Shout out to Lisa Beatty for always providing exceptional customer service and helping me keep my 2012 Ford Explorer roadworthy!!!!! In the past, I came to her with several problems with my car ranging from smelling exhaust fumes in my car, leaks from my sunroof, and routine maintenance.
