Florida I would use them for my next vehicle.

Austin and Ryon in the online parts department are awesome! You can't beat their knowledge and willingness to help. Prices are the best you will find. I bought a pair of factory mirrors for 25% less than I could find on Amazon or Ebay. I'm in CA with a Ford dealer 1 mile from my shop and will continue to buy all of my parts from Lasco. Thanks guys

Went down to have my brakes checked Tyler the service rep was very knowledgeable give me different options on having my brakes fixed I chose to have all new rotors and brake pads changed and also to have an oil change done got the car back in the morning nice and clean on the road again happy days

If you are looking for a luxury brand vehicle, ask for Walid Bouaine! My husband and I had been to various car dealerships recently, shopping for a BMW, and Walid was the first salesman to have an in-depth knowledge on this brand. Needless to say, we purchased the car that same day!

Not so good of a place to work or get things done ...

Not so good of a place to work or get things done staff is slow and inefficient a lot of harassment and mistreatment going on behind the counters mostly the higher up staff and lube tech supervisor.

I would just like to share my wonderful experience...

I would just like to share my wonderful experience purchasing a new explorer today at Lasco Ford. Kayla was my sales representative and I cannot say enough! In fact, her customer service is the reason I am spending 5 minutes right now writing this review. Kayla made the whole process smooth and even sent me a video of the vehicle before I arrived. Everyone else ( including her husband Chris at Lasco) was very happy to help and I enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere. 5 stars!

We just leased a new Ford Fusion from Lasco Ford in Fenton. We had a great salesperson Rick Essenburg. He made the experience a great one. We would definitely return to Lasco Ford in Fenton to purchase another vehicle.
