We initially had a bad experience with my daughters Sport, Fields were always accommodating but the car itself was problematic. Recently traded back in for an LR4 which we couldn't be happier with. Erik couldn't of been more helpful. Thanks Erik and we will see you again. Highly recommended.

What an amazing experience with the entire dealership! Courtney Lovegreen (salesperson) was professional, accommodating and great at keeping me in the loop about when my car would be arriving and any changes in programs that would be available upon its arrival. My wife, kids, and I came in looking at an Infiniti, but had been recently interested in an LR4. We ignorantly wrote off the LR4 as not being big enough for a family of five who does a decent bit of traveling. After being underwhelmed by the Infiniti (nothing against it, I really didnt care for the styling beforehand) we decided to take a look at the LR4. After a little while with Eric, we could see that this was the car that we really wanted. I am inexperienced with Land Rover and had my hesitations, but the staff in Orlando really created a great sales experience and gave us the comfort and confidence to move forward with the LR4. Eric and Brian went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and Veronica had some great input regarding her Land Rover experience that really put the icing on the cake. Wow. Absolutely the worst customer experience ever! I don't know if management has changed but at the very least you could provide good customer service for the 6 figure Range Rover I purchased less than 2 years ago that keeps breaking down on me with only 20k miles on it. This is not Field's level service, not even close.
I service my Range Rover with Fields. Beginning with scheduling through picking up my vehicle, the team here is exceptional! Bill S. in service was so terrific this week. I arrived a few minutes prior to opening due to the fact I had to be somewhere at 8am sharp. Bill was there, opened up, got my paperwork, even handled payment as the cashier wasn't in yet, and brought my car around for me. He was great and it is that kind of service that makes Fields special!
I spent several months test driving cars at dealerships for a majority of the makes of cars available in the United States. When it was time to check out the Land Rover dealership, I sought out Matt Yates who had been recommended to me by a friend. That recommendation turned out fantastic, as he was the easiest salesman to work with across any of those car manufacturers. Unlike many of the other dealers, Fields was a no pressure dealership. My test drive experiences were fantastic, and Matt was well informed on their full line of products. I ended up leasing a new Discovery Sport and haven't stopped talking about it. I talked to fellow Land Rover owners at work and mentioned Matt helped me out, and they all knew exactly who he was and said the same. Three things should be right when buying a car: the money has to make sense, you have to love the vehichle, and you should like whose selling it to you. Fields checks everyone one of those boxes.
Just recently purchase our first Land Rover and it was the 2018 Discovery and its an amazing vehicle. If you go to this location (which you should if you are looking at Land Rover) ask for Erik Ahlberg - bottom line he is the best. Easy to work with and right to the point. This dealer plays bait and switch. I was interested in a car that they said was available the day after they said that it was sold. (they contacted me) They took my $1k deposit and it was my understanding that the car was mine. I bought flights, setup a hotel room, moved money around to pay for the vehicle, etc. Essentially they promised the car to multiple people, took deposits from multiple people, and whoever wired money first wins. Avoid at all costs as they have shady business practices.
I was holding out for a 2015 Mustang GT unless something really special came along. In my search, I came across a pre-owned 2012 Mustang Roush Stage 3 at Land Rover of Orlando that caught my eye. I called and set an appointment with Erik to take a look at it. He was very helpful and was even able to make the price a bit better for me. It means a lot knowing that a dealer/salesperson is willing to work with you. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership we were impressed with the overall environment and professionalism of everyone we encountered, and we also knew this was "the" car. I dealt with Robert during the initial test drive and working the deal at the dealership. Robert was great to work with; easy going, enthusiastic, and gave us great service. My wife commented that even though we were not buying a $150K vehicle, we felt like we were treated no differently. Erik stayed in contact with me as we worked out the financing and other details; communication during the vehicle buying process is crucial, and Erik did a great job. We love the car and are already turning heads with it. It's one bad-ass machine! So, if you're looking for any type of vehicle, be sure to check their pre-owned inventory; they may just have something that will exceed your expectations. They exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend them and have already been spreading the word. Great job!!

