Our visit to Land Rover Orlando was a refreshing car buying experience!!! From the moment we arrived at the dealership, we were impressed with the selection of vehicles, easy access to the car lot, and the wonderful staff that served us. Truly a friendly atmosphere, this is a "no pressure to buy" dealership. We are very pleased with our purchase of a 2014 Land Rover LR2. The professional sales team was the best we experienced in our search for a vehicle in the Central Florida area. We appreciate all the hard work to finalize the sale including transport to Maine. Thank you very much!!

BE AWARE !!! I made a deposit with a COMMITMENT TO BUY CASH for a car and Manager promised they will hold it and take the car out of the public eye and Ads. They DID NOT deliver their promisses even though a deposit was made.

For my susrprise, they sell the car without notifying me and never was tooked out of been advertized. They never responded to explain why they sold the car over a deposit. As of today, I am waiting for my money back.
NOT A TRUSTED DEALER TO DO BUSINESS WITH !

I just picked up a Range Rover Evoque from Matt Yates. This was one of the best experiences I've had when buying a car. On a scale of 1-10... it was an 11. Matt knows Land Rover, inside and out. If you're thinking about buying Land Rover or any vehicle (they have a pre-owned section that would make any car guy or gal drool) go to Land Rover Orlando and ask for Matt.

I start to look for a new car 3 weeks ago, and Land Rover was not under my bucket list, I didn't thought that I was able to afford or get approve for this car, until I meet Michael J Kammer, he show Us our dream vehicle, took Us in the most amazing car demonstration that I have ever had in my life, the knowledge, the willing to show the car more than pressure to sale the car, and his high customer service experience is something that you don't find in a car dealer,..... he is a truly professional, customer service person. The buying process was the easiest one, and over the phone, 2 days later I was driving the car home, just in the way that we want it, with out extra payments or something that you can regret later, he change me from Mercedes to Land Rover!!!!!!!!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Matt at Land Rover Orlando and found the experience delightfully professional, colloquial, with no pressure at all. Just quality service and good follow-up. Pricing was excellent - I shopped online comparisons diligently. Even the closing process with Veronica was a pleasure. ;-)
These are "people - people" who wear their caring on their sleeve. The dealership offered ample snacks and beverages and a comfortable service waiting area. As part of Fields Auto group they had a very large selection of vehicles which changed daily.
I am looking for a used vehicle for my son and will most probably buy it through Matt.

Awesome experience . Negotiated the entire deal via email and text. I tried to do business with the local dealership, but the financial person was not friendly, and was pushy. The salesman, however was awesome.We drove 2 hours to Orlando for the great customer service and red carpet. Worth it!

This was the most pleasant and pain free vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. My sales rep was Alejandra and she was absolutely perfect. I didn't really feel like waiting for a custom build; she searched the entire Florida inventory looking for the vehicle with the options I was interested in. She was able to find what I wanted AND got the terms I was looking for on the deal. Professional, courteous, and thorough. Five stars all the way.

We just bought a new 2013 Range Rover Sport - Supercharged from Matt Yates and I cannot tell you what an enjoyable experience it was! He actually delivered my new Rover to our home! He had the windows tinted the same day we bought it (unreal service!) and walked me through getting familiar with my new Rover. It had been 7 years since I had a new one, so there was a lot to learn. I usually do not take the time to write these reviews, but I think everyone needs to know about Land Rover Orlando and its sales department, especially Erik Ahlberg. Erik just sold me my new Range Rover HSE, it is the 2nd car he has sold me in the past 5 years and I can tell you that he will go above and beyond any expectations that you might have. He will do everything in his power to make you feel 100% at ease with your purchase and will also do what he can to make sure it is the right vehicle for you. It was originally between the car I purchased and the RR Sport. He pre-arranged two cars for my wife to drive so she could decide. There was no rushing her or anything of the sort. I highly recommend them and him for a stellar experience at Land Rover Orlando.

Very bad experience I was recently sold a car with the perception that I was being sold a vehicle at a certain trim level. It turns out that was not the case they sold me the model lower and added certain features on to make it seem as though that was the case. Almost everything except the trim level very shady tactics and on top of that the general manager lied to my face as well and told me I had the upgraded trim level in the car. Very disgusted and dissatisfied with the level of respect and customer service. I worked with Maria who seemed very nice and honest but it evidently this was not the case.

Recently, I had the most amazing overall experience with Land Rover which led to the purchase of my new Range Rover. From the moment you walk in to the time you leave you receive VIP treatment. They never force you into buying a car and I believe they have it on point when it comes to the car buying experience. Nadja, who was my sales rep, was very knowledgeable on the cars and after buying the car we still keep in contact for any questions that I may have. Also, Eli and Rusty (the GM) helped with my unique trade-ins and made the buying process so smooth. I traded in a 2011 Porsche Cayenne Turbo for a 2014 Range Rover Evoque. The entire trade and purchase experience was first class! Michael Kammer was excellent on all aspects of the transaction. In fact, it was so great, I have ordered an additional 2014 Range Rover Sport to add to our family needs. I have found that the Evoque and Sport ride (quiet & comfortable) is so much better than my Porsche Cayenne Turbo ever was. In addition, all the technology is easy to use and the vehicles have awesome design and engineering features. If you are looking for a new or used SUV, I would highly recommend you test drive any of the Range Rover models. They are all you should expect and more for a very competitive price point.

