I purchased many vehicles from Larry H. Miller Tucson. My most recent, a precertified 2014 Dodge Charger RT in June of 2017. Since I purchased the vehicle it has been in for multiple appointments with their service department for a slew of things including a safety defect that they didn't catch on the vehicle inspection. They rectified that problem after some coercing and multiple appointments and back and forth. My frustration is due to lack of communication from the service department. I live, with traffic, an hour away. However, this is not my biggest issue. I purchased this vehicle with a GPS in it. It was priced at the point it was because of the screen and GPS. Unfortunately, it has yet to work and they have yet to fix it. After about 3 appointments and them telling me they couldn't fix it that they'd have to get approval to order another one and replace it. This was months ago, we left it off that it was ordered. I followed up when I never heard anything and they said it was never ordered after I was told it was. Currently it's 6 months this later I still do not have a working GPS and do not know the status of this item, hence why I am writing this review. I was working with the service manager but communication has once again stopped.
