You get a five star on the service and timing was excellent.
I normally do not question charges but, I would like to ask about parts cost.
The service agent asked if I would accept after market parts and I said sure.
Prior the coming to you I did look at doing the work myself and concluded it was very complicated. However I did look up front strut costs and I picked the most expensive listed at $540 per pair and maybe they meant each either way I paid $1500 each from you. Big difference!

My Wife has took her Range Rover in for mechanical services several times and they ve kept the vehicle for weeks at a time and the problem still isn t resolved when my Wife went to pick it up after they told her it was fixed and ready to be picked up. If someone tells you verbally what the problem is, and they go back to pick it up and it s still the same problem that they told you, then we have a serious problem on our hands. I will never do anything at that dealership ever again. That is something I would expect from a Kia or Hyundai dealership and not from a Range Rover dealership. Hell even Ford has better customer service than them, and Ford is known for Found On Road Dead . From this point on I ll take my business somewhere else.

My daughter and I visited this dealership and we were completely ignored. We looked at 2 different models in the showroom on our own. Not one single person greeted us or even acknowledged us. The place was not busy, at all. About 5 different sales agents just walked by like we did not exist. One of them was a woman who actually looked right at us and smirked and went on doing busy work ( nothing) even if she was busy instead of smirking say hello and I'll be right with you or get someone one to us, ! never been treated so poorly..! I currently have a GL 550 Mercedes looking into a Range Rover however, I will drive 45 minutes to a different Land Rover dealership if they are rude as well I will not be getting a car from Land Rover at all.

If they treat people like that before the sale, I cant imagine once the car is sold, how their customer service is.

Working with Michael Kammer at Land Rover of Orlando was a real pleasure. His no pressure approach combined with his extreme knowledge of the products, made us very comfortable in our decision. He listened to our wants and needs and then suggested a vehicle and matched it to our budget. I have owned 5 Range Rovers over the years. My 6th one will NOT be from here if they do not address the poor customer service from their lone sales person on the floor, Eric. No proper greeting. An unwelcoming feeling. Makes you feel like a trespasser instead of a potential customer.

I am very happy with Land Rover Orlando. Bill Sanchez has been selling cars to my husband and myself for 7 years now. We followed him over from BMW and are very happy with the cars and the service. We have had quite a few BMW's and felt we were constantly taking them in for one minor service thing or another. I have had very little issue with my new car. The service department is extremely flexible and always has a loaner car available for me if I ever have an issue with my RR. I have a 2016 Range Rover LWB Supercharged and I love it. I will continue to be a Land Rover customer for years to come.

Not happy with this dealer. I have bought four new Range Rover's from this dealer in the past. Tried to buy a new 2018 at another dealer and I was told Fields Land Rover put me on some sort of exporter list so I am no longer allowed to buy a new Range Rover (Even though I have bought three new Mercedes and one used Range Rover in the last year.) In 2014 Fields did tell me a Range Rover I bought from them that I had traded into another dealer was exported to China. I advised all I did was trade the RR in on a larger SUV at a local dealer, and provided them with documentation to prove this, and informed them I am not an exporter nor would I have the first clue about exporting or shipping any car overseas. Disappointed with Fields, and very disappointed in Land Rover!

I recently purchased a Certified pre-owned vehicle and needed to have it serviced. When I tried scheduling service online it was booked out two weeks so I called and they said I could drop it off and if they could get to it if had any cancellations or openings. I was highly disappointed in not being able to get my vehicle fixed for two weeks out, However, When I arrived at the dealership Joe Furlich came out to greet me as I exited my vehicle. He really made my day and was able to get my vehicle serviced right then and there in less than an hour! He was really helpful and I ended up having a wonderful experience for my first time at Rover. Joe was really great and made me feel like he really cared about my concerns. He by far had the best customer service I've received in a long time!

My wife Grace and I found a Land Rover SUV at Fields, first on the Internet. She completed a quick form online that asked for more info and a friendly Internet rep called back within 5 minutes and said someone from Fields would be calling us shortly. Our sales guide, Adam Russell, called Grace within another 5 minutes and said he would "hold" the SUV for us until we arrived. Upon arrival, the entire process was smooth and seamless. Adam was extremely professional and enjoyable to work with, as was everyone we met at the dealership. This was one of the best car buying experiences we have had. We traded in our old Land Rover and purchased the new one in one easy afternoon. We highly recommend this dealership, Adam, and the team at Fields Land Rover!