Pete Williams who sold me the car was great to work with. Explained everything easily, no pressure, got on very well from the start and so bought the car! Would definitely buy from Pete again. Professional guy who helps you make a decision and doesn't push you to making one. That is unusual but refreshing!

They worked to find us the RR Sport we wanted, but it was already sold. Then they tried to get us another, but it was not marked sold so they could not get it within our timeline. We went in to discuss the issues and I mentioned the US News and World Report reliability rating on the 2016 RR Sport. They gave me a history of who owned RR since 2008. Ummm...that's nice, but it didn't answer my question. Another sales person told me that if I would send him a copy of the report he would ask someone at Corporate. I felt like I was dealing with kids at this dealership. In addition, they told me over and over again, that a Range Rover is my choice and I could go get something else --so I did.

Erick was really rude and mean . never go with him. i never see a dealer shop they dont care about customer. we were really want to trade our car with onther one. the price didnt match us so as i start to work on a better price he told us sorry that is what i can thank u for coming. I bought 2 vehicles form this dealership within a ...

I bought 2 vehicles form this dealership within a 4 month period and referred a client who purchased. Unfortunately I totaled my first purchase in a near fatal accident. Through the payoff process, a check was sent to a previous address and cashed by a third party. This could have been avoided had the dealership followed policy and sent the check to their preferred lender, Chase Auto Group. Chase called regarding the payoff balance. After looking into the matter at their leisure, I received a call from the LR's finance department stating the check was cashed on July 3rd. They said they would look into this and get back to me. A few weeks later I received a call from the GM Rusty Olsen. Verbatim he expressed, " this is your problem, not ours, I am just a stupid car salesman". Wow, was I in utter shock! 3 vehicles purchased and this was his response to me. I called the Fields corporate office, with no response. The issue is still unresolved. I have never been treated in such a manner and am highly disappointed with this ongoing situation.

I purchased a 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Supercharged $100K. The vehicle is faulty turning off on me on the highway. I have taken the vehicle to service 5-6 times for the same issue, they do not want to exercise the lemon law. I relocated to GA, and they advised me to call the Orlando dealership, I spoke with the manager Rusty/Randy he didn't even ask me for my name or vehicle information, he just stated "if you are looking for me to re-purchase the vehicle it is not going to happen" The last time I took the vehicle for service, it lasted two weeks in service, and the first day I picked up, it gave me the same issues. He didn't even empathized with my concerns, didn't provided any customer support. This is the worst experience for me. I have owned many other brands and I have gotten awesome customer support. I never paid so much money for a vehicle in my life, but buying a range rover was the worst mistake that I made. This model is faulty and has so many issues where the service people don't even know how to fix. It is not worthy spending the money and buying a range rover. They don't care about you or the money that you paid. Now I'm stock with a faulty vehicle that it just turned 1 year old. DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALER OR THIS BRAND!

they don't repair, they replace as many parts as possible, be careful...look over your estimate carefully before you agree

they wanted to charge me $4000 to replace the top half of my engine because it was having a hard time starting and was running rough. I obviously did not agree and ended up towing the vehicle to another shop where they quickly diagnosed it as two broken vacuum lines. $20 later the car was as good as new.

I ended up communicating this to my service representative and she just blew me off. It's almost like they knew what they were doing.

Ok so where do i start? My husband loves range rover and we wanted to make a deal that day. Erik was helping us, he did help us in showing available 2 cars, when we wanted to discuss a deal for leasing , and we just started to match the numbers with our current one as we are owning the same price range car, he just stood up and said thank u rudely and just left the place, we did not even start to discuss the deal, we wanted to make a deal with lower milege the he offered but he was soo much rude , he just said bye and did not hear us even. And said i told you price earlier. C'mon we are not leasing car for the first time, and you are not the first time dealer for us, we met many others too. Well anyways if i am investing so much money i have a full right to discuss, take a test drive and look for car color options too. I will never go there again or never recommend to anyone just only because of that rudeness. We visited maserati , bmw , mercedes, escalade all showrooms in this area. Never had such a bad experience.

While the issues were resolved during my service visit I was highly disappointed to see that my glove box was rifled through and my radio was set to ghetto music as well they did not even clean my car as I was told would be done each time I was in for service. UPDATE: I find it interesting that the "manager" would take the time to respond to my review however, when I tried to contact him (both by phone and email) as he asked I have not gotten a call back or even an email response. Did you post a response just to make people think you care?....the only department that I care to deal with at this dealership is the sales team who is highly professional and meets the standard I would expect from Land Rover. The service department is not up to par at all which is sad because I have routine maintenance coming up and I'm not driving to the other side of the state to get it done somewhere else. I will simply buy a different brand of vehicle.