My company was recently in the market for a new Truck. Land Rover of Orlando, had a vehicle that matched what I was looking for. After reviewing it online and contacting Land Rover of Orlando, I was pleased to find the vehicle still available and priced as shown. Later that day I went to look at the vehicle, after buying numerous vehicles in my life, I was not looking forward to another dealership experience. When driving away, in the new truck, not 2 hours after arriving, I was stunned how enjoyable the entire purchase experience was. To have a professional staff whose sole goal was to make myself, the client, happy and meet the excellent standards of the Land Rover company, was very nice. Though I did not purchase a Land Rover, you would have never known the difference in service. They had a straight forward pricing system, and I strongly advice others to check out used vehicles from the Land Rover dealership here in town, as well as other Fields dealerships. We were advised that all of the Fields dealerships in town use a similar, straight forward, used vehicle, pricing system, in order to keep non dealership vehicle numbers low.
In general it was a surprisingly good experience. I would recommend anyone interested to at least check out the inventory at Land Rover Orlando, because if they have something that works for you, you will be hard pressed to find another dealer with more reasonable pricing, and you will not find one with better service. Obviously if you want a Land Rover you would be doing yourself a disfavor by not engaging Land Rover Orlando.
The facilities are of the highest quality around, for any dealership, so your time spent there is not uncomfortable. Erik Alhberg helped us throughout the entire process once we stepped in the door. A true professional and pleasure to deal with. Thanks.
Joe was excellent in hearing the issue I scheduled and reason for my show up earlier than my scheduled time. He was also mindful of my time as I wanted to stay and get it fixed, he even offered me a 'loaner' , if they can't or don't have parts, which I was never offered in any of my earlier visits. This was comforting to know as I live in Lake Nona and not having luxury of another dealer any close by. For my Lexus cars this customer expectations set very high , but would say at least Joe met that expectations or even beat.
I highly recommend Land Rover Orlando to anyone looking to purchase a land rover. It sucks i have to leave this comment, however today i took my range rover in to have a new key programmed and when they finished i get in my suv to go to class. And notice my Beats audio headphones was taken out of my center console! I called several times and even said i would do a police report, only to be told be the service manager "Nate i believe " that they dont replace items taken and its in writing to remove valuables. I moved them from the cup holder to the center console so they would be out of site out of mind. Either the key programmer guy or the car wash guy stole from my vehicle! I thought land rover held their employees to a higher standard. I didnt know the local buy here pay here technicians who work for S&S (spot now, snatch later) also works at land rover. Unbelievable. Both technicians who worked in or on my suv should be terminated until my property comes back.

I had a great experience with my initial purchase of my vehicle but since then, I have encountered massive problems with the service department. The service department cannot fix the heavy rattling in the sunroof, door panel or pillars of the vehicle. It has been to the shop numerous times and they can't seem to deliver the car back to me without a rattle. The vehicle has also pulled to the right since day one but they won't adjust that for me regardless of how many times I have brought this to the dealership. I took the head tech today for a test drive in the car to experience the difficulties first hand and immediately they couldn't believe how the vehicle was rattling so loud. I brought it in today with an appointment and as a WAITER. They did NOTHING with the vehicle in the 8 hours they had it. The excuse was that the techs got tied up on other vehicles. How did this happen? How did we sit there for 8 hours with NOTHING -- absolutely nothing -- done. Alignment not fixed. Rattles not fixed. Nothing. It's excuse after excuse and I can't seem to be delivered a vehicle that runs like it's supposed to. I would like to hear from management on how this is to be corrected because treating a customer this way is not appropriate.

I called into the sales office inquiring about a pre-owned BMW vehicle on the Land Rover Orlando website. At that time I was trying to grasp a major engine problem with my current vehicle and trying to make sense of what was the best decision for this situation.
I spoke with Matt Yates immediately, he told me more about the CPO vehicle and I felt this could be a good option. The next day I received a call from his sales partner, Bryan Forbes, to follow-up regarding additional questions I had, again I became more comfortable. It's this kind of follow through and attention to exceptional customer service, and relationship building, that after a few weeks of discussion brought me to sign papers to purchase.

Had a pleasant experience at this dealership with my Land Rover Range Rover Sport purchase. Just purchased a used vehicle from Erik Ahlberg. Since I knew exactly what I wanted to buy I searched a 300 mile radius and found my vehicle at Land Rover of Orlando which is 2+ hours from my house. This was my first long distance, sight unseen vehicle purchase. Erik described the vehicle perfectly and was immaculate as he said. Veronica the Finance Manager had my paperwork ready and I was headed back home in less than an hour.