This is the second Range Rover we have purchased from Land Rover Orlando. Both times Matt Yates, was our salesperson, and a very good one he is. We actually conducted both purchases online both the trade in and the new car. We struck the deal and Matt drove the new RR HSE to Gainesville and drove the trade in back to Orlando... Front door service... I have nothing but nice things to say about Matt Yates and the dealership... We will do the same thing again in a couple of years... Great fun , great service, great vehicles. I recently purchased a 2014 Range Rover Evoque from the Orlando dealership and had a really positive experience. As a first time car buyer, the process can be stressful and confusing and Mr. Kammer went above and beyond with his communication and patience - answering all my emails (of which there were many) in a timely, efficient and pleasant manner. I was pleasantly surprised in all my dealings with the dealership from start to finish and would not hesitate to recommend both the dealership and the car to anyone.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER AND LAND ROVER!!!
Despite all the bad reviews my friends provided about Land Rover I didn't listen to them and bought a 2019 Range Rover HSE from this dealer. I brought the car to be serviced due to the vibration problem at certain speeds and delay in acceleration response. I was advised that the previous Range Rovers were so aggressive, the customers were complaining that it was not feeling like a luxury car and Land Rover tried to slow the car:) but this was a general concern with other customers and they would soon release a fix to it. I was also advised that adjustment for vibration was a very complicated process and the car should stay at the service for at least a day.
After confirmation that the car was fixed the car was handed over back to me but unfortunately both problems were not fixed. I scheduled another appointment. This time the service technician unofficially advised me that the vibration was a general issue with the larger size Land Rovers and one of the customer's had to lemon law the car because the problem was not fixed and nothing could be done about it. After a few days problems not fixed, I received the car. I contacted the customer service and shared my concern about the car. Customer service after talking to the Orlando service advised me that the service had advised them that the vibration was a characteristic of the car and closed the case as they were advised that there was no problem with my car. I scheduled an appointment with the Merritt Island Dealer to get a second opinion. When I shared the story they were shocked to hear vibration being identified as the characteristic of the car. They tested the car and confirmed that there was vibration at certain speeds due to flat spotting of the tires probably being parked for a long time. They advised me that these heavy cars should be driven at certain periods to maintain healthy tires. The vibration improved significantly but did not go away 100%. I called the Orlando Dealer again to talk to the service manager left him a voice message...Called again left a message at the front desk asking him to return my call. No one returned my calls. I called the customer service again but they are so much useless. This will be my first and last Land Rover ever. Just stay away from this dealer and Land Rover.

Up till last year I had never visited a Land Rover...

Up till last year I had never visited a Land Rover dealership. I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of excellence of the staff, which resulted in my daughter buying her first Land Rover. Based on that experience my wife and I visited Land Rover as my wife was looking at changing out her Cadillac SRX. We had been up till then been 100% Caddy people for the last 20 years.
We had a great Sales Guide by the name of Michael Kammer, and he helped us to determine the vehicle we needed. We choose the Range Rover Evoque. An important factor for us to do business with Land Rover was the projection of service with excellence. So looks like when my Caddy XTS is due for renewal Land Rover will be a big consideration. The man that sold me on the product to begin with was Michael Kammer

Since my last post in in 2016 we have since replaced my wife's Range Rover Evoque with the Range Rover Sport, Again the sales representative was Michael J Kammer. He is an excellent individual to do business with and helped us to determine the best value for the price level we were looking for.

In December of 2017 my daughter totaled her Land Rover L2 and was heart broken as she was sure that she could afford another Land Rover, as the write off amount (as she thought) was enough to replace same. We contacted Michael and he looked at lots of options and came up with a low mileage Demo Discovery, the price fitted her budget and at te same time she was fully covered by Warranty. She went off a happy camper. During the negotiation of my daughter's Land Rover Michael introduced me to the Range Rover Velar, I drove the demo, was impressed. Pricing was an issue. After a couple of weeks I was back at the dealership with my wife's car and expressed I needed a deal like my daughter. I tried to build my own on the internet but my combination of price versus options was always higher than I was prepared to pay. My wife was given a Velar R380 SE loner, I drove it and was impressed. I contacted Michael and came up with a trade in price for my Caddy and suitable discounts on the Velar. We struck a deal and I'm know the proud owner of the Velar. At no time did Michael put any pressure on me, we discussed the pro's and con's on options and it was a pleasure to business with him. He is a credit to the Land Rover distributer and has made purchasing a new car a pleasure. Only because of his manner and expertise of the product he sells made me go back. Remember My wife and I only drove Cadillac's for the last 26 years, I swore that they were the best, however the Range Rover experience is brilliant

I just love my new Range Rover Evoque. My experience with the dealership was fantastic! I specifically worked with Michael Kammer in sales and he and Veronica in finance were so professional and helpful. Michael was a great sales person as he was extremely informative and easy to work with in a typically not so easy industry. Veronica went above and beyond working to get me approved with the best possible interest rate. This is a top notch dealership as the entire staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will refer people to this dealership time and time again.

I recently moved to the area and had to find a new dealership to schedule a regular service appointment. My prior dealer in Tampa was professional, friendly, and organized. They could quickly answer questions and they made you feel welcomed.

This was not the case when I called LR Orlando.

I first used their online booking system to make an appointment and was told an advisor would call me to finalize the details. After two weeks, I did not receive a call. Not a big deal but not a great experience so I called in.

Starting with the first person I spoke to, it seemed like they were too busy and that I was bothering them.

I asked about their concierge service. At my prior dealership, they came to you and left a loaner car. Friendly, fast, and easy and a nice benefit you become accustomed to when you spend a ~$100k on an SUV.

This location had no idea what I was talking about. I had to be transferred to two different people and probably spent 10 minutes on hold while they had to figure out if they offered this service.

Again, they sounded bothered that I asked.

So, I requested a loaner for my service appointment. I had an open schedule and could come in at any time on any day. They said it would take three weeks since I requested a loaner because they had so few. I told them that I'd forgo the loaner and the rep informed me that it would still be a three week wait. What?

Why is this so hard. I also have a Jaguar SUV and don't have a problem. LR Orlando is just complicated and irritating. I could maybe understand this with a Kia or something but not a brand that stresses luxury.

I just leased my second car from Land Rover Orlando and I had the pleasure to work with Michael Kammer. He made the process very easy and straightforward. He asked all the right questions and found the perfect car for me with the terms that matched what I was looking for. His follow up has been impeccable and I appreciate his efforts in keeping me engaged throughout the process.

Went looking to lease a car at numerous dealerships on a Friday afternoon. Unfortunately we were greeted by ERIK whom was EXTREMELY RUDE. His exact words were "you're in the wrong place" when we chose not to pay the numbers he was pulling up. what salesman says something like that??? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We definitely could have paid more than that monthly, but we choose not to! seems like Matt is the one we should have done business with. We will never return. We went down the street and were treated with the utmost respect.

I've owned 3 land rovers, Land Rover Orlando has been the best service experience, I've shopped at Southampton, NY, Burlington, VT, Atlanta, GA, Glenwood Springs, CO and Jacksonville, FL. Orlando is the best. I will make a purchase from Orlando location in the very near future. I currently own a 2006 Range Rover HSE with 170,000 miles!

Erik told us to just take it and he'd see us when we got back. Erik and Abdel were both outstanding, as Abdel helped my wife with all the tech features on pick up day.

LOST FOR WORDS WITH THE PARTS DEPT. IM THE MANAGER AT A LOCAL BODY SHOP IN ORLANDO.IT LOOKS LIKE THE PARTS DEPT DO EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER NOT TO SELL PARTS. ONE OF MY ESTIMATORS CALLED THE PARTS DEPT SPOKE TO A GENTLEMEN NAME SCOTT HE WAS VERY SARCASTIC. I expected to spend hours in the show room and finance department in order to take my vehicle home. We were VERY disappointed with our service at this dealership. Our sales rep Dillard was very hard to understand and wasn t very informative at all. We traded in our ranger rover for the 2017 autobiography. We were told that he would deal with getting the tittle for our old car, that changed when we showed up to the dealership to pick up the new car. He also failed to mention that the new 2018 model was coming out within the next 2 months. It would have been nice if he would have informed us and gave us the option to pick if we wanted to wait or not. It seems like he was more concirned about the sale then he was about providing good customer service. Disappointing

Service was prompt and complete. I have owned my car for 8 years,originally purchased new at Fields, and all service has been accomplished at the dealership. They have always offered sound advice and have stood by all services accomplished. I consider them to be very responsible. I will admit they can be pricey, but I have always gotten what I paid for. I do understand that high end car service does cost more. After all I lived in England for three years. It's not cheap over there either.

As soon as I met Eric and spoke with him, His words jumped out at me. He Said "We Don't Sell Junk" I knew this was the place for me. I processed out within 30 minutes on my new vehicle. I Definitely will be Back. This place is top notch.
